An angular speed, acceleration and tangential leakage of a synchronal rotary compressor in which both bladed rotor and a cylinder are discussed. The calculation formulae of revolving speed of cylinder and relative speed between the cylinder and bladed rotor are deduced detailedly in this paper. The variation of tangential speed and cylinder acceleration with angular position is investigated for a complete cycle. And some key parameters affected the relative speed are found out, viz, the relative speed depends on the radius of the cylinder and rotary speed of the axis, and the ratio of the cylinder to bladed rotor has not too much influence. It is the theoretic basis of designing and optimizing of structure characteristic of a synchronal rotary compressor. Also a computing formula of leakage related with rotary speed is deduced. 2.Effects of both high glucose and high insulin on proliferations and migrations of human vascular smooth muscle cells as well as miR-145 level

Objective To identify the effect of both high glucose and high insulin on miR-145 level.Methods The human vascular smooth muscle cells ( VSMCs) were cultured and the proliferation of VSMCs was induced by high glucose and high insulin medium.The samples were divided into 4 groups: normal group, high glu-cose group (25 mmol/L), high insulin group (300 mU/L), high glucose and high insulin group.The ex-pression of miR-145 in VSMCs was assayed by real-time PCR.Proliferation of VSMCs was determined by MTT method After 72 h cultivation.The migration of VSMCs was analyzed by cell scratch test .VSMCs in each group was transfected by miR-145 virus ( lentiviral vector ) .Proliferation and migration were assayed after 48 h transfection.Results The expression of miR-145 in VSMCs of other three groups was decreased ( P<0.05 ) , especially the expression in the high glucose and insulin group was the lowest ( P<0.01 ) .Prolifera-tion and migration of VSMCs was promoted by high glucose and/or high insulin medium.Under fluorescent, transfection rate of VSMCs was about 80%after 48 h transfection.Proliferation and migration of VSMCs in each group after transfection were significantly lower than before ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions High glucose and high in-sulin could decrease the expression of miR-145 in VSMCs, The overexpression of miR-145 may inhibit the prolif-eration and migration of VSMCs .
3.Resistance and serotype of Salmonella isolated from pig slaughtering process in Shandong Province

We investigated serotype and resistance of Salmonella during pig slaughtering in Shandong Province,China,providing basic data for the risk assessment of Salmonella and for guiding the clinical medication.We used rapid classification kit to identify Salmonella serotype,adopted broth microdilution method to detect the resistance of 13 kinds drugs belong to 8 categories.Result showed that the identified 9 kinds of serotype were mainly S.derby and S.typhimurium.The resistance to 13 kinds drugs of 298 Salmonella were different.The higher percentage of tetracycline drugs as Doxycycline(DOX) and Tetracycline(TE) were 97.99% and 80.20%,respectively,which was most sensitive to Colistine E.The resistant rate was only 2.01 %,following by Amoxicillin/Clavulanic acid and Ofloxacin which were 2.35 % and 4.03%,and the multiple resistant rate was 81.88%.TE-DOX was the regnant drug-resistant spectrum.In conclusion,the predominant serotype of Salmonella in links of pig slaughtering in Shandong Province is S.derby,and resistance is different to the different drugs.The drug resistance of different slaughter links exist significant differences,multiple drug resistance is serious,and drug-resistant spectrum are varied.
4.Effects of shikonin on proliferation, apoptosis and cell cycle of human esophageal

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the effects of shikonin on the proliferation, apoptosis and cell cycle of human esophageal carcinoma TE-1 cells, and to explore its mechanism. Methods: TE-1 cells were treated with different concentrations of shikonin (0, 1, 5, 10 µmol/L). MTT assay was used to detect cell proliferation at different time points (24, 48 and 72 h). After treatment with shikonin for 48 h, cell apoptosis in TE-1 cells of each group was observed with Hoechst 33258 fluorescence staining. Flow cytometry was used to detect apoptosis and cell cycle. The changes in expression of TRAP1/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway related proteins were detected by Western blotting. Results: Shikonin inhibited the proliferation of TE-1 cells in a time-dose-dependent manner (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with the control group, shikonin significantly promoted the apoptosis of TE-1 cells (P<0.01), induced the G0/G1 phase block of TE-1 cells (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and reduced the expression levels of TRAP1, p-Akt and p-MTOR (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The above effects were all dose-dependent. Conclusion: Shikonin can significantly inhibit the proliferation of TE-1 cells in vitro, induce G0/G1 phase arrest and promote apoptosis, which may be closely related to the inhibition of TRAP1/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway.
