1.SYMPATHETIC AND PARASYMPATHETIC INNERVATION OF RAT HEART AND THEIR RELATION

Fifty two adult male rats were selected for the investigation the adrenergic and cholinergic innervation of rat heart by means of histochemical demonstration of catecholamine fluorescence and acetylcholinesterase (ACHE). Consecutive method was employed on the same section to demonstration the relation between the distribution of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves in various parts of rat heart, e. g. atrium, ventricular myocardium, valves, epicardium, endocardium, atrioventricular node and coronary arteries. Adrenergic and cholinergic terminals innervated all parts dually. By comparing the photographs demonstrating the fluorescence CA and AChE on the same section treated by the consecutive method, we found that the location, the density and morphology of both types of nerve terminals were more like. In other words, under light microscopy the localization of both terminals can hardly be distinguished from each other. Such kind of morphological relation may strongly support the results of interaction between sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems in physiological and pharmacological experiments of heart.In the cardiac ganglia there are some small intense fluorescence ceils (SIF-cells) lying besides the postganglionic cholinergic cells of the parasympathetic nervous system. Both kinds of cells were shown in close contact with each other in the same section with consecutive method. This morphological relation provided an evidence that catecholamine containing SIF-cells may control and regulate the neurotransmission of parasympathetic cholinergic neurons.
2.The Inhibitory Effect of OGT Gene Expression on The Level of tau Phosphorylation

To investigate the effect of OGT expression inhibited by RNAi on the alteration of tau phosphorylation and glycosylation level in HEK293T cells.The siRNAs targeting OGTgene(OGT-siRNA1~3) were designed and chemically synthesized.The OGT-siRNA1~3 were transfected into HEK293T cells via lipofectamine2000.The efficacy of RNA interference was detected by RT-PCR.The fluorescence of GFP/OGT was counted by fluorescence microscopy after pEGFP/OGT and OGT-siRNA1~3 cotransfected to HEK293T cells for 24 h.The level of tau phosphorylation and glycosylation were detected by Western blot after Plasmid pCI/tau441 and the siRNA cotransfected HEK293T cells for 48 h.OGT-siRNA3(100 nmol/L) could effectively downregulate the expression of OGT gene compared with Mock group(80.0% at mRNA level and 51.3% at protein level).The level of phosphorylation at various sites of the tau was significantly upregulated and the glycosylation was downregulated following the inhibition of OGT gene expression.There is an apparent negative correlation between the modification of phosphorylation and glycosylation of tau protein, the deficient in glucose uptaken/metabolism may be an important pathogenesis of AD.
3.Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography classification of the bile duct anatomy of liver transplantation living donor: a meta-analysis

Objective To systematically evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) in the investigation of bile duct anatomy of liver transplantation living donors.Methods A search in Cochrane library,MEDLINE,EMBASE,CBMdisc (China Biology Medicine disc) was performed to identify relevant English and Chinese-language abstracts,supplemented by Springer,OVID,Sciencedirect full text database,etc.Criteria for inclusion were based on validity criteria for diagnostic research published by the Cochrane collaboration.With Meta analysis package for Stata10.1,heterogeneity of the included articles was tested,which was used to select proper effect model to calculate pooled weighted sensitivity and specificity,positive likelihood ratio,negative likelihood ratio. Summary receiver operating characteristic (SROC) curve was performed and the area under the curve (AUC) was calculated. Finally,sensitivity analysis was performed.Results Seventeen articles with 34 studies were included.Heterogeneity analysis revealed heterogeneity between studies and the source was MRCP imaging methods spotted by meta-regression analysis. Subgroup analysis according to MRCP imaging methods showed homogeneity within subgroups.The pooled sensitivity,specificity,positive likelihood ratio,negative likelihood ratio,diagnostic odd ratio of breath-holding thick slice MRCP,3D MRCP,the combination of the prior two methods,contrast enhance MRCP were 0.89,0.78,4.1,0.14,29; 0.92,0.80,4.5,0.10,45;0.95,0.82,5.2,0.06,85; and 1.00,0.76,4.1,0,1228,respectively with fixed effect model analysis.The area under the SROC curve was 0.83,0.92,0.96 and 0.99 respectively.Conclusion The combination of thick slice and 3D MRCP is a practical and effective method with good sensitivity and specificity to investigate bile duct anatomy of living liver transplantation donors,which fully meets the requirements of the preoperative assessment of bile duct structure.
4.Performance evaluation of community continuous rehabilitation intervention on patients with stroke

Objective To explore the pathway of continuous rehabilitation intervention in community stroke patients and to evaluate its effect. Methods Stroke patients (64 cases) were selected from Yuetan community as the rehabilitation group by objective sampling based on inclusive and exclusive standard and 64 stroke patients wre selected from other community in Xicheng district as the control group. At the same time, 16 doctors and nurses from 10 clinics of Yuetan community health service center were trained and they gave reha-bilitative intervention to the rehabilitation group. After intervention for 6 months, the effect of rehabilitative in-tervention was evaluated compared with the control group who did not receive rehabilitative intervention. Re-suits The Fugl-Meyer score of the rehabilitation group was (76.14±12.48), the score of the control group was (19.36±14.32),which had significant difference compared with the rehabilitation group, P < 0.05. The Batthel index of the rehabilitation group was (72.25±10.22), the index of the control group was (22.62±9.71),which was significantly different from that of the rehabilitation group, P < 0.05.Besidcs, the rate of knowing health knowledge and healthy exercise in the rehabilitation group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Condusions The rehabilitation information net and systemic community rehabilitation intervention can im-prove the motor ability and the ability of daily activity for patients with stroke.
5.Current implementation of informed consent among counselors in Beijing

Objects:To investigate the current situation of counselors'implementation and their attitude to informed consent in Beijing.Methods:Eleven counselors who worked in Beijing were interviewed,the average of their working years was (7.4 ± 4.4).A semi-structured interview was used to learn about their practicing processes in and viewpoints on informed consent,and their interview transcripts were analyzed through qualitative method.Results:The results could be categorized into four categories,including the content of informed consent,the influential factors of informed consent,problems and confusions,and the significance of informed consent.The crucial role of informed consent in psychotherapy was generally recognized by counselors,and they could obey the related rules as well.The therapists had some confusion and problems about informed consent,such as the form and length,the consent for special population and online consultation.Conclusion:Basically,the counselors in Beijing could comply with the ethical standards of informed consent.However,they also suggest that certain limitations of these rules should be noticed.
6.Study on the Preparing and Quality Control for Golden Gel

This article is aimed to study the optimal process of preparation of Golden water-soluble gel, and to establish its quality control method. Taking the gel forming properties, stability, water loss rate, pH as investigation index, the best extraction process was screened by single factor and orthogonal test design. TLC method was used to identify the product of trichosanthin, rhubarb, and the content of paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC method. The optimal condition of preparation process is to use 1% carbomer as gel matrix, 10% glycerol as humectants, and 0.5%triethanolamine as pH modulators; trichosanthes and rhubarb could be detected by TLC method, with pH range 5.00 - 5.15. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 29.04-945.20μg·mL-1, the average recovery was 98.80%, and RSD was 2.91% (n=9). Golden gel forming process is simple and quality controllable with reliability and good stability.
7. Clinicopathologic characteristics of Burkitt-like lymphoma with chromosome 11q aberration

Objective:
To analyze clinical, pathological, molecular and genetic characteristics of Burkitt-like lymphoma with chromosome 11q aberration.
Methods:
A case of Burkitt-like lymphoma with 11q aberration was presented at Beijing Friendship Hospital in November 2016 with detailed clinicopathological features, immunophenotypes, Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) status and molecular genetic characteristics.
Results:
The patient was a 38-year-old man presenting with the cervical lymphadenopathy. In morphology, the tumor had the similar characteristics of Burkitt lymphoma, including diffuse infiltration of medium to large lymphoid cells, and presence of"starry sky"phenomenon. Immunophenotypically, the tumor cells were positive for CD20, CD10, bcl-6, but negative for bcl-2. MUM-1 showed weak and patchy positivity. Ki-67 index was more than 95%. C-MYC expression was seen in about 50% of tumor cells. EBV in situ hybridization was negative. IgH and IgK genes were clonally rearranged.Fluorescence in situ hybrization detection using MYC break probe was negative but ATM gene amplification on chromosome 11q was detected. The patient did not receive any chemotherapy or radiotherapy and had not recurrence during the 10 months follow-up.
Conclusion
Burkitt-like lymphoma with chromosome 11q aberration has similar clinical, morphological and immunological characteristics to classic Burkitt′s lymphoma.
8.Double watermarking algorithm for CT and MRI images based on contourlet transform

Objective To propose a double watermarking algorithm based on contourlet transform and speckle detection to automatically select the region of interest(ROI)for solving the problems of copyright infringement and malicious destruction of CT and MRI images.Methods The method used speckle detection and singular value decomposition to select the most relevant location in the low frequency domain of the medical image contourlet wave as the ROI,generated a zero-watermarked image in ROI for protecting image integrity,and embed the ROI zero-watermark and the copyright watermark together in the region of non-interest.Results Compared with other double watermarking algorithms,the double watermarking algorithm could greatly improve the invisibility of the carrier image after the attack.The double watermarked images had a structure similarity index measure higher than 94%.Conclusion The proposed double watermarking algorithm incorporating speckle detection and contourlet transform has better robustness against conventional attacks and geometric attacks,and significantly improves the visual quality of carrier images.
9. EB virus-positive T/NK lymphoproliferative diseases: an analysis of 156 patients

Objective:
To investigate the clinicopathological features of EBV-positive T/NK cell lymphoproliferative diseases (EBV+ T/NK-LPD).
Methods:
The clinical characteristics of 156 cases of EBV+ T/NK-LPD were collected from August 2002 to March 2015 at Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical University. Immunohistochemical staining, EBER in situ hybridization and clonal analysis of TCR gene were performed. All patients were followed up.
Results:
There were 106 male and 50 female patients; patients′ age ranged from 1 to 75 years (median 20 years). The course of the diseases before diagnosis ranged from 2 to 540 months (median 20 months). Fever was noted in 122 patients (78.2%), 108 patients had lymphadenopathy (69.2%), and 75 patients had hepatosplenomegaly (48.1%). Thirty-three cases were grade 1, 68 cases were grade 2, and 55 cases were grade 3. TCR gene arrangement analysis was performed in 45 cases, and 33 cases (73.3%) showed clonal rearrangement. The follow-up period ranged from 1-134 months, and 44 patients (28.2%) died. There was a trend of increased death rate associated with increasing grade (
10.Effect of Physical Activity on the Association Between Diet and Constipation: Evidence From the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2007-2010

Background/Aims:
Previous studies have shown that diet and physical activity can influence constipation. However, the combined effect of diet and physical activity on constipation remains unclear.
Methods:
Constipation was defined based on stool consistency and frequency, while overall diet quality was assessed using Healthy Eating Index (HEI)-2015 scores. Participants were categorized into low (metabolic equivalent [MET]-min/wk < 500) and high physical activitygroups (MET-min/wk ≥ 500). The association between diet and constipation across physical activity groups was analyzed using surveylogistic regression and restricted cubic splines.
Results:
Higher HEI-2015 scores were associated with reduced constipation risk in the high physical activity group when constipation was defined by stool consistency (odds ratio [OR], 0.98; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.97-0.99). However, in the low physical activity group, increased HEI-2015 scores did not significantly affect constipation risk (OR, 1.01; 95% CI, 0.97-1.05). Similar results were found when constipation was defined based on stool frequency. In the high physical activity group, increased HEI-2015 scores were significantly associated with a reduced constipation risk (OR, 0.96; 95% CI, 0.94-0.98). Conversely, in the low physical activity group, increased HEI-2015 scores did not affect the risk of constipation (OR, 0.96; 95% CI, 0.90-1.03).
Conclusions
Our findings suggest that a higher HEI-2015 score is negatively associated with constipation among individuals with high physical activity levels but not among those with low physical activity levels. This association was consistent when different definitions of constipation were used. These results highlight the importance of combining healthy diet with regular physical activity to alleviate constipation.
