Objective To explore the correlations of coping styles with self-management practices and fear of recurrence in patients having undergone mastocarcinoma resection. Methods Toally 330 patients having received mastocarcinoma resection participated in the investigation by medical coping modes questionnaire (MCMQ),self management scale(SMS) and cancer worry scale (CWS).Pearson correlation analysis was integrated to analyze the correlations of coping style with self-management practices and fear of recurrence. Results The total scores by MCMQ,SMS and CWS were (79.10t7.62),(45.31±4.52) and (14.86±4.36),respectively.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation of the coping styles with fear of recurrence, and a positive correlation with the self management(P<0.001).The items of avoidance and yielding were both positively correlated with the fear of recurrence, while negatively correlated with the self management (P<0.001).Conclusions The coping style and fear of recurrence are closely correlated. The staff in the community should take active measures to improve the coping styles to reduce the fear of recurrence of the patients who have received mastocarcinoma resection.

Objective To investigate the appropriate cross-matching methods for the direct antiglobulin test (DAT)positive patients. Methods The DAT was used to screen the irregular antibodies on the surface of erythrocytes. The microcolumn gel test was used for blood identification. The antiglobulin test and manual polybrene test were used for cross-matching.Re-sults A total of five DAT positive cases were collected in study. The blood groups of each case were detected, including A-DCcEe,O-DCCee,O-DCcee,A-DCCee and A-DCcee.The donor samples with corresponding blood-antigen negative were cho-sen for cross-matching,and the agglutination intensity of each cross-matching tube was weaker than the control. The transfu-sion of washed red blood cells was suggested. Finally, each transfusion was safe and efficient. Conclusion The infusion of the washed red blood cells with corresponding blood-antigen negative could efficiently ensure the safety of blood transfusion.

BACKGROUND: Ethanol chemical damage method can be used to establish thin endometrium rat model. Expression of proliferation-related proteins is decreased in thin endometrium animal model, which contributes to the study of thin endometrium-related mechanism and provides guidance for clinical treatment. OBJECTIVE:To explore the changes in vimentin and vascular endothelial growth factor expression in rat modelsof high concentrations of ethanol-induced thin endometrium. METHODS: 0.3 mL 95% ethanol was slowly injected in the right uterus of female Sprague-Dawley rats to establish rat models of thin endometrium. An equal volume of physiological saline was injected into the left uterus as control sides. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The thickness of endometrium in the injured uterus was significantly thinner than the control ones. Number of glands reduced, structure became disorder, and vimentin and vascular endothelial growth factor expression markedly diminished. These results suggest that 95% ethanol injury can effectively establish rat models of thin endometrium. Proliferation-related protein expression altered in the thin endometrium.

Objective:To explore the influence of mindfulness on perceived stress in psychiatric nurses and the mediating effect of resilience. Methods:A total of 427 psychiatric nurses from a psychiatric hospital in Beijing were selected.Five-facet mindfulness questionnaire(FFMQ), Chinese-version perceived stress scale (CPSS) and Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) were used in this survey.Pearson correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were performed using SPSS 24.0.And mediating effect was performed using AMOS 24.0.Results:The total score of psychiatric nurses' perceived stress was (37.89±7.16). Among all psychiatric nurses, 66.74% were under high pressure and 20.84% were under great pressure. The perceived stress was negatively correlated with mindfulness(123.69±10.82, r=-0.65, P<0.01) and resilience(85.40±17.87, r=-0.67, P<0.01), and mindfulness was positively correlated with resilience ( r=0.50, P<0.01). The direct effect of mindfulness on perceived stress was -0.15, the indirect effect was -0.34, and the total effect was -0.49. Conclusion:Resilience plays a partial mediating role between mindfulness and perceived stress psychiatric nurses.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2021;37(5):394-398
Retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) is a proliferative vascular retinal disease. Cryotherapy, laser photocoagulation, intravitreal injection of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor, scleral buckling surgery and vitrectomy are the main treatments. Treated with cryotherapy or laser photocoagulation or intravitreal injection of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor, patients with a history of ROP have thicker foveas, and the morphology of the fovea and the development of the retinal vessels in the macular area are affected, resulting in abnormal vision development. However, the specific mechanisms by which different treatments of ROP affecting the development of the macula are not yet clear. It still need further study with large samples to verify and explore, whether changes in the levels of intraocular vascular endothelial growth factor changing the process of normal macular development and how the abnormal development of the macula affects visual function.

Objective To investigate the expression of advanced glycation end products(AGEs)in a rat model of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)induced by dehydroepiandrosterone. Methods The PCOS rat model was established using dehydroepiandrosterone . After confirming that the model rats were set up successfully, serum AGEs concentrations were measured using competitive ELISA and the expression of AGEs in the ovarian tissues of these rats was detected using immunohistochemistry. Results The serum AGEs level in the experimental group were signifi?cantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Furthermore,AGEs expression were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion AGEs are highly expressed in the rat PCOS model, signifying their importance in the diagnosis and pathogenesis of PCOS.

Objective To explore the protective effects of GYY4137, a new hydrogen sulfide donor, on intestinal mucosa in a neonatal rat model of necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), and its potential mechanism. Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly assigned into 4 groups: group A (control group), group B (NEC group), group C (NEC with GYY4137 treatment, H2S donor group), and group D (NEC with GYY4137 and Znpptreatment, HO-1 inhibitor group). The SD rat models of NEC were established using simulated milk feeding-hypoxia-cold stress-Lipopolysaccharides. The injury degree of intestinal mucosa was evaluated using HE-staining, and its mechanisms were investigated using biochemical indicators and Western blotting. Results Compared with control group, the pathology score and the total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) in the NEC group was significantly higher, the concentrations of methane dicarboxylic aldehyde (MDA) and necrosis factor α (TNF-α) were lower(P<0.05). Compared with those in NEC group, the pathology score and the concentration of MDA and TNF-α in the H2S donor group were signiflcantly lower, the T-SOD, and the HO-1 expression was higher. The pathology score and the level of MDA and TNF-α were signiflcantly increased after treated with HO-1 inhibitor Znpp, and T-SOD was signiflcantly decreased.. Conclusions The GYY4137, as a new H2S donor, could attenuate the injury of intestinal mucosa in a neonatal rat model of NEC by upregulating the expression of HO-1.
