The use and management of medical implanting material is always the key point of the hospital material management. Questions existing in hospital management were investigated along with some suggestions in further management in the system and the process.

OBJECTIVE: To make a more scientific and transparent decision in new drug pricing and reimbursement. METHODS: A hierarchy structure model was established based on analytic hierarchy process with an imagined antidepressant drug as an example; the priority weights were calculated, and the multiple factors influencing pricing and reimbursement decision were evaluated synthetically to derive the synthetic evaluation results. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The model can quantify part of the qualitative factors and provide reliable bases for drug pricing and reimbursement; although there are many factors and methodology issues need to be discussed when analytic hierarchy process is applied in reality, the method is realistic and feasible in drug pricing and reimbursement.

ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation of Skp2,p27kiP1 and p21WAF1 expression with the clinicopathological features of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinomas.Methods Expressions of Skp2 ,p27kiP1 and p21WAF1 were examined by immunohistochemical staining in 124 epithelial ovarian tumors (25 serous cystadenomas, 19 borderline serous cystadenomas, and 80 serous cystadenocarcinomas) Results(1) The expression of Skp2 in serous cystadenocarcinomas (47.5％)was significantly higher than that in borderline serous cystadenomas (0％)and serous cystadenomas (0％)(P ＜ 0.001) .The p27kiP1 expression in serous cystadenocarcinomas (35.0％) was significantly lower than that in borderline serous cystadenomas(73.7％)and serous cystadenomas (80.0％) .The p21WAF1 staining frequency in serous cystadenocarcinomas (38.8％)was significantly lower than in borderline serous cystadenomas (73.7％)and serous cystadenomas (80.0％) .(2) The Skp2 protein expression in serous cystadenocarcinomas was positively correlated with clinicopathological stage,histological differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis of the tumors.The p27kiP1, p21WAF1 protein expression in serous cystadenocarcinomas was reversely correlated with clinicopathological stage and histological differentiation degree of the tumors(Ps ＜ 0.05) .(3) The Skp2 protein expression in serous cystadenocarcinomas was reversely correlated with that of p27kiP1 , p21WAF1.Conclusion The Skp2 protein expression in serous cystadenocarcinomas was increased and positively correlated with the clinicopathological features of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinomas.Skp2 protein expression was reversely correlated with p27kip1 ,p21WAF1.Skp2 protein expression may play an important role in the development and progression of serous cystadenocarcinomas.

BACKGROUND: Previous studies demonstrated that freeze-drying had great influence on internal heat transfer, such as pore distribution and void connectivity, however, the mechanisms involved in heat and mass transfer during drying is poorly understood.OBJECTIVE: Based on the previous studies, micro CT was served as analytical tool, to observe the movement characteristics of sublimation interface in freeze-drying process.METHODS: With aorta of pig, micro-CT scanning, image reconstruction and the technique of grey value analysis were used to observe and analyze the sublimation process in freeze-drying. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The slope of freeze-drying temperature curve was large at first, causing quick sublimation rate. The grey value of freeze-drying and ice crystal area was very different in second-dimensional cross-sectional reconstructed image.Sublimation interface was clear and sublimation took place simultaneously both in the outer'surface and inner surface. The movement of sublimation interface was obvious at this time. Along with the time, the slope of freeze-drying temperature curve became small, leading to slow sublimation rate. The movement of sublimation interface turned unciearly.For the vertically placed artery, when heated at the bottom, the sublimation takes place both in the outer surface and inner surfaceat the same time. The sublimation interface slowly approaches to the middle of vessel wall. With time prolonged, resistance for heat and mass transfer in freeze-drying is increased, and the sublimation rate becomes slowly.

Aim To explore the role of cytoplasmic FKBP52 in AAV-mediated transduction.Methods Murine embryo fibroblasts(MEFs)cultures from FKBP52 wild-type(WT),heterozygous(HE),and knockout(KO)mice were established.The role of FKBP52 in intracellular trafficking of AAV was analyzed by fluorescence-activated cell sorting(FACS)analyses,electrophoretic mobility shift assays(EMSA),southern blot,immunoprecipitations and western blot analyses.Results Conventional AAV vectors failed to transduce WT MEFs efficiently,and the transduction efficiency was not significantly increased in HE or KO MEFs.AAV vectors failed to traffick efficiently to the nucleus in these cells.Treatment with hydroxyurea(HU)increased the transduction efficiency of conventional AAV vectors by～25-fold in WT MEFs,but only by～4-fold in KO MEFs.The use of self-complementary AAV(scAAV)vectors,which bypass the requirement of viral second-strand DNA synthesis,revealed that HU treatment increased the transduction efficiency～23-fold in WT MEFs,but only～4-fold in KO MEFs,indicating that the lack of HU treatment-mediated increase in KO MEFs was not due to failure of AAV to undergo viral second-strand DNA synthesis.Following HU treatment,～59% of AAV genomes were present in the nuclear fraction from WT MEFs,but only ～28% in KO MEFs,indicating that the pathway by which HU treatment mediates nuclear transport of AAV was impaired in KO MEFs.When KO MEFs were stably transfected with an FKBP52 expression plasmid,HU treatment-mediated increased in the transduction efficiency was restored in these cells,which correlated directly with improved intracellular trafficking.Intact AAV particles were also shown to interact with FKBP52 as well as with dynein,a known cellular protein involved in AAV trafficking.Conclusion These studies suggest that FKBP52,being a cellular chaperone protein,facilitates intracellular trafficking of AAV,which has implications in the optimal use of recombinant AAV vectors in human gene therapy.

Objective To evaluate the effect of acupointhot compress with warming moxibustion bag on treating radiation proctitis caused by radiotherapy in cervical cancer. Methods 78 patients of cervical cancer with acute radioactive proctitis caused by radiotherapy were divided into two groups according to the length of hospital stays. The experiment group was given compress Tianshu acupoint with warm moxibustion bag every day, along with drug and retention enema, while the control group was treated with drug and retention enema only. Then observe and evaluate the effect of different treatment on each group. Results The total effective rate of treating radiation proctitis in experimental group was 94.44%(34/36) which was superior to 76.19% (32/42) of the control group (χ2=4.962, P<0.05). The influence of tumor radiotherapy in experimental group was also superior to the control group, nine patients were forced to suspend to radiotherapy by (6.11 ± 1.96) days in the control group, while five cases were suspended to radiotherapy by (2.20±1.09) days in the experiment group (t=4.066,P<0.05). Conclusions Acupoint hot compress with warming moxibustion bag combine with retention enema have an advantage over retention enema only on radiation proctitis caused by radiotherapy in cervical cancer.

Objective To evaluate the impact of sequence on the quality of bowel preparation in patients with anesthesia for same-day sequential bidirectional endoscopy and propose the optimal procedural sequence.Methods Single center blinded randomized observational study.Sixty-five patients were randomized to either the gastroscopy-first group or the colonoscopy-first group.Bowel cleanliness according to Boston bowel preparation scale (BBPS) scores were evaluated,also done the propofol dosage,caecal intubation time,procedure duration and complications.Results The BBPS score of entire colon showed no difference (6.72 ± 1.34 vs.6.89 ± 1.50,P =0.638),but the BBPS of ileal-cecum portion was higher in the colonoscopy-first group (1.21 ±0.54 vs.1.55 ±0.73,P =0.035).The total procedure time,propofol dosage and complications were similar between the two groups.Conclusion The bowel cleanliness of ileal-cecum portion in colonoscopy-first group is better than that of gastroscopy-first group during sequential bidirectional endoscopy in patients with propofol sedation.We propose colonoscopy first in patients with suspicious ileal-cecum lesion.

[ABSTRACT]OBJECTIVETo investigate the relationship between food allergen specific IgE, IgG and allergic rhinitis, and to explore the significance of food allergen in the diagnosis and prevention of allergic rhinitis.METHODSTen kinds of food specific IgE were detected by Western blot and 14 kinds of food specific IgG were detected by ELISA in 2860 allergic rhinitis patients. The positive results of specific IgE and specific IgG were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTSThere was no difference in positive rate of allergen in patients with different gender. Total positive rate of food specific IgE was 68.5%. The specific IgE positive rate of crab was 31.5%, shrimp 27.6%, milk 21.3%, fish assemblages 19.2%, freshwater fish assemblages 18.3% and soybean 17.2%. With the growth of age, the specific IgE positive rate of peanut increased, but eggs decreased. The total positive rate of food allergen specific IgG was 81.5%. The specific IgG positive rate of egg was 59.4%, milk 38.2%, codfish 32.6%, soybean 22.8%, rice 19% and shrimp 12.7%. With the growth of age, the specific IgG positive rate of crab increased. Specific IgE and IgG of soybean, milk, crab, shrimp and fish were correlated well.CONCLUSIONThe detection of specific food allergen antibodies is helpful for the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis.
