Objective:To explore the effect of diagnosis and treatment in corneal pregnancy by hysteroscope under ultrasound mediated.Methods: Twelve corneal pregnancy wemen as retrospective analysis were collected and observed the gestational sac location, shape, size, echo, blood flow distribution and whether the consolidated common postoperative complications. Results: Twelve patients under ultrasound monitoring by hysteroscopy positioning, removal of lesions one-time success in 11 cases. The residual of palace angle, 1 case of hysteroscopy prompt receives review of the palace using ring of hysteroscopic resection lesions. This group of patients was cured.Conclusion: Orientation of ultrasound mediated by hysteroscopy diagnosis and curettage surgery, is an effective method of diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy of palace angle, judgment cornual pregnancy in high accuracy, preserve fertility in patients, can be repeated.

Objective To explore factors affecting diagnosis and treatment compliance in patients with gout leaving hospital,in order to provide a reference for late-stage clinical treatment.Methods 390 patients with gout treated in our hospital were selected from August 2012 to February 2016 for the study,all patients were followed up by telephone,their diagnosis and treatment compliance after discharge was investigated,and the factors affecting diagnosis and treatment compliance in gout patients after discharge investigated were,as well.Results The mean score of treatment adherence of 390 cases of gout patients after discharge was(3.93± 1.78) points.There were 117(30.00％) patients of which their score were ≥6 points for compliers,and 273 (70.00％) patients who do not comply with scores ＜6 points.Disease duration,education level,frequency of gout attacks,marital status and payment of medical expenses were closely related to diagnosis and treatment adherence(P＜0.05).Longer duration,low educational level,payment of medical expenses at their own expense were independent risk factors for poor adherence (P＜0.05).Conclusion We should strengthen the monitoring and follow-up of patients with gout who are with long duration of disease,low educational level,and pay medical expenses from their own pocke tinorder to improve patient diagnosis and treatment adherence,provide references for late-stage clinical treatment.

Objective To investigate the dose response relationship for K562 cells' loss of proliferation ability induced by 60Co γ ray irradiation. K562 cell morphological change and Egr-1 expression level are also investigated. Methods 3H-TdR incoporation assay, Giemsa Staining, RT-PCR were used in this study.Results It was noted that the proliferation inhibition is positively dose-dependent. K562 cells showed extensive changes in both morphology and Giemsa staining characteristics after radiation exposure. The irradiated cells acquired characteristics which the high differentiated cells had only. In the early stage after exposure to 5 Gy 60Co γ ray irradiation. A transient transcriptional upregulation of Egr-1 gene which was related to apoptosis and differentiation was observed.The transcriptional level reached its top on time point of 0.5 ～1 hours after exposure. Eight hours after exposure, the transcriptional level was below normal.Conclusions The proliferation inhibition of K562 cell is positively dose dependent. OBJECTIVE:To introduce the preparation of Rosa roxburghii tratt's SOD oral liquid and its therapeutic effect on insomnia.METHODS:To mix Rosa roxburghii tratt's juice with Rhizoma Aractyloidis's decoction in proper proportion.To control the quality by detecting activity of SOD .The therapeutic effect on insomnia was observed in 34 patients .RESULTS:The quality was not changed obviously after storage for 18 months;The effective rate for insomnia was 88.2%. Objective To observe the effect of self-assembling Atractylodes Rhizome Decoction combined with quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori (Hp)-positive peptic ulcer and its effect on wound healing, gastric acid secretion and recurrence.MethodsThis study was based on 70 patients with Hp-positive peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2014.The patients were divided into study group and control group according to the order of admission.(BAO), the maximum gastric acid secretion (MAO), the peak gastric acid secretion (P<0.05).The treatment group is divided into two groups according to the treatment group.(PAO), Hp eradication and recurrence were observed and compared.ResultsAfter treatment, the total effective rate of wound healing study group was 80.00% higher than that 57.14% of the control group (χ2=4.242, P<0.05).The levels of BAO, MAO and PAO in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05).The eradication rates of Hp in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 6 months and 1 year follow-up.The recurrence rate was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05),There was no significant difference between the two groups.ConclusionThe clinical effect of self-made Baishui Yipi Decoction combined with quadruple therapy on Hp-positive peptic ulcer patients is effective in promoting wound healing and Hp eradication, and inhibiting gastric acid secretion and reducing the recurrence rate.It is a kind of medicine worthy of clinical application Program.

The expressions of matrix metalloproteinnse-9 (MMP-9), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) ,and NF-κB in 157 cases of papillary thyroid cancer and 30 cases of papillary thyroid tumors were detected by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. The expressions of MMP-9 and NF-κB protein and mRNA in papillary thyroid cancers were significantly higher than those in benign tumors (all P <0.01), and increased according to the pathological grading (P<0.01). The expressions of MMP-9 and NF-κB protein and mRNA in papillary thyroid cancers with cervical lymph node metastasis were higher than those without metastasis (both P <0.01). The expressions of TIMP-1 protein and mRNA appeared an opposite direction of MMP-9 expression.

Objective:To analyze the distribution of HFE gene (hemochromatosis gene) mutation in normal and iron overload men and discuss the influence of HFE gene mutation on iron overload status of Chinese adult men..Method:The data of 226 normal and 331 iron overload men were drawn from National Nutrition and Health Survey in 2002 as control and case group respectively to analyze and compare the distribution of HFE mutation including C282Y mutation, H63D mutation and S65C mutation in normal and iron overload men.Results:In case group, normal gene was 90.03%, homozygosity for H63D mutation 0.6%, heterozygosity for H63D mutation 9.07%, heterozygosity for S65C 0.3%. In control group normal gene was 94.25%, heterozygosity for H63D 5.75%, and no S65C and C282Y mutation was detected. Conclusion: HFE gene mutation was not the major reason resulting in iron overload in Chinese adult men.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of preoperative transarterial chemotherapy for invasive bladder cancer. Methods A total of 60 cases of invasive bladder cancer have been confirmed on open surgery and pathological studies were retrospective studied.The cases were allotted to preoperative transarterial chemotherapy group (30 cases) and operation alone group (30 cases).Preoperative transarterial chemotherapy was performed by infusing anticancer drugs into internal iliac artery.Surgery was performed in 1～2 weeks after transarterial chemotherapy.The bladder preservation rate,recurrence rate,metastasis rate and survival rate were compared between the 2 groups. Results In the preoperative transarterial chemotherapy group,the bladder preservation rate was improved and the recurrence rate dropped (P0.05). Conclusions Preoperative transarterial chemotherapy is a safe and effective method in the treatment of invasive bladder cancer.

Objective To study the relationships between hemoglobin concentration,cytokine and cardiac function in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods Hemoglobin concentration,sernm TNF-α,IL-6 in 121 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy were measured,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)by echocardiography,according to hemoglobin concentration,these patients were distributed to the anemic group and the non-anemic group,contrasting to 27 healthy persons.Results The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 in the anemic patients group were higher than those in the non-anemic group subjects,but LVEF Wag lower.With the increase of anemia severity,the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6 significantly increased;there was a positive correlation between LVEF and the levels of serum TNF-α,IL-6(P＜0.01),and a negative correlation between LVEF and Hb concentration.Conclusion The levels of cytokine promote the pathophysiological procedure between cardiac failure and anemic in ICM.
