Objective To investigate the behaviors character of men who have sex with men(MSM) in the local place,learn about the prevail situation of STI and HIV/AIDS among MSM group,and provide evidences for the health promotions on AIDS and STI among MSM.Methods Based on a snowball model,survey on MSM were conducted with an anonymous model.3～5 ml vein blood of the MSM were also collected at the same time.Results The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS information among 452 MSM was high.98.45% can give the right answer to question of whether would be infected with HIV if inject blood or blood product which have been infected with HIV.Total understand rate was 92.86%.The rate of condom use in their last anal sex with male was 64.43%.Rate of never using condom and condom using in every anal sex with male in the late 6 months was 10.95% and 34.83% respectively.The 3 services of HIV that most been welcomed by them were IEC(67.92%),condom distribution(62.61%) and lube distribution(57.30%).1.99% has a positive result on anti-HIV testing. 8.85% have a positive result on syphilis testing.Conclusions High dangerous behaviors are prevalent among MSM in Nanning and propaganda on HIV/AIDS information is not sufficient.Multi-types approaches should be adopted to prevent the epidemics of HIV/AIDS among MSM.

The reform for the laboratory operational mechanism includes laboratory management system reform and experimental teaching reform.The author made some explorations and research to the operational mechanism and management pattern of university laboratory of forensic biology,then presented some ideas.

Objective To compare the recent adverse reactions caused by 131I-Metuximab (licartin) treatment via two different routes and to assess the safety and advantages of peripheral intravenous bolus of licartin for the treatment of advanced HCC.Methods Clinical data of 54 patients (45 males,9 females,age 33-80 years) with advanced HCC treated with Licartin in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital from October 2010 to March 2013 were collected and analyzed.The patients were divided into vein group (n=33) with Licartin injected through peripheral vein and artery group (n =21) with Licartin injected through hepatic artery.The results of blood routine examination,liver and kidney function and thyroid function between the two groups (1 week before treatment,4 and 12 weeks after treatment) were compared.The adverse reaction rate (ARR) and adverse reaction progression rate (ARPR) were also compared between the 2 groups.Ten days after Licartin treatment,all patients underwent gamma imaging to access the drug distribution in vivo.x2 test and two-sample t test were used to analyze data.Results There were no significant differences on age,gender and TNM staging between the vein group and the artery group (t =0.721,x2=0.561 and 4.769,all P＞0.05).The vein group showed temporary drug-related leucopenia (x2=7.041,P＜0.05) and increased level of serum total bilirubin (STB;x2 =10.297,P＜0.05) 4 weeks post-treatment.Twelve weeks later,the above parameters returned to baseline.In artery group,no influence on liver and kidney functions was observed,but the numbers of WBC and PLT decreased significantly (x2 =8.949 and 8.778,both P＜0.05) and returned to baseline 12 weeks post-treatment.The ARR in patients who had normal ALT levels before treatment between the two groups was significantly different(3.33％(1/30) vs 5/19,x2=5.718,P＜0.05).No significant difference was observed on ARR in patients with normal level of other parameters,and on ARPR in patients with abnormal preoperative parameters between the two groups (x2 =0.000-2.500,all P＞0.05).The drug's in vivo biodistribution and the thyroid function between the 2 groups showed no significant difference.Conclusion The peripheral intravenous bolus administration of Licartin is safe to treat patients with advanced HCC.

Objective To investigate anti-hypertension threapy on seasonal variability of blood pressure,urinary 8-OHdG levels in essential hypertension in order to provide a basis for seasonal antihypertensive treatment.Methods Fifty hypertensive patients admitted the hospital of Erdos Clinical Medical College of Inner Mongolia Medical University at summer 2013 were selected as our subjects.The final subjects was 42 cases due to 8 lost cases.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,including 30 cases in renin angiotensin aldosterone system inhibitors(RASI) group and 12 cases in Ca2+ channel blocker(CCB) group.Epidata 3.1 software was applied to perform statistic analysis.Urinary 8-OHdG concentration was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Blood pressure was measured in spring,summer,autumn and winter.Results Systolic blood pressure(SBP) in RASI group and CCB group at winter periods were (158±20) mmHg,(158 ± 20) mmHg,higher than that in summer periods ((145 ± 12) mmHg,(141 ± 9) mmHg;P＜ 0.05).Diastolic blood pressure(DPB) in RASI group and CCB group at winter periods were (101 ± 13)mmHg and (100±4)mmHg,significant high than that in summer periods ((93 ±7) mmHg,(90±7) mmHg;P＜0.05).8-OhdG levels in RASI group at summer and autumn periods were (243.20±30.94) ng/L and (240.40±47.99) ng/L,significantly higher than that in winter and spring periods((190.80± 15.56) ng/L and (189.06± 13.56) ng/L),and the differences were significant(P＜0.001).No significant differences were seen in CCB group among 4 seasons in terms of 8-OhdG levels (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Blood pressure change still occur among 4 seasons in hypertensive patients after a single CCB containing RASI-based drug antihypertensive therapy.And blood pressure in winter periods is higher than that in summer,which indicates that therapy medication based on RASI might reduce the level of oxidative stress at winter periods.

Objective: To explore the impact of exercise rehabilitation on cardiac function in coronary artery disease (CAD) patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods: A total of 130 CAD patients received primary PCI in our hospital from 2014-01 to 2015-09 were enrolled. All patients received conventional drug therapy and post-PCI knowledge education, then were randomly divided into 2 groups: Conventional group and Rehabilitation group, in which the patients received cardiac rehabilitation exercise for 3 months at different stage and intensity. n=65 in each group. The cardiac function including left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD), 6 min walking distance (6MWD) and NYHA classification were compared between 2 groups at 1, 3 and 6 months after the operation. Results: LVEF, LVEDD, 6MWD and NYHA classification were similar between 2 groups at enrollment, P>0.05. ① At 1 month post-operation: 6MWD was different between 2 groups, P<0.05, while LVEF, LVEDD, NYHA classification and the recurrence rate of angina pectoris were similar between 2 groups, P>0.05. In Rehabilitation group, 6MWD and NYHA classification were different from the enrollment condition, P<0.05, while other parameters were similar, P>0.05; in Conventional group, 6MWD was different from the enrollment condition, P<0.05, while other parameters was similar, P>0.05. ② At 3 and 6 months post-operation: all parameters were different between 2 groups, P>0.05. In Rehabilitation group, all parameters were different from the enrollment condition, P<0.05. ③ In Conventional group, at 3 months post-operation: LVEDD and 6MWD were different from the enrollment condition, P<0.05; at 6 months post-operation: 6MWD was different from the enrollment condition, P<0.05. Conclusion: Exercise rehabilitation may improve the cardiac function, therefore enhance the endurance capacity and quality of life in CAD patients after PCI.

Objective To analyze the clinical features and risk factors for mortality of patients with severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) in Zhoushan, the eastern coastal of China with high incidence of severe fever with thrambocytopenia syndrome bunyavirus infection, to provide reference for reducing the mortality rate of SFTS.Methods Clinical data of 107 cases of SFTS from Zhoushan Hospital during June 2011 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the prognosis, patients were divided into survival group and death group.The clinical features and the laboratory results were analyzed with a case-control method to analyze the prognostic factors.Normal distribution data were compared with the independent t test.Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z test were used in data with skewness distribution.Categorical data were analyze by chi-square test.The related risk factors were analyzed with the receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curve and multivariate unconditioned logistics regression analysis.Results Seventeen cases among 107 STFs patients died, yielding the mortality rate of 15.9%.The proportion of patients suffering from two or more underlying diseases, with disorders of consciousness, activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), the level of creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) as well as sepsis-related or sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA) score in death group were all significantly higher than those in the survival group (all P<0.05).The Ca2+ level and fibrinogen level in death group were significantly lower than those in the survival group (both P<0.05).Indexes mentioned above were analyzed by ROC curve, and the calculated cut-off value was set as the optimal diagnostic thresholds.These data were then included into the multivariate logistic regression analysis.It turned out that Ca2+<1.625 mmol/L, APTT >73.45 s, SOFA scores >9 were the independent risk factors for mortality of SFTS (OR=6.947, 8.459 and 11.770, respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion Ca2+, APTT and SOFA score are the independent risk factors for prognosis of SFTS, which provide reference for prognostic evaluation of SFTS.

Forensic biology is a main subject of forensic medicine.With the rapid development of science and technology,the courses should be constantly improved.New teaching mode has come into being application of multimedia technology in theoretical lessons,case teaching,independent completion of experimental lessons,which is thanks to the constant reinforcement of teaching staff and the reform of course content and teaching methods.

The article elaborated the standard of quality control,open service management system and requirements for system construction of forensic biology laboratory,which is to share laboratory recourses and advance the healthy and sustainable development of the laboratory.

Based on the experience of experimental teaching reform of forensic biology,the article made a systematic exposition about the measures and experience of the research and practice of the reform from the following aspects: aim of the reform,priority of the reform and specific measures.By reforming experimental teaching methods,the students' interests and performance record have been significantly improved.

Objective To investigate the effects of 17-methoxyl-7-hydroxy-benzene-furabcgakcone( MHBFC ) on isoproterenol-induced ventricular remodeling in mice. Methods Isoproterenol(ISO)was given subcutaneously(1 mg·kg-1, twice per day for 7 d)to induce ventricular remodeling in mice. Mice were divided into normal control group,model group, captopril group,MHBFC low and high-dose groups. 65 mg·kg-1 captopril was given by intragastric administration in captopril group,2. 5,5. 0 mg·kg-1 MHBFC were given by intravenous injection in MHBFC low and high-dose groups. At the end of the 7th day,the hearts of the mice were weighted,and myocardial hypertrophy index was expressed as heart weight/body weight, double kidneys weight/body weight and lung weight/body weight( HW/BW,KW/BW and LW/BW). Colorimetric method was used to determine the content of hydroxyproline( Hyp)in heart,the activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD)and the content of malondialdehyde( MDA)in serum. The histological changes were observed by HE and Masson’s staining,the changes of cross section area( CSA),collagen volume fraction,( CVF)and perivascular circumferential collagen area( PVCA)were determined. Results Compared with the model group,MHBFC potently inhibited cardiomyocyte hypertrophy,decreased the HW/BW, KW/BW and LW/BW,improved cardiac pathology changed,increased the of activity SOD,decreased the content of MDA in serum and the content of Hyp in heart tissue(P﹤0. 01 or P﹤0. 05),decreased the CVF and PVCA(P﹤0. 01). Conclusion MHBFC possesses protective effects against ISO-induced ventricular remodeling in mice,which may be related to its actions in reducing the oxidative stress and improving the antioxidant activity of the body.
