Objective To discuss clinical curative effect and value of valsartan combined with Huangkui capsule on the chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria.Methods 70 cases of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria were selected in our hospital,and randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in control group with valsartan oral,80 mg per time,once per day,8 weeks as a course of treatment;35 cases in experimental group, combined with Huangkui capsule on the basis of conventional treatment orally,5 capsules per time,3 times per day,8 weeks for a period of treatment. After 8 weeks treatment,changes of serum creatinine,serum urea nitrogen,the urine protein and clinical therapeutic effect were compared before and after treatment in two groups.Results Contents of serum urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,urine protein were improved in two groups after treatment, and serum creatinine contents of experimental group (153.69 ±13.78)μmol/L was lower than that of control group (179.19 ±23.49)μmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);serum urea nitrogen contents of experimental group (7.09 ±1.16)mmol/L was lower than that of control group (9.29 ±2.38)mmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);urine protein contents of experimental group (0.57 ± 0.32)g/L was lower than that of control group (0.89 ±0.26)g/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);clinical curative effect of experimental group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 ).Conclusion Valsartan combined with Huangkui capsule could effectively reduce albuminuria symptomsin the treatment of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria,which has a remarkable effect,and has a positive significance for the renal function recovery.

Objective To analyze effect of intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate combined with diprospan in the treatment of hip osteoarthritis.Methods 90 patients with hip arthritis patients from January 2014 to July 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.45 cases in each group.Control group was given Diprospan treatment, observation group was treated with articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with diprospan treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,patients were followed up and recorded hip pain VAS score and WOMAC score, lipids and C-reactive protein levels, content changes in ESR and TNF-α.Results The patients after hip pain VAS score and WOMAC scores were better than control group(P<0.05).After observation group patients lipids and C-reactive protein were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment ESR and TNF-αof observation group were lower than control group’s(P<0.05).Conclusion Intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate combined with diprospan in treatment of hip arthritis has definite clinical effect.

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of human insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(hIGF-Ⅰ) in transfecting adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AdMSCs) and the expression of the transfected genes and find the possibility of differentiation of ADSCs to chondrocytes after hIGF-Ⅰ transfection. Methods AdMSCs were extracted from the fat tissue of the back of rabbits' neck and cultured in vitro by monolayer. Then, the recombinant eukaryotic expression plasmid poDNA3.1 + hIGF-Ⅰwas transfected into AdMSCs by Lipofectamine 2000. The growth of the ADSCs was observed by inverted microscope at 4-72 hours after transfection, at the end of passage and after stable transfection respectively, and the transfection efficiency was calculated. The hIGF-Ⅰ concentration in the supernatant was detected by enzyme-linked immnnosorbent assay (ELISA), the expression of collagen-Ⅱ by immunohistochemistry, the expression of hIGF-Ⅰ mRNA by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR), the expression of hIGF-Ⅰ protein by Western blot and the cell cycle by flow cytometry. Results AdMSCs were shaped long shuttle and adhered to the disk at the 4th hour. AdMSCs were increased and distributed in cluster at 24th hour. After tranafection, AdMSCs were proliferated actively, with shortened doubling generation time. The concentration of hlGF-I in the supematant increased slowly after transfection and reached peak at 32.45 ng/ml at the 72nd hour. The hIGF-Ⅰ concentration remained at 28.36 ng/ml after stable transfectian. Immunohistochemistry affirmed a large number of collagen-Ⅱ in the endochylema and positive expression of hIGF-Ⅰ mRNA and hIGF-Ⅰ protein. The percentage of AdMSCs at stage S increased after transfection, which was significantly higher than that of AdMSCs without transfection, with statistical difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion After stable transfection, AdMSCs can secrete high concentration of hIGF-Ⅰ that can promote cell proliferation and differentiation of AdMSCs to chondrocytes.

BACKGROUND:Traditional Chinese medicine plays a specific role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ischemia reperfusion injury. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction on ischemia reperfusion injury in rats after replantation of of lower limbs, and evaluate the protective effect and mechanism of ischemic tissue. METHODS:A total of 120 Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal control (intragastric administration of saline after anesthesia), Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction (intragastric administration of 10 mL/kg Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction immediately after reperfusion), edaravone (intravenous administration of 10 mL/kg edaravone immediately after reperfusion), and blank control (intragastric administration of saline) groups. At 24 hours after reperfusion, the myeloperoxidase, lactate dehydrogenase, nitricoxide synthase, inducible nitricoxide synthase, constitutive nitricoxide synthase level in the blood were detected. At 1 week after reperfusion, the activity of superoxide dismutase in gastrocnemius tissue, nitrogen monoxidum and malondialdehyde, and the load of Ca2+were assayed. RT-PCR semiquantitative analysis was performed to detect bcl-2 mRNA and bax mRNA transcriptional levels in the gastrocnemius.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction protected the rats from ischemia reperfusion injury by reducing the production of oxygen free radicals, reinforcing the activity of superoxide dismutase, lessening the calcium overload, decreasing the production of nitrogen monoxidum, up-regulating the expression of anti-apoptotic gene bcl-2, down-regulating the expression of pro-apoptotic gene bax, and attenuating the injury of skeletal muscle after ischemia reperfusion injury. Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction has significant protection on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats after replantation of severed limb, which may be related to the scavenge of free radicals, inhibition of skeletal cells apoptosis, and attenuation of reperfusion injury.

Objective To quantitatively assess left ventricular global systolic and diastolic function using volume-time curves (VTC) by real-time three-dimensional echoeardiography(RT-3DE).Methods Ninty-eight subjects were divided into four groups.Group A consisted of twenty-eight normal subject,group B included twenty-four patients with hypertensive(HTN), group C consisted of twenty-four patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) and group D of twenty-two patients having dilated cordiomyopathy (DCM).Participants were selected undergoing full volume RT-3DE.The global and 17-segmental VTCs were obtained by the off-line Qlab software.The end-diastolic volume(EDV), end-systolic volume(ESV) and ejection fraction(EF) were derived from VTCs.The peak ejection rate(PER),peak early filling rate (PFR),PER/EDV and PFR/EDV were calculted.Results EDV and ESV of group B,C and D was significantly larger than that of group A(all P < 0.05), EF and PER/EDV of group C and D significantly lower than those of group A.There were close correlation between PER/EDV and EF ( r=0.694, P＜0.05).Comparison of VTC pattern of HTN,CAD and DCM with that of healthy participants revealed the loss of symmetry of systolic and diastolic pattern.Conclusions Generation of VTCs by RT3DE is a promising approach to evaluate left ventricular global systolic and diastolic function.PER/EDV and PFR/EDV may be potential parameters for assessing left ventricular global systolic and diastolic function.

Sleep disorders are common diseases with various dys-function during sleep-wake process, including difficulty falling or staying asleep, falling asleep at inappropriate times, excessive total sleep time, or abnormal behaviors associated with sleep. Sleep disorders can lead to the deposition of amyloid beta protein ( Aβ) by affecting the normal metabolism of amyloid beta protein in the brain. Patients with Alzheimer’s disease ( AD) often suffer from sleep disorders, and its pathology always results in more se-vere sleep disorders, which leads to a risk of cognitive impair-ment and hypofunction. Sleep disorders could interact closely with AD, forming a positive feedback loop, which causes serious damage to the body health. This review summarized the current research about sleep disorder in the onset of AD and the current status of medication.

Objective To investigate the influence of pain on liver function recovery after hepatectomy Methods Clinical data of 257 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into effective analgesia group(NRS ≤ 3 points)and ineffective analgesia group(NRS > 3 points)according to the digital hierarchy(NRS). The serum liver function indexes including ALT,AST,TBiL, ALB and PT were compared in 2 groups. Results There was no significant difference in preoperative liver function between 2 groups but the levels of ALT ,AST ,PT and TBIL at 1st ,3rd ,5th and 7th days postoperatively were lower in effective analgesia group than those in ineffective analgesic group after surgery(P<0.05). The incidence of the delay of liver function was lower in effective analgesia group than that in ineffective analgesic group. Conclusion Effective analgesic treatment can reduce liver damage and accelerate liver function recovery.

BESA 5.2.0was used to perform data analysisand theerror-related negativity(ERN)amnplitudeswereanalyzed.Results False alarm rate of PIU group was higher than that of control group.A repeated measure ANOVA revealed a significant group,frontal electrode sites and group × frontal electrode sites main effect for ERN amplitudes ( for group:F =768,df=1,P =0.000 ; for frontal electrode sites:F =615,df=2,P =0.000 ; for group × frontal electrode sites:F =516,df=2,P=0.000),and a significant group,central electrode sites and group × central electrode sites main effect for ERN amplitudes ( for group:F=768,df=1,P =0.000 ; for central electrode sites:F =599,df=2,P =0.000 ; for group × central electrode sites:F =483,df=2,P =0.000).ERN amplitudes of PIU group were lower than those at control group.ConclusionIndividuals with PIU present response monitoring dysfunctions and share neuropsychological and ERPs characteristics of compulsive-impulsive spectrum disorder,which supports that PIU is an impulse disorder or at least related to impulse control disorder.
