1.Distribution Characteristic and Drug Reisitance Analysis of 207 Children Infected Klebsiella Pneumoniae

Objective Analysis of K.pneumoniae infection in the Pediatrics and the Neonatology clinical characteristics of the resistance,that can guide and use medicine clinically rationally.Methods The sensitiveness test and ESBL detection to the 20 kinds of antibiotics were examined by Automatic Instrument bacterial identification and susceptibility testing ;ESBL positive strains with the standards disk diffusion method phenotypic confirmatory test.Results The 207 strains of K.pneumoniae from fecal specimens were 77.3% and from respiratory specimens were 18.8%.Imipenem and meropenem sensitivity 100%,followed by compound piperacillin,ciprofloxacin,compound amoxicillin and cefoxitin,that sensitive rates were 98%,97%,96% and 96%,;ceftazidime,cefepime,cefotaxime lower sensitivity were 75%,75%,78%.50 ESBL-producing strains,accounting for 24.2%.Conclusions K.pneumoniae have different levels of the drug resistance expcept Imipenem and meropenem,and the multi-drug resistant strains ratio and the positive rate are high.The sensitiveness of penicillin compound containing enzyme inhibitor is second only to the two described above,and they are economy and effective.Considering by medicine economics,the kinds of medicine is preferred on according to the drug sensitivity.
2.The Assessment of Human Gait Function Based on Wavelet Entropy

Objective To seek a useful index for assessing the change of human gait function based on the application of wavelet entropy in the gait data analysis.Methods The ground reaction force(GRF)gait data of 2 groups(10 young and 10 elderly subjects)were acquired with Bertec 3 dimensional force measured system(a strain gauge force platform)during normal walking.The orthogonal discrete wavelet transform was used for decomposing the collected gait data.The relative wavelet energy and wavelet entropy were defined and calculated respectively.They were statistically analyzed with t-test technique respectively to evaluate the change of human gait function.Results There was significant difference between the relative wavelet energy from GRF gait data of the two subject groups.The average values of wavelet entropy from the GRF gait data of elderly subject group were obviously less than those from the GRF gait data of young subject group.With the value of significance level of t-test P

Tissue engineering technology is a new method to repair articular cartilage defects,and received extensive attention.One of its characters which makes this technology different from a single cell transplantation is the application of scalfold materials.The materials used for scalfold must accord with certain requirements.The previous researches have achieved some break through,but constant improvements still are needed for the alteration from laboratory to clinics.
4.Application of seed cells in tissue-engineered articular cartilage

OBJECTIVE: To expound the research status of the seed cells in tissue-engineered articular cartilage, and explore the resource, in vitro amplification and gene modification, so as to propose the application prospect in future.DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of PubMed was undertaken to identify the articles about the seed cells in tissue-engineered articular cartilage published in English between January 1994 and April 2006 with the key words of "cartilage, joint, tissue engineering, stem cell, cell culture, gene modification". Other articles were searched from Tsinghua Tongfang and Vip database according to the journal and article titles.STUDY SELECTION: The data were selected firstly to choose those about the seed cells in tissue-engineered articular cartilage and eliminate those not accorded with the requirements. The full-texts of left articles were searched manually.DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 89 articles were collected, of which 34 were included and 55 were excluded.DATA SYNTHESIS: Cells for the construction of artificial cartilage tissues include autologous or homologous chondrocytes, periost and perichondrium cells, mesenchymal stem cells and embryonic stem cells, all of which could be cultured and amplified by specific culturing system in vitro, they also could be genic modified under certain condition with different strategies and methods to repair articular cartilage defects.CONCLUSION: Seed cells with their particular characteristics play an important role in the repair of articular cartilage defects with tissue engineering technique.
5.Analysis of Drug Resistance in 112 Strains of Streptococcus Agalactiae Isolated from Genitourinary Tract of Pregnant Women

Objective To emphasize the hazardness due to streptococcus agalactiae infecting genitourinary tract of the pregnant women,and to analyze the drug resistance to 7 kinds of antibiotics in streptococcus agalactiaes in order to guide the clinical drug usage.Methods 112 isolates of streptococcus agalactiaes were identified by API 20 STREP.The susceptibility to 7 kinds of antibiotics were performed by K-B method.Results All of the 112 strains were susceptible to penicillin,cefazolin,ceftriaxone,vancomycin.The susceptibility to erythromycin,clindamycin and levofloxacin were 39.3%,56.2%,74.1% respectively.The resistance ratio to erythromycin was 49.1% followed by clindamycin(41.1%).Conclusions Penicillin and ampicillin were the first recommended antibiotics in treating and preventing streptococcus agalactiae infection.Erythromycin and clindamycin could be selected according to antibiotic susceptibility results in case of the patient with severe penicillin allergy.It is important to detect streptococcus agalactiae in preventing its infection among pregnant women.The results of the antibiotic susceptibility test can guide the rational drug usage in clinical treatment of streptococcus agalactiae infection.

The early diagnosis , the prediction of recurrence and metastasis of osteosarcoma and avoiding chemotherapy resist -ance play a key role in the therapeutic areas of osteosarcoma .DNA methylation is the main reason of activation of oncogene and inacti-vation of tumor suppressor gene .It has been proven that the methylation of multiple genes is closely related to clinical indicators and targeted therapy of osteosarcoma .It is expected that DNA methylation can be used for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of osteosarco -ma.In this paper, the relationship between DNA methylation and osteosarcoma is reviewed .
7.Protective effects of huang lian jie du tang active fraction on ischemia injury in cerebral cortical neuronal cultures

Aim To investigate the protective effects of huang lian jie du tang active fraction(HLJDTAF) on ischemia injury in cerebral cortical neuronal cultures. Methods The cortical neurons of rat fetal were cultured in vitro. The protective effects of HLJDTAF on ischemia injury were observed by treating cells with sodium dithionite in glucose free medium. Results HLJDTAF 610 mg?kg -1 increased the activity of neuron, 305 mg?kg -1 reduced the leakage rate of LDH; HLJDTAF 610, 305, 153 mg?kg -1 reduced the content of NO,MDA and increased the activity of SOD. Conclusion HLJDTAF protected the cerebral cortical neurons from ischemia injury by reducing the contents of NO and suppressing the generation of lipidperoxide.
8.Analysis on detection and drug resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticum in 3 249 cases of cervical samples in Southern Fujian

Objective To investigate the infection status of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and its situation of drug resistance . Methods The separation ,identification and drug resistance test plate was used for Uu detection in 3 249 cases of cervical samples . Results The total infection rate of Uu was 47 .18% (1 533/3 249) .The patients with Uu infection mainly distributed in >20-40 years ,with the constituent ratio accounted to 90 .8% .The sensitive rates of Uu to josamycin and doxycycline were both higher than 95 .00% ,however ,the resistant rate of Uu to azithromycin and ofloxacin were both higher than 50 .00% .Conclusion The drug re‐sistant strains of Uu were common .The clinic should choose the sensitive antibiotics for the treatment according to the results of drug sensitivity test .

10.Effects of Zhennao-Ning capsule on cerebral microcirculation

Objective To observe the effects of Zhennao-Ning capsule on cerebral microcirculation.Methods Cerebral hypoperfusion model of mices was induced by right common carotid arteries ligation method,The cerebral blood flow for 5min was recorded under normal circumstances comand for 30min when modeled,and then calculate the rate of blood flow changes.Microcirculatory impairment model of rats was induced by intravenous injection of high molecular dextran(HMD).The time of the emergence of microcirculatory impairment was recorded.Vascular flow,blood flow pattern and the number of outlets in the same range were recorded.Results The blood flow was significant decrease in the cerebral hypoperfusion model mice,when compared with the control mice.Zhennao-Ning capsules at the dosage of 1500 mg/kg、750 mg/kg treatment could improve the cerebral blood flow of rats at 10,20,and 30 min after modeled (56%,51%,50% and 42%,49%,51%,respectively,P<0.01).Zhennao-Ning capsules at the dosage of 600 mg/kg,300 mg/kg could significantly reduce the change of blood flow pattern(P<0.01),improve vascular flow rate (26%,36%,P<0.05 or P<0.01),extend the time of the emergence in the microcirculatory impairment model rat (53%,34%,P<0.01).Conclusion Zhcnnao-Ning capsules could improve microcirculatory impairment and partly cure the clinical migraine disease.
