4.Identification of a novel human leucocyte antigen allele B*07:110
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(1):135-139
BACKGROUND:In recent years, with the development of China Marrow Donor Program and the improvement of human leukocyte antigen (HLA) typing technique, novel aleles of human leukocyte antigen have been discovered constantly in China. OBJECTIVE:To identify and confirm a novel HLA alele in a Chinese individual. METHODS: A new HLA alele was found during routine human leukocyte antigen genotyping by PCR-sequence specific oligonucleotide probes and sequencing-based typing. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The HLA-B locus hybridization probe reaction patterns of this sample did not match with any known HLA-B aleles or alelic combinations. Exons 2, 3 were sequenced in both directions using HLA-B sequence primer and group-specific sequencing primer. The obtained sequence had 2nts change from B*07:02:01 at nt 226 and nt 228 where A->G (codon 76 ATA->GTG) and resulting in a coding change, 76 isoleucine (I) was changed to valine (V). This nucleotide sequence has been submitted to the GenBank nucleotide sequence database and it is available under the accession number HM989017. A novel HLA alele, HLA-B*07:110, was identified, and was named officialy by the WHO Nomenclature Committee.
5.Counselor verbal response modes of psychic hot-line counseling
Chinese Mental Health Journal 2015;(3):182-186
Objective:To explore the counselor verbal response modes of psychic hot-line counseling and its characteristics. Methods:Through a qualitative study with category analysis method,8 pieces of audio recordings were collected,in each of which the entire duration was between 30 minutes to 50 minutes. And all of these record-ings were transcribed word by word.Meaningful 1202 pieces were deeply analyzed. Results:There were 5 core counselor verbal response types in hot-line counseling, greeting response,set-up response, listening response,follow-up response, and affecting response, all of which had 24 concept categories. All of the online counselors used the 5 types of verbal response. The listening response and follow-up response were the highest frequent types.Greeting response and set-up response were used mostly in the initial stage of counseling.Listening response, and follow-up response were used mostly in the stage of describing problem.Affecting response was sharply increased in the stage of analyzing problem.Greeting response and set-up response were used mostly in last stage of counseling.Conclu-sion:It suggests that there are 5 core counselor verbal response types and 24 concept categories in hot-line counse-ling.The listening response and follow-up response are the highest frequent types.Different types of verbal re-sponse modes used by counselor in different stages due to different intention.
6.Vitamin D3 for the treatment of breast cancer:a study of Balb/c nude mouse model
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(09):-
Objective To study the effect of vitamin D3 on breast cancer xenografted on a nude mouse model. MethodBalb/c nude mouse was injected subcutaneously with 10 6 human breast cancer cell line MCF-7.Two thousand units Vitamin D3 was administered in mice i?m every the other day. Tamoxifen (5 mg/kg) was fed per mouse daily. Mice were divided into four groups with ten mice in each group: Vitamin D3 group, Vitamin D3 and tamoxifen group, tamoxifen group and control group. After 4 weeks, mice were killed to measure volume of tumor and calcium and phosphorus levels in serum. Tumor cells were analyzed with flow cytometery to detect apoptosis and cell cycle. Results Calcium levels in serum of mice treated with vitamin D3 were higher than that of other two groups, but phosphorus levels in serum were lower . Apoptosis rate was higher than that of control group and tumor cells were arrested in G0/G1 phase, especially those treated with vitamin D3 and tamoxifen. ConclusionsVitamin D3 could significantly induce apoptosis of breast cancer cells and arrest tumor cells in G0/G1 phase. It is synergic with tamoxifen and this may have clinical significance in the treatment of breast cancer.

8.Clinical application of holmium laser lithotripsy for the treatment of cholelithiasis
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of holmium laser lithotripsy in the management of cholelithiasis. Methods 17 patients with hepatolithiasis or residual stones after bile duct operation were treated by holmium lithotripsy under fibrocholedochoscope. Results 36 stones were confirmed in 17 patients by intraoperative cholangiography. 7 stones were removed directly, 24 ones by laser lithotripsy, with success rate being 82 8%(24/29). Due to located in superior segmental intrahepatic duct, other 5 stones could not be observed under fibrocholedochoscope, so they weren't treated by holmium laser lithotripsy. B ultrasoundgraphy and cholangiography showed no residual stones in extrahepatic bile duct at the 1st month postoperatively, and the untreated 5 stones were in the same place. No hemorrhage, bile leakage, liver dysfunction or other complications occurred. Conclusions Holmium laser lithotripsy under fibrocholedochoscope is an effective and safe method in the management of hepatolithiasis or residual stones after bile duct operation.
9.DISTRIBUTION AND EFFECTS OF PERIPHERAL NERVE AXOLEMMA ION CHANNELS IN EXPERIMENTAL ALLERGIC NEURITIS
Acta Anatomica Sinica 2002;0(05):-
Objective To reveal the distribution and effects of peripheral nerve axolemma ion channels in experimental allergic neuritis(EAN).Methods The alteration of Na+ and K+ channels on peripheral nerves(PNs) in the course of EAN was observed and the relationship between the channels and nerve conduction properties was analyzed by assessing histology and electrophysiology of PNs as well as clinical severity. Results Na+ and K+ channels obviously decreased on day 9 post immunization(p.i.),a time point of disease onset, and quickly became undetectable in next two weeks.Undergoing a slow and incomplete regeneration, neither of the channels regained the normal appearance on day 85 p.i.even if the clinical symptom disappeared several weeks before.Na+ and K+ channels had a synchronous development during disease course and remained a close correlation with the alteration of paranodal myelin.Electrophysiological abnormality kept consistent with the disturbance of PNs just in the acute period of EAN(9-23d p.i.) and the compound muscle action potential(CMAP) amplitude partly reflected the distribution of axolemma ion channels. Conclusion Loss of axolemma ion channels of PNs might be one of the reasons directly leading to the early symptoms of EAN.As a structural component, the channels were liable to damage and difficult to restore. The clustering and maintenance of the channels were closely related with the specialized paranodal myelin.
