Hepatocellular carcinoma is the fifth most common malignant cancer worldwide with a continuously increasing incidence annually,highly malignant degree and poor prognosis.There is few effective treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma at present,based on the principle of surgical resection and chemotherapy.The present study showed that lysophosphatidic acid is highly expressed in tumor tissue,bile and serum in the patient with hepatocellular carcinoma.It plays an important role in hepatocellular carcinoma migration,invasion and tumor growth.Therefore,the mechanism which lysophosphatidic promots hepatocellular carcinoma is reviened as fellow.

Objective To study the degradation of Rhizoma Typhonii polysaccharide with sulfuric acid under the normal and ultrasonic condition. Methods The orthogonal test table L9(34) was used to optimize 4 factors including acid concentration, reaction time, reaction temperature and ultrasonic power, with the yield of the low-molecular-weight polysaccharide as the index. Results The optimal conditions of discomposing Rhizoma Typhonii polysaccharide with sulfuric acid were 10% sulfuric acid, 100 ℃ for 2 h under the normal condition,and the yield of low-molecular-weight polysaccharide was 36.17%. Under the ultrasonic condition, the optimal conditions were 150 W of the ultrasonic power, 5% sulfuric acid, 40 ℃ for 1 h, and the yield was 44.63%. Conclusion The degrading yield of the low-molecular-weight polysaccharide can be increased under ultrasonic condition with sulfuric acid.

Objective To investigate the relationship of nerve growth factor (NGF) between serum and follicular fluid in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and its effect on pregnancy outcomes. Methods From December 2011 to November 2012, 65 PCOS patients suffered with in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) were included in PCOS group and 31 non-PCOS patients with IVF-ET were used as control group. The expressions of NGF in serum and follicular fluid were detected by ELISA on the injection day of chorionic gonadotropin (HCG). The expression levels of NGF in serum and follicular fluid were compared between PCOS group and control group. Results The NGF levels in serum[(14.38±0.42) ng/L] and follicular fluid[(9.61±0.49)ng/L] were significantly higher in PCOS group than those of control group[(11.39±0.38) ng/L and (7.55 ± 0.40)ng/L]. In PCOS group, NGF levels in serum [(14.22 ± 0.35)ng/L] and follicular fluid [(9.30 ± 0.31)ng/L] were significantly lower in pregnant group than those of non-pregnant group[(14.51±0.43)ng/L, (9.86±0.46)ng/L, P<0.01]. Conclusion The increased levels of NGF in serum and follicular fluid of PCOS patients contribute to the pathogenesis of PCOS. The high expression of NGF in serum and follicular fluid may be harmful to pregnancy in PCOS patients.

Objective To elucidate the mechanism of accelerated apoptosis of monocytes in patients with lupus nephritis (LN). Methods 17 LN patients were enrolled in the study and 15 healthy volunteers were selected as controls. The expression of Faa and Fas ligand (FasL) was examined by immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometer analysis. The apoptosis and survival rate of monocytes cultured in vitro with human FasL (rHu-FasL) was analyzed by flow cytometer analysis and 5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) staining, respectively. Results Faa expression on monocytes was significantly higher in LN patients than that in healthy subjects. There was no difference of monocytes Fas expression between active LN patients and silent LN patients. There was no detectable FasL expression on monocytes from both LN patients and healthy controls. When monocytes cultured in vitro with rHu-FasL, there was a significantly increasing apoptosis and a decreasing survival rate of monocytes in LN patients as compared to healthy controls. Conclusion The up-regulated expression of functional Fas on monocytes may contribute to the accelerated apoptosis of monocytes in LN patients.

Objective To study the expression of survivin and its relationship with the proliferative activity in hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Using immunohistochemistry ABC methods, the expression of survivin and PCNA were evaluated in 31 hepatocellular carcinoma, 8 cirrhosis of liver and 4 normal livers tissues.Results No expression of survivin were detected in normal livers and cirrhosis of liver. In contrast, survivin protein was expressed in 19 of 31 patients with HCC(61.3%). Objective To study the test-retest reliability in quantitative measurement of proprioception using Tecnobody rehabilitation system.Methods Nine healthy volunteers [4 males,5 females,averaged age (22.8 ±0.68) years] participated in three consecutive measurements on both feet by using Tecnobody rehabilitation system for computerized proprioceptive assessment.Standard error of measurement(SEM),correlation coefficient and intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC) obtained from the three consecutive measurements were used to analyze the Timeused in each measuring session,and the average track error (ATE) of the measurements.ResultsSEM values of Time in left foot and right foot were 3.07 ～ 3.83 and 6.65 ～ 8.44 respectively.ATE values in left foot and right foot were 1.33 ～ 1.97 and 1.39 ～ 1.91 respectively.The Time and ATE correlation coefficients of left foot / right foot were 0.919/0.6 and 0.808/0.831,respectively.The Time ICC values were 0.893/0.639 for left foot / right foot,respectively ; and the ATE ICC values were 0.716/0.734 for left foot / right foot,respectively. Conclusion The Tecnobody rehabilitation system provided a fairly good reliability in both relative andabsolute values in quantitative evaluation of proprioception in the feet.These data in a larger amount may be useful for setting up variables and the standard values of the local population for reference in proprioceptive rehabilitation.

Objective To investigate the expression of phosphorylated protein kinase B1 (pAkt1) and human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) in ovarian epithelial carcinoma (EOC) and its relationship with prognosis, and to analyze the correlation between pAkt1 and hTERT expression. Methods 92 patients with EOC in Tangshan Gongren Hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected. The expressions of hTERT and pAkt1 proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expressions of pAkt1 and hTERT proteins and their relationship with clinical prognosis were analyzed. Results Of the 92 patients with EOC, 68 cases (73.9 %) had positive expression of pAkt and 52 cases (56.5 %) had positive expression of hTERT. There was no significant correlation between expressions of pAkt1 and hTERT proteins in EOC (r= 0.284, P= 0.633). The expressions of pAkt1 and hTERT proteins were not related with age, tumor pathology type and the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) staging (all P> 0.05), but had significant association with tumor pathology differentiation (χ2= 2.694, P= 0.005; χ2=2.284, P=0.018). The disease-free survival of patients with both pAkt1 and hTERT positive was shorter than that of the other groups (P= 0.013). Conclusion The prognosis of EOC patients with high expression of pAkt1 and hTERT proteins is poor.

Objective To observe brain functional activity of patients with arrhythmia after radiofrequency ablation with amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation (ALFF).Methods Twenty-six patients with anxiety disorder after radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) were included as RFCA group.Age and sex matched twenty-six healthy volunteers were included as control group.The difference of ALFF between the two groups was analyzed by two-sample t test.Partial correlation between extracted values from dysfunctional brain regions and hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) scores were investigated.Results Compared with control group,ALFF of left middle temporal gyrus,right putamen,left amygdala significantly increased,and left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC),right praecuneus,left middle frontal gyrus and right middle occipital gyus significantly decreased in RFCA group (Alphasim correction,P＜0.01).ALFF values of left DLPFC were negatively correlated with HAMA scores (r=-0.872,P=0.013).Conclusion The brain activity of RFCA patients in resting state is abnormal.ALFF can provide more evidences for the pathogenesis of the disease.
