1.Influence of systematic health education on the disease cognition and behavior of treatment compli-ance in patients with infectious diseases

Objective To investigate the influence of systematic health education on the disease cogni-tion and behavior of treatment compliance in patients with infectious diseases. Methods Patiens with infec-tious diseases in our department were divided into the control group(142 patients) and the experimental group (136 patients). The control group received common health education, the experimental group was given addi-tional knowledge education about infectious disease based upon routine education. The two groups were inves-tigated before and after intervention by adopting self-designed investigation scale.The cognition rate of disease and the rate of behavior of treatment compliance were compared by χ2 test. Results The cognition rate of disease and the rate of behavior of treatment compliance in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. Conclusions Systematic health education can not only increase degree of disease cogni-tion but also improve behavior of treatment comphanee in patients with infectious diseases.
2.The introduction and enlightenment of the teaching philosophy and methods of evidence-based medicine for foreign graduate students

Aiming at evidence-based medicine course of graduate students, foreign medical colleges and universities usually took in the teaching philosophy that emphasized stages (focusing on knowledge ac-cumulation) and practicality (focusing on ability training). And they put forward a lot of teaching methods which implemented the conception, such as problem-based learning, journal club, blended learning approach, online learning platform, concept mapping etc. In order to provide a useful reference for the domestic teaching reform and development, this paper introduced the teaching philosophy and related teaching meth-ods mentioned above.

Objective:
To evaluate the influence of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) nursing model for perioperative patients in orthopedic surgery on complications.
Methods:
Computer-based search of electronic databases the Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI, WF and CBM Database to search for randomized controlled trials on the application of ERAS nursing models in orthopaedic patients at domestic and foreign before March 16, 2018, data were selected and screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. RevMan 5.3 was used for meta-analysis of the included studies.
