1.Analysis of Clinical Features of 141 Senile Gastric carcinoma Cases
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1990;0(02):-
In this paper, the authors reviewed 141 cases of senile gastric carcinoma, with 23 cases followed up.The clinical features, and the relationship between the longth of the course and the resection rate of the tumor have been analysed retrospectively. The results show that gas- tric carcinoma in the aged pepole has a characteristic of a longer history and higher resectable possibility,it is mainly from the canceration of gastric ulcer, well differentiated and low metastatic, and has a favourable prognosis and longer survival.Important suggestions to im- prove its resection rate and survival rate include making a follow-up gastroscopy for the aged pepole with a longer history of gastric diseases or peptic ulcers. For the aged patients who are over 50 with a long history of gastric ulcer or chronic intractable atrophic gastritis,it is rec- ommended to employ the surgery of gastrectomy and the R_Ⅱ mode of operation is of choice, and chemotherapy should be followed.
2.A review of international clinical trial registration
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2007;5(3):234-42
Clinical trials play a critical role in medical research. However, only a few clinical trials conducted at present have been registered at various clinical trial registries. Clinical trial registration can prevent bias in these registered trials effectively and avoid unnecessary waste of resources due to meaningless repeats. Moreover, it will benefit the development of evidence-based medicine, and promote human welfare. Great attention has been paid to the importance and necessity of clinical trial registration. This review briefly introduced the definition, justification, contents, history, current status of clinical trial registration, and introduced the information regarding important international clinical trial registries in detail. Clinical trial registration should be developed toward a transparent, compulsory and comprehensive stage.
3.Controlling system of triple pulse vacuum sterilizer for dental use
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
The controlling system of triple pulse vacuum sterilizer for dental use adopts PIC single-chip computer as the controller. The information related to stream temperature and pressure of the stream and liquid mixture in the hermetic vessel is acquired and controlled. Linearization measurements of the temperature and pressure and fuzzy control technology are all involved in. The experiment result shows that the controlling system makes the sterilizer free from overshoot, steady-state error and non-robustness.
4.A qualitative study of exploring the therapeutic components of traditional Chinese medicine as a complex intervention through grounded theory.
Journal of Integrative Medicine 2010;8(10):928-43
To explore and identify the therapeutic components of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) as a complex intervention through grounded theory, and the correlation and interaction within this model and the possible effects that they may have on the therapeutic effects of TCM.
5.Effect of personality characteristics and mental health of university students on the career orientation
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2011;20(11):1043-1045
ObjectiveTo explore the effects of personality characteristics and mental health of students on the career orientation.MethodsThe method of stratified random sampling was used in three universities of Jiangxi province.501 subjects of Arts,Science and Medical Science were tested with Holland career orientation test, symptom check list(SCL-90) and 16 personality factors(16PF).Structure validity analysis, analysis of variance and t -value test were employed with LISREL8.70 and SPSS13.0.Results ( 1 ) The proportion of students choosed the type of occupation were:social type 36%,management type 18%,conventional type 17%,reality type 14%,investigation type 9%,artistic type 6% ; (2) Career orientation, personality characteristics and mental health had moderate effect on the career orientation. The correlation coefficients of personality characteristics and mental health to the vocational orientation were 0.63 and 0.44.The interaction correlation coefficient was 0.56.ConclusionPersonality characteristics and mental health of college students are important factors to the career orientation and decision-making of job seeking. The personality has stronger explanatory power than mental health.Great emphasis should be paid on both short-term psychological health of college students and long-term cultivation of healthy personality in the employment psychological guidance.
6.Investigation of Insoluble Particles Resulting From Five Kinds of Herbal Injections Mixed With Transfusion Fluid
China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of mixing herbal injections with transfusion fluid on production of insoluble particles.METHODS:To detect the amount of insoluble particles before and after mixing herbal injections with transfusion fluid with ZWF-4 particule counter.RESULTS:The insoluble particles increased obviously.CONCLUSION:It should be paid great attention to the increase of insoluble particles after mixing,as well as the relationship between the insoluble particles and adverse reactions.

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
Objective: For cultivation of reasonable nutrition and eating habits in the new generation of singleton children in China, this nutrition intervention study was taken in a boarding primary school for 10 years to observe the outcome of their growth and development, and to find the possibility of the reasonable diet mode suitable for them. Method: This study started from 1993, and the whole diet and foods of the primary school children were designed and measured all the time when they were in school. This report was taken from 161 primary school pupils aged from 7 to 12, mostly being singleton in their family, as a sample through whole six years from Class one to six when they graduated from the school. Their growth and general health situation including body height and weight, and hemoglobin were measured and evaluated every year. Results and Conclusion: The outcome seemed positive. It suggested that the “Chinese Food Guideline” was acceptable and suitable for southern Chinese children, and the results were discussed.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
To study the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ (AngⅡ) type 2 receptor (AT2R) and its effect on the proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) in rats. The recombinant adenoviral vector, AdCMV AT2R, containing rat AT2 receptor gene was constructed by homologous recombination, and then it was used to transfer AT2 receptor gene to rat VSMC in vitro. The expression of AT2R, bcl 2 and bax mRNA was detected by RT PCR and the rate of expression in VSMC was determined by flow cytometer. Cell proliferation was determined by incorporation of bromodeoxyuridine(BrdU) and 3 (4,5 dimethyl thiazol 2 yl)2,5 diphenytetrazolium bromide(MTT) respectively. The modified Boyden chamber method was used to test the migration of VSMC. Apoptosis was quantified by flow cytometer and by terminal deoxynucleotide transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) in situ. RT PCR showed that the expression of AT2R mRNA increased obviously in transferred VSMC, and the peak value of expression rate was about 89.51% at 48 hours; bax mRNA was also increased by 76.3% at the same time. When the expression of AT2R was at peak value, the OD value of MTT and BrdU incorporation were reduced by 61.4% and 51.6% respectively( P

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2012;47(12):1561-6
New antibiotics with novel modes of action and structures are urgently needed to combat the emergence of multidrug-resistant bacteria. Bacterial signal peptidase I (SPase I) is an indispensable enzyme responsible for cleaving the signal peptide of preprotein to release the matured proteins. Increasing evidence suggests that SPase I plays a crucial role in bacterial pathogenesis by regulating the excretion of a variety of virulent factors, maturation of quorum sensing factor and the intrinsic resistance against beta-lactams. Recently, breakthrough has been achieved in the understanding of three-dimensional structure of SPase I as well as the mechanism of enzyme-inhibitors interaction. Three families of inhibitors are identified, i.e. signal peptide derivatives, beta-lactams and arylomycins. In this article, we summarize the recent advance in the study of structure, activity and structure-activity relationship of SPase I inhibitors.
