ObjectiveTo explore the difference of the oxytocin Levels and cortisol levels between major depression patients and normal controls, and the relationship of symptoms severity of major depression with oxytocin levels and cortisol levels.MethodsTwenty 18 ~ 45years old major depression patients and twenty six normal controls were tested by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to evaluate the oxytocin levels and cortisol levels, and the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression-17 item was used to evaluate the symptoms severity of depression in patient group.ResultsMann-Whitney test showed there were significantly differences in oxytocin level between patients and controls ( ( 213.60 ± 164.29 ) pg/ml vs ( 112.27 ± 101.21 ) pg/ml,z =- 2.306,P =0.021 ),but there were no significantly differences in cortisol level between two groups.Within the depressive sample( (0.131± 0.089) vs (0.107 ± 0.077 ) pg/ul,z =- 0.920,P =0.358 ),the severity of depressive symptom was positive correlated to the value of oxytocin ( r=0.599,P=0.005) and cortisol( r=0.691,P=0.001 ),the value of oxytocin was also positive correlated to the value of cortisol( r =0.743,P < 0.01 ),Multiple liner regression analyses showed that the value of oxytocin is an impact factor of the severity of depression.( adjusted R2 =0.358,F =11.578,P =0.003 ).ConclusionThis study indicated that the value of plasma oxytocin maybe significantly differences between depression and normal controls and the plasma oxytocin level maybe a factor which influence the severity of major depression, the relationship of the cortisol value and the severity of depression can not be confirmed.

Objective To review the experience on the surgical management for advanced gastric carcinoma with portal hypertension. Methods In this study, 14 advanced gastric carcinoma with portal hypertension patients were analyzed retrospectively, liver cirrhosis was found in 13 cases. In 10 esophageal variceal patients, 5 had upper gastrointestinal bleeding history. All of those cases were associated with different degree of hypersplenism. The tumours situated at the upper third of the stomach in 2 patients, middle and upper third in 2 and lower third in 10. Five patients underwent curative distal subtotal gastrectomy and splenectomy, 2 cases did radical distal subtotal gatrectomy and pericardial devascularizaion, 2 curative distal subtotal gastrectomy combined with splenic artery ligation,2 did total gastrectomy and pericardial devascularizaion,2 cases did radical proximal gastrectomy and pericardial devascularization and 1 patient did distal subtotal gastrectomy only. Results Three died from extensive wound bleeding, jejunal fistula and liver failure respectively. 3 patients were complicated by left subdiaphragmatic abscess, hepatic dysfunction and massive ascites individually. The morbidity and mortality rate were 42.86% and 21.43% respectively. Conclusion The surgical procedures for patients of advanced gastric carcinoma with portal hypertension caused a considerably high postoperative mortality and morbidity rate.

[Summary] Cytochrome P450 oxidoreductase deficiency ( PORD) is a rare disease, which is a subtype of congenital adrenal hyperplasia. The predominant signs include no puberty development, infantile reproductive organs, ear deformities, and bone synostosis in skull or limbs. Here, we analyzed the clinical features of a case with PORD confirmed by gene sequencing. The pathology, genetic features, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment for PORD were reviewed.

Objective To investigate correlation between aspirin resistance(AR) and inflammatory factors. Methods One hundred and ten patients with coronary heart disease took aspirin 0.1 mg/d for 14 days.It was detected platelet aggregation function induced with adenosine disphosphate (ADP) and arachidonic acid (AA), and investigated correlation between AR and inflammatory factors. Interleukin-1? (IL-1?),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and high sensitive C-reaction protein (hs-CRP) levels. Results IL-6 level of patients with AR was significantly higher than that of aspirin sensitive (AS) patients. The other two index were not different between the two groups. Conclusion IL-6 levels could be used as predictor.

Objective:To observe the effect of auricular point press needle on sleep quality of patients with gastric cancer after operation. Methods:From October 2017 to March 2019, a total of 80 patients underwent radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in the First People's Hospital of Huzhou, Zhejiang Province were selected by using convenience sampling method, and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received auricular point press needle on the basis of routine nursing. Sleep quality was monitored in both groups using sleep monitoring bracelets. In the course of the study, 2 patients in the observation group had surgical complications, and finally 35 patients completed the experiment; 2 patients in the control group had surgical complications, and a total of 33 patients completed the experiment. Results:From the 6th day of intervention (the 4th day after operation) , the sleep duration of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) , the group effect, time effect and interaction effect were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . From the 6th day of intervention (the 4th day after operation) , the proportion of deep sleep of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05) , the group effect, time effect and interaction effect were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Auricular point press needle can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with gastric cancer after operation.
