1.Standardization of Terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and Modernization and Internationalization of TCM
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(01):-
During the Qin-Han Dynasty, the system of terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) has been initially established. With the progress of TCM subject and increasing of academic exchanges, one word having two or more meanings, one meaning with two or more words, and development of meanings of words have come into sight, following with the appearance of new concepts and terms.TCM terms have their distinction. The characteristics of TCM terms were: characteristic of history; ②characteristic of culture;qualitative description;using concrete word to describe the abstract concept.During the new century,TCM needs modernization.Clear concept and standard terms are important for modernization of TCM.Meanwhile, there was confusion on translation of terms on the internationalization of TCM.Standard terms were precondition of the academic exchange and popularizing TCM.In a word, the standardization of terms of TCM became one of the keys for the modernization and internationalization of TCM.
2.Three problems about development of prescriptions of Chinese materia medica
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(01):-
Research on history of TCM should serve for development of TCM today.Researchers in history of prescriptions of Chinese materia medica should think the question about development of prescriptions of Chinese materia medica.Three problems about development of prescriptions of Chinese materia medica are brought forward currently.Firstly what is area of it in science, whether method of treatment and preparation are attached to it .Secondly whether classify of it is accordant to theory of TCM and method of treatment.Thirdly the Pharmacopoeia hold in the prescriptions .The items of Pharmacopoeia couldn’t satisfy clinical needs of TCM in processing and dosage.A standard of prescription should be drawn besides the Pharmacopoeia.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of holmium laser lithotripsy in the management of cholelithiasis. Methods 17 patients with hepatolithiasis or residual stones after bile duct operation were treated by holmium lithotripsy under fibrocholedochoscope. Results 36 stones were confirmed in 17 patients by intraoperative cholangiography. 7 stones were removed directly, 24 ones by laser lithotripsy, with success rate being 82 8%(24/29). Due to located in superior segmental intrahepatic duct, other 5 stones could not be observed under fibrocholedochoscope, so they weren't treated by holmium laser lithotripsy. B ultrasoundgraphy and cholangiography showed no residual stones in extrahepatic bile duct at the 1st month postoperatively, and the untreated 5 stones were in the same place. No hemorrhage, bile leakage, liver dysfunction or other complications occurred. Conclusions Holmium laser lithotripsy under fibrocholedochoscope is an effective and safe method in the management of hepatolithiasis or residual stones after bile duct operation.
5.The expression of hepatitis C virus truncated core and EGFP fusion gene in Sf9 cells
Chinese Journal of Clinical Laboratory Science 1985;0(04):-
Objective To construct recombinant baculovirus expression vector containing hepatitis C virus(HCV) truncated core gene and EGFP gene, and to study the antigenicity of the fusion protein expressed in Sf 9 cells. Methods PCR-amplified HCV truncated core gene and EGFP gene were cloned into the transposed vector pFastBac1 to construct a recombinant plasmid pFastCt-EGFP,by which E.coli DH10Bac was transformed to get the recombinant BacmidCt-EGFP.Insect Sf 9 cells were transfected with BacmidCt-EGFP and the expression of fusion protein Ct-EGFP was screened by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. Results SDS-PAGE and Western blot analysis showed that fusion protein Ct-EGFP was expressed with the molecular mass of 40 kD.ELISA results showed that the fusion protein reacted with 15 of 28(54%) anti-HCV positive sera. Conclusion The fusion protein Ct-EGFP was expressed in insect Sf9 cells and showed partial antigenicity.
6.Discussion on the characteristics and reason of Chinese medicine foreign exchange activities among government organizations in the past nearly 30 years
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(8):673-675
As a principal part of foreign exchange activities of traditional Chinese medicine, government organizations played a crucial role. At present, there are relatively rare researches on foreign exchange activities of traditional Chinese medicine in government organizations. In this article, we defined related government organizations and their functions, analyzed the features of the foreign exchange activities of traditional Chinese mdicine among government organizations in the past nearly 30 years. And based on this analysis, SWOT theory model in management science was introduced to discuss the reasons of government behaviors and put forward suggestions for the future development.
7.Determination of Content and Related Substances of Cefetamet Pivoxil Hydrochloride Tablets by HPLC
China Pharmacist 2015;18(12):2173-2176
Objective:To establish an HPLC method to determine the content and related substances of cefetamet pivoxil hydro-chloride tablets. Methods:A Hypersil ODS2 C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was 0. 005 mol· L-1 tetrabutylammonium hydroxide solution-acetonitrile (64: 36, adjusting pH to 4. 5 with phosphoric acid). The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 . The detection wavelength was 232 nm. The column temperature was 30℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results:Cefetamet was completely separated from the related substances. The equation of linear regression was Y=2.29 ×104X-4.30 ×104(r=0. 999 9) and the linear range of cefetamet was 51. 01-510. 07 μg·ml-1 . The average recovery was 99. 60% and RSD was 0. 84%(n=9). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and suitable. It can be used for the determination of content and related sub-stances of cefetamet pivoxil hydrochloride tablets.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
A method, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, was introduced for the determination of antigen-specific immune complex (BSA-anti-BSA) in rabbit circulation. The antigen-specific immune complex in the circulation of twelve rabbits were determined by this method. The results showed that this method accords with the regular pattern of immune complex formation more closely than the antigen-nonspecific assay, PEG precipitation method. The procedure of this method is rather simple, its specificity is of high degree, and the amount of serum needed in test is small. This enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is a better method to determine the circulating specific immune complex in rabbits.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(02):-
Objective To examine the intracranial lesions before and after operation by functional MRI with BOLD technique, and to map the brain activation images of the patients on general MR images. Methods Thirty one patients had lesions involving the frontal and/or parietal lobes in one side of the cerebral hemispheres, and the lesions included 29 tumors (11 gliomas; 13 metastases; 5 meningiomas) and 2 infections. MSEPI technique was performed with four scan planar parallel AC PC. During each scan series, the patients were asked to perform repetitive finger thumb opposition movement in the same period of active and rest duration. All the scanning data were transferred to a workstation and dealt with statistical method. The patients had been examined again by the same sequence protocol postoperatively, and the fMRI images were analyzed and compared with that of the preoperation fMRI. Results The motor cortex of both cerebral hemisphere was asymmetrical, and the border between the motor cortex and lesions could be clearly identified in all of the patients preoperatively. After operation, both sites of the motor cortex were nearly replaced. Conclusion fMRI was very useful in evaluating the surgical planning and the prognosis of the patients.
