China Pharmacy 2007;0(27):-
OBJECTIVE:To study endothelial NO-dependent vasodilation effect of the extracts of Herba Siegesbeckiae. METHODS:SD rat thoracic aorta rings were used to observe contraction of blood vessel, and the effects of the extracts of Herba Siegesbeckiae on the contraction induced by phenylphrine (PE). RESULTS:The extract of Herba Siegesbeckiae could inhibit the contraction of blood vessel induced by PE. After pretreatment of blood vessel by L-NNA, vasodilation effect of the extracts of Herba Siegesbeckiae was significantly attenuated at low concentration condition(P

Chinese Journal of Urology 2000;0(12):-
Objective To evaluate the use of isoptin in kidney transplants recipients. Methods The graft acute rejection rate, the cyclosporin A daily dose and its trough level and toxicity, the blood pressure and cardiovascular complications, the serum creatinine and blood sugar were studied in cadaveric kidney transplant recipients both with and without the additional use of isoptin. Results With the additional use of isoptin in 44 cadaveric kidney transplant recipients, the acute rejection rate has not increased. After using isoptin for 2 weeks,CsA blood level has been increased 25.5% whereas the CsA dose been cut down 32.6 %.So,drug expense dropped about 30.0% and CsA toxicity (hand tremble, insomnia) was slightly decreased. Conclusions Isoptin does not inecease the graft acute rejection rate yet makes the CsA dose and its toxicity less.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To study the blood pressure and cardiovascular conditions in kidney transplant recipients in order to prevent the cardiovascular complications in such patients. Methods The blood pressure and ECG were monitored day and night by noninvasive means for 86 patients after transplantation. The results were analysed and compared with the pretransplantation studies. Results Hypertension occurred in 55 out of 86 patients. There was a significant difference of average blood pressure and the occurrence of abnormal ST segment or T wave between day and night whereas no significant change was observed in blood CsA concentration, blood creatinine, serum cholesterol, blood sugar, triglyceride and K+,N+,Cl-,TCO 2,Ca 2+ ,etc. Conclusions Cardiovascular complications in kidney transplant recipients is related to the high blood pressure during night, the normal day-night blood pressure rhythm being violated. It is not related to the immunosuppresives used.

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2001;0(10):-
Objective:To study the anti-tumor effects by vaccination of mice with murine melanoma B16 cells expressing calreticulin (CRT) and Human papillomavirus 16 E2 fusion protein. Methods:Mice were inoculated with B16 cells expressing CRT,E2,or CRT-E2 by intraperitoneal injection. The inoculation was repeated after one week. The activity of CTLs and NK cells, the proliferation of T cells and the amount of IFN-? secreted by spleen lymphocytes were analysed. Results:The activity of CTLs and NK cells, and the amount of IFN-? secreted by spleen lmyphocytes from mice vaccinated with CRT-E2 fusion protein were significantly higher than those of the other groups(P

Aerenchyrna formation has been described in depth in a number of species at a histological level. But large gaps remain in our understanding of its regulation as a developmental process. It is attempted to analyse essential mineral elements like K, Mg, Cu, Zn, Ca and P in the cell wall of aerenchyma cells in petioles ofS. trifolia at five different developmental stages by CSEM-EDX technique. At early stage, K and Cl concentrations in cell wall were high up to 36% and 4.3% of dry weight, respectively. It supported the hypotheses that aerenchyma spaces are filled with liquid at early developmental stages of aerenchyma in S. trifolia petiole. Mg concentration was high at stage 2, up to 0.86% of dry weight. Zinc and Cu were detected only at rapid expansion stages, during which the concentrations were up to 1.5% and 2.5%, respectively. Calcium was detected in the cell wall only at mature stages, the concentration was high up to 1.3% of dry weight at stages 4 and 5. These results confirmed that the element concentration of aerenehyma cell wall undergoes dynamic changes during different developmental stages, and a low Ca with high Zn and Cu concentration are needed for cell expansion. Copper and Zn deposition in the cell wall showed a significant positive linear correlation, suggesting that these two elements share same or similar uptake and transport mechanism in plants.

Intestinal microecology is an important and complex biological system necessary for human health. Its disorder is involved in the development of various diseases of human body. The technology of intestinal microbiota transplantation can effectively regulate the intestinal flora, repair the imbalance of the intestinal microecology, and bring a new breakthrough for the treatment of many diseases of gastrointestinal tract and outside gastrointestinal tract. However, there is still no systematic and complete management standard for intestinal microbiota transplantation technology. This paper discussed related content involved in standardized management of intestinal microbiota transplantation technology and reflected the ethical problems involved in standardized management from the perspective of medical ethics,in order to promote the clinical application of intestinal microbiota transplantation technology.
