Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CA125 and CA153 for the combined detection of the disease in breast cancer patients.Methods 100 cases of breast cancer patients were selected as the breast cancer group,and the same period 100 cases of benign breast lesions were selected as the benign group,100 cases of normal healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The expression levels of CA125 and CA153 in the three groups were detected.Results CA153 and CA125 levels in the breast cancer group was (78.4 ± 23.76) U/mL,(71.3 ± 24.7) U/mL; The benign group CA153 and CA125 content were (13.4 ± 3.7) U/mL,(20.6 ± 12.4) U/mL;CA153 and CA125 in the normal control group content were (0.9 ± 0.8) U/mL,(19.3 ± 11.3) U/mL; CA153 and CA125 in the breast cancer group were significantly higher than those of the benign group and the normal control group,the difference was statistically significant (F =34.15,28.42,all P ＜ 0.05) ; CA153 and CA125 alone detected in breast cancer detection rate was 31.0 ％,24.0 ％,respectively,combined detection of CA153 and CA125 in breast cancer detection rate was 66.0％,CA153 and CA125 alone detected in breast cancer detection rate was significantly lower than the combined detection CA153 and CA125 in the breast cancer detection rate (F =8.21,P ＜ 0.05).CA153 and CA125 expression of breast cancer patients after treatment than that of before treatment significantly reduced,and compare the data with statistically significant (t =21.82,22.31,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The clinical detection of CA125 and CA153 united can effectively improve the diagnosis of breast cancer effect,combined detection of higher sensitivity and specificity.Meanwhile,the combined detection of breast cancer clinical monitoring also ha ssome significance,which is worthy of clinical application.

[Objective] To set up standard method of quality to Danqi Tablets.[Method] Take HPLC to make nature authentication,take reverse HPLC to test the content of salvianolc acid B in the preparation.[Result] The authentication is strong in attribute and has good repetition,the measurement has good linear relation,the recycle rate is 101.7%,RSD 1.77%.[Conclusion] The quality standard can effectively control the quality of Danqi Tablets.

Objective To explore the effect of competency-based education on course of Traditional Chinese Rehabilitation Therapy.Methods 2 sophomore classes of rehabilitation technology were as the control group and the reform group. The control group was taught with traditional model, while the reform group were taught with the competency-based education. The achievement of these groups were compared. Results There was not significant difference in the theoretical test, but was in the skill test and questionnaire score between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The competency-based education can improve the performance of students studying Traditional Chinese Rehabilitation Therapy.

Objectives:To understand the current situation of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and type D personality in female college students,and to explore the relationship between them.Methods:Totally 856 female college students were assessed with the Premenstrual Syndrome Scale (PMSS,those with total score of 6 or higher as having PMS) and Type D Personality Scale 14 (DS-14,those negative emotion and social inhibition factor with total score of 10 or higher as having type D personality).Result:A total of 280 students were detected with PMS,and the rote was 32.7％.Totally 272 students were detected with the type D personality,and the rote was 31.8％.The total score of DS-14 and the score of 2 factors were higher in PMS group than in non-PMS group (Ps ＜0.001).The rate of PMS was lower in type D personality group than in non-type D personality group (11.76％ vs.25.34％,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusions:The occurrence of premenstrual syndrome may be related to the type D personality.The evaluation of personality characteristics should be taken into consideration when formulating the intervention program.

Objective Toinvestigatethevalueofimagingdiagnosisofthe lymphangioleiomyomatosis( LAM ).MethodsFifteen patients with LAM confirmed by pathological assessment were analyzed retrospectively for radiologic findings.They had chest radiograph, chest highresolution CT (HRCT),abdominal CT, direct lymphangiography(DLG), chest CT and abdominal CT after DLG.Results Chest radiograph findings included normal (1),increasing of lung markings (3),disseminated honeycomb or reticular pattern ( 11 ), pneumothorax ( 2 ), and pleural effusion ( 14 ). Chest conventional CT and HRCT showed typical imaging manifestation of PLAM in all cases, including sporadic or disseminated cysts in bilateral lungs. According to the grading standard of pulmonary disease made by Avila et at, there were 3 cases in grade Ⅰ , 5 cases in grade Ⅱ and 7 cases in grade Ⅲ . Fourteen of 15 patients with LAM had positive abdominal CT findings in retroperitoneum and pelvic cavity. Common abdominal CT findings included cystic lymphangioma in 9 of 14 patients, lymphangiomyoma in 13 and both coexisting in 7.One of the14patients alsohadhepaticlipomaandangiomyolipomas.Onepatienthadrenal angiomyolipomas; and one patient had hysteromyoma. All 15 cases underwent DLG, 1 cases had lymphatic obstruction in the lumbar 3 level, the remaining 14 cases had varying degrees of thoracic duct stenosis, or obstruction. Neck trunk, subclavian trunk and bronchial trunk showed lymphatic reflux. On post-DLG CT,thoracic duet outlet obstruction was not demonstrated in 3 cases, the remaining 12 cases showed thoracic outlet obstruction, consistent with the DLG findings.Conclusion HRCT is a useful diagnostic method showing characteristic findings of PLAM. MSCT can help to detect abdominal LAM. DLG and MSCT after DLG have value in displaying obstruction site of thoracic duct or lymphatic trunks and provide guidance for operative treatment.

An angular speed, acceleration and tangential leakage of a synchronal rotary compressor in which both bladed rotor and a cylinder are discussed. The calculation formulae of revolving speed of cylinder and relative speed between the cylinder and bladed rotor are deduced detailedly in this paper. The variation of tangential speed and cylinder acceleration with angular position is investigated for a complete cycle. And some key parameters affected the relative speed are found out, viz, the relative speed depends on the radius of the cylinder and rotary speed of the axis, and the ratio of the cylinder to bladed rotor has not too much influence. It is the theoretic basis of designing and optimizing of structure characteristic of a synchronal rotary compressor. Also a computing formula of leakage related with rotary speed is deduced. Objective To observe the changes of the depressive behavior and amygdaloid nucleus nerve growth factor(NGF)expression in estro?gen?deprived female rats and explore the possible mechanism and targets of estradiol in depression treatment. Methods A total of 30 adult SD fe?male rats were randomly assigned to 3 groups:sham operation group(SHAM,n=10);ovariectomized group(OVX,n=10)and ovariectomized rats treated with estradiol group(OVX+E,n=10). The behavior changes were observed by tail suspension test(TST)and sucrose preference test (SPT) after 8?week estradiol treatment. Subsequently ,immunohistochemical staining detect NGF expression in amygdaloid nucleus. Results Compared with the SHAM group rats,sucrose preference ratio significantly decreased in SPT(P<0.01),immobile time prolonged in TST(P<0.01),serum estradiol level and amygdaloid NGF expression significantly decreased(all P<0.01). 8?week estradiol treatment ameliorated depres?sion?like behavior and increased serum E2 level and NGF expression in amygdaloid nucleus in OVX+E group rats when compared with the OVX group(all P<0.01). Conclusion Estradiol treatment can improve the depressive behavior of ovariectomized rats ,which may be related to the in?crease of serum estradiol level and the expression of NGF in amygdaloid nucleus.

Objective To explore the protective effect of olfactory ensheathing cell(OEC)Schwann cell(SC)-extracellular matrix(ECM)-poly(DL-lactide-co-glycolide acid)(PLGA)bridging complex on peripheral target organ and spinal cord neurons after rat sciatic nerve defect.Methods A 15 mm right sciatic nerve defect model was established in SD rats and repaired with OEC-SC-ECM-PLGA bridging complex that contained OEC,SC,ECM and self-made PLGA conduit.At the same time,the study set OEC-ECM-PLGA group,SC-ECM-PLGA group,ECM-PLGA group,PLGA group and nerve autograft control group.At 1,3,6 and 9 weeks after surgery,the gastrocnemius muscle water weight test and motor end-plate test were performed.At the 9th week after surgery,CM-DiI and horseradish peroxidase(HRP)retrograde tracing were performed.Results The gastrocnemius muscle water weight and number of motor end-plate were decreased in all groups after surgery but gradually increased after three weeks except for ECM-PLGA group and PLGA group.At the 9th week,OEC-SC-ECM-PLGA group showed no statistical differences with nerve autograft group in aspects of gastrocnemius muscle water weight,number of motor end-plate and length of motor end-plate major axis(P ＞ 0.05).At the 9th week,CM-DiI and HRP retrograde tracing found that the number of positive neurons in spinal cord in OEC-SC-ECM-PLGA group showed no statistical differences compared with nerve autograft group(P ＞0.05).Conclusions OEC-SC-ECM-PLGA bridging complex can partially protect peripheral target organ and spinal cord neurons after rat sciatic nerve defect.

The nursing experience of one hemaphagocytic syndrome patient with skin damage complication who underwent haploidentical hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were summarized. The patients gradually appeared ulceration of elbow joint skin, perianal mucosa, and bilateral axillary skin during the phase of agranulocytopenia and immune inhibition after transplantation. The overall skin ulceration area was accounted for 13% of total body surface area. We chose different dressings, combination anti-infection with promoting wound healing for nursing and achieved great effect. The skin lesions gradually healed and the patient went to the general ward successfully.

Objective To observe the effectiveness and expenses of the AMI patients with facilitated PCI,and to search for a new pattern for them.Methods 81 AMI patients were divided into 2 groups.One group accepted facilitated PCI(n=42) and the other group took routine PCI(n= 39).We compared the successful rate,death rate,left ventricular function between the two groups in infusing the infarction related artery(IRA).Results The successful rate of facilitated PCI group is 41/42,while routine PCI group is 31/39.There was no dead patient in facilitated PCI group,but six patients died in the routine PCI group.The EF in facilitated PCI group was(53.8?6.7)% and in routine PCI group it was(50.2?5.2)%.Conclusion Facilitated PCI is a safer and more efficient method than routine PCI,which will be worthy of further research to treat AMI.
