Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) represe nt s a distinct category of large cell lymphomas defined by a strong expression of the cytokine receptor CD30 on neoplastic cells and a so-called anaplastic cytol ogy. This review will address the recent progress in understanding ALCL.
2.Effects of Application Timing of Carboporst Tromethamine on Postpartum Hemorrhage and Hemodynam-ics of Cesarean Section Women with Central Placenta Previa
China Pharmacy 2017;28(11):1535-1537
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of application timing of carboporst tromethamine on postpartum hemor-rhage and hemodynamics of cesarean section women with centralplacenta previa. METHODS:Totally 138 parturient women with central placenta previa selected from our hospital during Jan.-Dec. 2015 were divided into observation group and control group ac-cording to random number table, with 69 cases in each group. Both groups received cesarean section. Control group was given Car-boporst tromethamine injection 250 μg on uterine body after the delivery of placenta. Observation group was given Carboporst tro-methamine injection 250 μg on corpora uteri immediately after umbilical cord cutting. The operation duration, intraoperative and postoperative blood loss were observed in 2 groups. The preoperative and postoperative 24 h hemodynamic index, coagulation func-tion and corpora uteri were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:The operation duration of observation group was significantly shorter than control group;intraoperative blood loss and 24h blood loss of observation group were significantly less than control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in preoperative hemodynamic index and coagula-tion function index between 2 groups before surgery(P>0.05). 24 h after surgery,SBP,DBP,MAP,FIB and D-D of 2 groups were decreased significantly, while HR of them were increased significantly;the observation group was significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR (15.94% vs. 13.04%) between 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Carboporst tromethamine after omphalotomy via uterine body helps to shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss, maintain hemodynamic indexes stable and improve coagulation func-tion of cesarean section women with central placenta previa ,with good safety.
3.Simple mesh stent placement for treating intracranial aneurysm:progress in research
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(10):-
Treatment of an aneurysm with a mesh stent alone becomes an emerging technique. The mechanism involves the mesh stents, when it crosses the neck of an aneurysm could change the internal circulation and induce the formation of stable thrombus and in turn assists the growth of neointima for anatomical healing of the aneurysmal neck. The mesh stent technique aimed at vascular reconstruction with expected curing effect for aneurysm together as a simple and safe way to keep the patency of the small arterial branches, just contrary to the covered stent. This technique couldn't be carried out practically in wide scale because of immaturity, therefore we give a comprehesive review in the progress of this field.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(02):-
A preliminary investigation on the serum HCV RNA in 182 patients with different chronic liver diseases and 35 blood donors was performed with "nested" polymerase chair reaction. The findings were as follows;(1)Serum HCV RNA was detected in 36.6%(34/93)cases of primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC),31.7%(20/63)cases of liver cirrhosis(LC),15.4%(4/ 26)cases of chronic hepatitis(CH)and 2.9%(1/35)blood donors.(2)Most of the HCV RNA positive cases were accompanied with positive serum HBsAg/HBV DNA.15.1%(14/93)of PHC,3.2%(2/63)of LC and 3.8%(1/26)of CH was positive only for HCV RNA.The findings suggest that about 20% of PHC are related to the coinfection of HCV and HBV,while 15% of PHC are related to HCV infection only.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
Serum hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA and HBV DNA were assayed in 38 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC) negative for all serum HBV immunological markers (HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb and HBcAb) by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). It was found that either HCV RNA or HBV DNA or both were detectable in 28 cases (73.7%) among the 38 patients. Of these patients, single HCV RNA- positive, single HBV DNA-positive and both HCV RNA and HBV DNA-positive were observed in 7(18.4%), 12(31.6%) and 9(23.7%) cases, respectively. The results suggest that (1) HCV infection may also play an important role in the development of PHC in Chongqing; and (2) about half of the PHC patients negative for all the serum HBV immunological markers are still associated with HBV infection.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 1996;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of resection (EMR) of gastrointestinal tumors by EUS assisted with high-frequency probe EUS (HFPE). Methods EMR assisted with HFPE was attempted in 30 patients with gastrointestinal tumors with 0. 5 - 3. 5 cm in diameter. Complications such as bleeding and perforation were carefully monitored. The entire resected specimen received histopathological examination. Follow-up was regularly taken in outpatient clinic. Results In 28 (93. 3% )out of 30 patients tumors were successfully resected by EMR. 95. 2% cancerous and 85. 7% tumorous lesions were resected satisfactorily. No severe bleeding or perforation occurred nor had any recurrences be observed when follow-up of 2 ~ 13 months. Conclusion EMR assisted with HFPE is a safe and desired measure in the treatment of early small gastrointestinal tumors.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2001;0(02):-
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of magnifying endoscopy in the identification of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) , intestinal metaplasia (IM) and Helicobacter pylori ( Hp) infection. Methods Microstructures of gastric mucosa in 140 cases with different gastric diseases were studied using Olympus GIF-Q240Z magnifying endoscope. Biopsies were taken from the magnified sites. The microstruc-tures of gastric mucosa were compared with the results of pathological study. Results The morphology of gastric pits was classified as follows: Types A ( round spot) , B ( short rod) , C ( branched) , D ( patchy) and E ( villous) . The detection rate of CAG by magnifying endoscopy was 94. 3% (33/35) , which was significantly higher than that by routine endoscopy (22. 8% , 8/35) (P

0.05)respectively.[Conclusion]The technique of radiographic assessment to define the anteromedial OA of the knee is not easy to perform, but it can be used,by well trained doctors,in the most knee OA cases with high accuracy. The MR imaging gives more information about cartilage defects and can be used in some doubted cases.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(01):-
[Objective]To evaluate the possibility and clinical value of total en bloc spondylectomy for the treatment of spinal tumors. [Method]Four cases of primary tumor of the thoracolumbar spine were treated with total en bloc spondylectomy TES through a single posterior approach performed in three cases(T10 solitary plasmacytoma,T8 hemangioma, and T12 hemangioma),and one case through a single stage anterior and posterior combined approach(L4 neuroblastoma with paraspinal mass).Improvements in osteotomy apparatus and surgical technique of TES were investigated.[Result]All patients attained significant clinical improvement after surgery without any severe complications.Patients were observed for 13 to 22 months. There was no local recurrence and distal metastasis by the last follow-up.[Conclusion]Total en bloc spondylectomy includes resection of the involved vertebra in two major blocs, rather than a piecemeal pattern. It is one of the most effective therapies for spinal tumors.Howerer, some components of TES remain to be further improved.
