2.Analysis of Expression of Multidrug Resistance Gene and Multidrug Resistance-Associated Protein Gene in Patients with Non-small-cell Lung Cancer
Tianjin Medical Journal 2000;28(12):738-739
Objective:To investigate the expression of multidrug resistance (MDR1) gene and multidrug resistance-associated pro-tein (MRP) gene in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relation to histopathological type. Methods:The MDRi and MRP genes were determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in 48 NSCLCspecimens. Results:The positive rates of the MDR1 and MRP gene expression were 62.5% and 66.7% respectively in the48 patients. Twenty-one of the 48 NSCLCs (43.8%) expressed both MDR1 and MRP genes. The positive rates of the MRPgene expression in squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than those in adenocarcinoma (P<0.01), and therewas no significant difference in MDR1 gene expression between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The MDR1 andMRP gene expressions were both or respectively in the NSCLCs. The incidence of the MRP gene expression in squamous cellcarcinoma was higher than that in adenocarcinoma.

Methods: Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2009 May to 2012 October in our department, laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of 148 cases of uterine fibroids patients clinical data, were randomly divided into 2 groups, 74 cases in each group, the control group routine nursing care to patients, nursing intervention on the patients with study group, The quality of life of patients with depression and anxiety scores were compared between the two groups before and after the rate and nursing of exhaust and ambulation time, hospitalization time, complications. Results: Research group of exhaust, ambulation, time of hospitalization, the incidence of complications compared with the control group, showed significant difference; the study group before operation and nursing of patients with anxiety and depression and quality of life scores compared with the control group, there was no significant difference, nursing intervention, there were significant differences. Conclusion: Laparoscopic myomectomy nursing intervention, can promote the rehabilitation, and improve the living condition, patients with significant effect, should be popularized.

Objective To explore an effective method of repairing the old rupture of patellar tendon. Methods We designed a new 井-shaped apparatus for traction and fixing which was to be used, under the dynamic conditions, to reduce the patella, loosen the quadriceps m. of thigh, repair the tendon of knee cap and facilitate postoperative exercises with the fixing apparatus on. Results We used the apparatus to repair the tendon of knee cap in 6 cases. The follow up of 8 to 56 months (averaging 26 months) showed that their functions of the knee joint were all satisfactory. Conclusions The 井-shaped external fixation device can be used under the dynamic conditions to repair the old rupture of patellar tendon with the advantages of little contracture of the knee cap and quadriceps m. of thigh, easy fixation after repair and suture, and early exercise of the knee joint. This novel method is simple and recommendable.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1994;0(02):-
Objective To study the early diagnosis of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma(CTCL).Methods DNA from39formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded tissues of24cases of CTCL,2cases of dubious lymphoma,and4cases with non-specific erythroderma, was amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR),with special primers of TCR V?1-8,V?9,and J?1/?2to analyze T-Cell receptor?gene clonal rearrangement(TCR-GR clonal). The specimens from30patients with non-specific dermatitis were taken as negative control. Results Clonal of TCR V?1-8was demonstrated in38of39paraffin-embedded specimens.V?9-GR was shown in37of39specimens TCR?-GR was shown especially in13patients with MF of early stage,2patients with dubious CTCL,and4patients with non-specific erythroderma,as well as in6of30patients with histiologically nonspecific dermatitis which suggested that these6cases were"clonal dermatitis".Conclusion Clonal TCR?-GR may be detected in patients with early CTCL,even when the histologic findings are not unequivocally diagnostic.

Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 1995;0(03):-
The human Interleukin-2 cDNA containing full-length of encoding region was cloned by RT-PCR from PBMNC and confirmed by DNA sequencing. The hIL-2 recombinant retroviral expressing vector (pLXSN-hIL2) was constructed by inserting hIL-2 cDNA into the BamHI cloning site of pLXSN retroviral vector. After packaged with CRIP packaging cell line, the hIL-2 retrovirions were produced at the titer of 7.6?105CFU/ml. Then a fibroblast cell clone(NIH3T3-hIL2) secreting 118.2U/ml hIL-2 was obtained by infecting the NIH3T3 fibroblast cells with hIL-2 retrovirions. The integration of hIL-2 provirus into the genome of NIH3T3-ML2 cells was confirmed by PCR analysis for NeoR gene. Our data showed that the hIL-2 retroviral vector was successfully constructed, which enables us to further the investigation of the hIL-2 gene therapy in clinical trial.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2004;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate the treatment of equinus deformity with Ilizarov fixator. Methods From February 2003 to August 2005, 17 patients with traumatic equinus were managed with Ilizarov fixator in our department. A preoperatively constructed ring fixator was applied on the involved foot and leg. Three days after the fixation, the compression threaded rod in the front and the distraction threaded rod at the back were respectively shortened and lengthened by turning the screw nuts on the rods 2 to 4 rounds in four times per day in the first week, and then 1 to 2 rounds in four times per day, which resulted in gradual correction of equinus deformity. The Fixation was maintained in neutral position for 2 to 3 months after achieving sufficient equinus correction to ensure the state of dorsiflexion. An ankle-foot orthosis was applied during resting and sleeping for more than three months after removal of the fixator. Results The mean follow-up period was 10 months (range, 7 to 14). All the patients achieved 0? dorsiflexion 4 to 6 weeks after the treatment while in the Ilizarov apparatus. The fixator was maintained in patients for an average of 14.5 weeks (10 to 16 weeks). No blood vessel or nerve was injured. Three patients had one mild pin track infection which responded to conventional management. A 20? equinus contracture reoccurred to one patient six weeks after the removal of the apparatus which had been maintained only for 10 weeks because the patient noted severe pain with the apparatus. One patient chose to accept his improved but persistent 10? equinus contracture. One patient who had had reconstructive surgery for his severely damaged leg muscles and tibial defect eventually required tibiotalar arthrodesis. Entire foot weight bearing with zero angle and walking without significant footdrop were achieved in the other 14 cases. Two patients complained of pain while bearing weight. Active ankle dorsiflexion of 10? beyond the neutral position was achieved in patients with functioning ankle dorsal extension muscles. Conclusion Ilizarov fixator is an effective technique to correct the equinus deformity because of its minimal invasion.
