Anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) represe nt s a distinct category of large cell lymphomas defined by a strong expression of the cytokine receptor CD30 on neoplastic cells and a so-called anaplastic cytol ogy. This review will address the recent progress in understanding ALCL.
2.Effects of Application Timing of Carboporst Tromethamine on Postpartum Hemorrhage and Hemodynam-ics of Cesarean Section Women with Central Placenta Previa
China Pharmacy 2017;28(11):1535-1537
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of application timing of carboporst tromethamine on postpartum hemor-rhage and hemodynamics of cesarean section women with centralplacenta previa. METHODS:Totally 138 parturient women with central placenta previa selected from our hospital during Jan.-Dec. 2015 were divided into observation group and control group ac-cording to random number table, with 69 cases in each group. Both groups received cesarean section. Control group was given Car-boporst tromethamine injection 250 μg on uterine body after the delivery of placenta. Observation group was given Carboporst tro-methamine injection 250 μg on corpora uteri immediately after umbilical cord cutting. The operation duration, intraoperative and postoperative blood loss were observed in 2 groups. The preoperative and postoperative 24 h hemodynamic index, coagulation func-tion and corpora uteri were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:The operation duration of observation group was significantly shorter than control group;intraoperative blood loss and 24h blood loss of observation group were significantly less than control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in preoperative hemodynamic index and coagula-tion function index between 2 groups before surgery(P>0.05). 24 h after surgery,SBP,DBP,MAP,FIB and D-D of 2 groups were decreased significantly, while HR of them were increased significantly;the observation group was significantly better than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR (15.94% vs. 13.04%) between 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Carboporst tromethamine after omphalotomy via uterine body helps to shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative blood loss, maintain hemodynamic indexes stable and improve coagulation func-tion of cesarean section women with central placenta previa ,with good safety.
3.Simple mesh stent placement for treating intracranial aneurysm:progress in research
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(10):-
Treatment of an aneurysm with a mesh stent alone becomes an emerging technique. The mechanism involves the mesh stents, when it crosses the neck of an aneurysm could change the internal circulation and induce the formation of stable thrombus and in turn assists the growth of neointima for anatomical healing of the aneurysmal neck. The mesh stent technique aimed at vascular reconstruction with expected curing effect for aneurysm together as a simple and safe way to keep the patency of the small arterial branches, just contrary to the covered stent. This technique couldn't be carried out practically in wide scale because of immaturity, therefore we give a comprehesive review in the progress of this field.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(05):-
Computer simulation cardiac function values were calculated at different heart rate level, including left ventricular ejection fractions (LVEF), stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO) and so on, which was aimed to observe the effects of heart rate on cardiac function. It showed that the simulation results of LVEF, SV and CO were reliable at a low heart rate with linear regression model, but unreliable at a high heart rate. CO reached its maximum value when heart rate was 100 times per minute. Heart function values varied with heart rate. The effect of heart rate should be paid much attention to when heart function report was read.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Objective To explore the expression changes in SHIP1 gene in patients with chronic granulocytic leukemia (CGL), healthy volunteers and the K562 cells (one of human CGL cell lines), and to explore the effects of BCR/ABL expression in K562 cells on the SHIP1 gene by blocking the BCR/ABL expression in K562 cells with a specific siRNA. Methods The expression levels of SHIP1 mRNA in leukocytes of the patients with CGL, healthy controls and K562 cells were assessed with RQ-PCR. In addition, K562 cells were divided into three groups: control group (untreated), non-specific interference group (treated with non-specific siRNA), and specific interference group (treated with specific siRNA to block BCR/ABL gene). RQ-PCR and Western blotting were employed to examine the expression level of mRNA and protein (P210 and P145) of BCR/ABL and SHIP1 genes. Results The mRNA expression of SHIP1 in CGL patients and K562 cells was significantly lower than that of the healthy controls. The expression of BCR/ABL gene was down-regulated, while SHIP1 gene up-regulated, in the specific interference group. No statistical significant difference was found between the non-specific interference group and the control group. Conclusions The mRNA expression of SHIP1 is lower in patients with CGL than in the healthy control. The specific siRNA can block the expression of BCR-ABL and further suppress the expression of SHIP1.

Objective To evaluate the susceptibility to toenail fungal infection (FI) in the elderly. Methods Two hundred patients with toenail FI aged 60 years or older from 2005 to 2007 in our hospital were collected in our study, including one hundred elderly patients with toenail fungal infection (case group) and one hundred elderly patients without toenail fungal infection (control group). The clinical data of the patients in two groups were analysed. Results In case group, diabetes mellitus was the most common complication, accounting for 24% (24/100), while there were only 6 cases with diabetes mellitus (6%) in control group (P<0. 05). In case versus control group, there were 31 cases vs 12 cases with lower extremity varicose vein (P<0. 05), and 36 cases vs 19 cases with foot deformity, 11 cases vs 3 cases with toenail onychomychosis following trauma of their toes (P<0.05) ,32 cases vs 12 cases with history of wearing tight shoes (P<0. 05). In case group, 12 of 47 female patients used to wear high-heel shoes. Conclusions Toenail trauma, foot malformation, lower extremity varicose vein and diabetes mellitus are predisposing factors for toenail onychomycosis in the elderly.
