Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofWuzi Yishen Oral Liquid for female stress urinary incontinence.Methods Ninety patients were randomized into treatment group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases). The treatment group was treated byWuzi Yishen Oral Liquid, while control group was treated bySuoquan capsule. After three-month treatment, the clinical efficacy was observed by 1 h pad-test and urinary incontinence questionnaire scores.Results Compared with before treatment, the quantity of fluid loss of 1 h pad-test of the two groups was reduced significantly, and the symptom scores of urinary incontinence questionnaire were improved after treatment (P<0.05). The symptom scores of urinary incontinence questionnaire of the treatment group were higher than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionWuzi Yishen Oral Liquid has obvious clinical efficacy for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence.

The clinical data of two adolescents with unilateral nasal cavity neoplasm were analyzed. Both were male, one was 14-year-old and the other was 17. Both were complained of unilateral nasal obstruction and nasal discharge; The course of disease of the former was one month ,and that of the latter was three month; both were found neoformation in unilateral nasal cavity in medical examination. Occupying lesion in unilateral nasal cavity and sinus were demonstrated in CT scan of two cases. Endoscopy surgery were operated in both cases, incisal opening in labiogingival groove was added in the latter. Pathology of the former was capillary hemangioma and the latter was rhabdomyosarcoma. No findings indicating recurrence has been observed in two cases under 6 months follow-up. Recognition at nasal cavity and paranasal sinus neoplasm in adolescent is essential so that proper management can be initiated.

BACKGROUND: Autologous bone marrow is the only tissue that contains abundant osteoinductive osteogenitor cells and is the first-choice transplantation materials for treatment of bone nonunion. Artificial bone with osteoinductive capacity can provide a supporting effect for the in-growth of osteocytes. Iliac periosteum can be used for treatment of bone nonunion due to the advantages including abundant blood circulation, easy harvesting, and able to improve local arterial blood supply. BJECTIVE: To treat refractory bone nonunion in limbs using artificial bone with autologous bone marrow combined with iliac periosteum transplantation, and to compare the therapeutic efficacy to artificial bone with autologous bone marrow transplantation and simple iliac periosterum transplantation. METHOD: Thirty-nine refractory bone nonunion limbs from 36 patients were assigned to three groups: artificial bone with autologous bone marrow combined with iliac periosteum transplantation (combination group, n = 19), artificial bone with autologous bone marrow (bone marrow group, n = 9), and autologous iliac periosteum (iliac periosteum group, n = 11). The time for bone healing, limb function score 1 month after fixture removal, and postoperative X-ray score were evaluated. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: All initial 39 limbs acquired bone union and were followed up for an average period of 18.5 months. The combination group yielded better therapeutic effects than the bone marrow group and the iliac periosteum group in terms of the time for bone healing, limb function score 1 month after fixture removal, and postoperative X-ray score (P < 0.05). These findings indicate that artificial bone with autologous bone marrow combined with iliac periosteum transplantation exhibits better clinical therapeutic effects in treatment of refractory bone nonunion in limbs.

From July 2006 to April 2008,103 patients(107 hips) undergoing first total hip arthroplasty(THA) were selected from Department of Bone and Joint Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College.According to treatment methods,minimally invasive group(47 cases,47 hips) including 15 cases(15 hips) of necrosis of the femoral head,28 cases(28 hips) of femoral neck fracture,and 4 cases(4 hips) of osteoarthritis,were treated with small posterior skin incision and cementless prosthesis;the routine group(56 cases,60 hips) underwent routine THA.The blood loss,incision length,pain,functional recovery,length of stay,and perioperative complications were recorded.103 patients were followed up,of which minimally invasive THA was followed up for 3-11 months,and routine group followed up for 7-22 months.In the minimally invasive THA group,the patients had less blood loss(P 0.05).The results show that minimally invasive THA has the advantages of less complication,shorter hospital stay,slighter pain and faster function recovery compared to routine THA.

Objective To evaluate the primary result of proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PF-NA)in treating osteoporotic intertrochanterie fractures. Methods Between March 2006 and August 2007.PFNA or Gamma nail intemal fixation were performed in 31 patients with osteoporotic intertrochan-tefie fractures.of whom were 19 males and 12 females at a mean age of 75.6 years(45-89 years).Ac-cording to AO classification,there were 8 type A1 fractures,16 type A2 fractures and 7 type A3 fractures.Aeearding to Evans-Jensen classification.18 cases were rated as Evans Ⅱ and 13 as Evans II.AIl frac-tares were closed ones and 6 patients were combined with internal diseases.PFNA was implanted throush a mini-incision without exposure of the fracture section during operation in 12 patients. Results Of all.6 patients received emergency operation,19 did operation within 3 days and 6 waited for selective op-eration(5-7 days)after controlling internal diseases.PFNA had shorter operation time,less hlool loss and shorter union time compared with Gamma nail(P＜0.05).No complications such as infection,non-union or loosening of nails were found.According to HarriS hip rate scale system,the excellence rate of PFNA was 83.4%and that of Gamma nail 73.7%. Conclusion PFNA is a good choice to treat osteo-perotie intertrochanteric fractures.owing to its advantages of stable fixation,minor trauma,eaSy opera-tion.short operation time,little bleeding,minor lOSS of selerotin and early exercise.

Objective To discuss the necessity and feasibility of nucleic acid test(NAT)in clinical blood transfusion by the im-plementation of the nucleic acid testing after the ELISA screening of Zhengzhou blood donors.Methods HBV DNA,HCV RNA, HIV RNA were detected by Roche Cobas S201 system and Shanghai kehua screening system,the samples were mixed by 6×166.7μL and 8×180 μL(as one pool)separately.If the mix pool was negative,the result can be issued directly;if the pool was positive, than secondary single sample dectection must be taken and the secondary report was the final result.Results A total of 115 227 blood samples were screened by Roche Cobas S201 system and 130 mix pools were positive,among which 80 pools were reactive by secondary split testing,and the reactive samples were 86,the split ratio was 61.5%,The positive ratio of specimens was 0.75‰.90 359 samples were screened by kehua system,and the mixed pools were 93,among which 31 pools were reactive by secondary split testing,and the reactive samples were 31,the split ratio was 33.4%,The positive ratio of specimens was 0.34‰.So the total num-ber screened by the two systems was 205 586,among which 117 cases were reactive,the total positive ratio of specimens was 0.57‰.And one case was HIV window phase infection.Conclusion NAT could effectively decrease the risk of blood transfusion caused by omission of ELISA and ensure the safety of blood transfusion.

Objective nvestigate the propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia in orthopedic manual reduction applications.MethodsAugust 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital treated 120 cases of acute long bone closed fracture and ankle, shoulder dislocation and other patients, efficient analysis anesthesia, surgery time, patient recovery time, propofol is added volume and total volume, and detection 3min, 1min, 3min, 5min and waking SpO2, HR, MAP, RR values.Two groups of patients after treatment, were given nursing intervention, such as routine diet guidance, nutrition support, health education.after administration before it is administered.Resultsanesthetic effect experimental group total efficiency is higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);after simultaneous administration of all patients 1min, 3min, 5min signs were lower than prodrug 3min signs, the difference statistically significant (P<0.05), after clear signs of its former administration 3min with no significant difference;experimental group recovery time, propofol bolus of propofol than with total control were lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);and the two groups were similar to the operation time, the difference was not statistically significant.ConclusionIn summary, propofol combined with fentanyl anesthesia for patients to take the treatment of orthopedic manual reduction obviously worthy of clinical use.

Objective: To develop a method to determine the content of a atractylenolideⅠ in Xiangshayangwei Pills. Methods: Reverse Phase HPLC was used to determine the content of atractylenolideⅠ in Xiangshayangwei Pills. The separation was performed on YWG ODS column with methol water (60∶40) as a mobile phase and the wavelength of UV detector was 220nm. Results: The linearity of this method was well with the average recovery of 99.54%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, and sensitive. It also shows good separating degree. It can be used in quality controll of Xiangshayangwei Pills.

Objective To explore the nursing measures of patients with pure diffuse axonal injury (DAI)treated by multi-step sub-hypothermia therapy.Methods The nursing care of pure DAI patients treated by multi-step sub-hypothermia therapy,which included the traumatic condition evaluation before treatment,the nursing care during treatment,the nursing care after treatment but also in coma,and the nursing care after palinesthesia.Results The intracranial pressure and concentration and lactic acid in blood and cerebrospinal fluid alleviated.The forehead expanded.The disability rating scale(DRS)decreased.While the incidence of sub-hypothermia related complications did not increased.Conclusions The elaborative nursing care aiming at different pathogenetic conditions,different stages is the first guarantee in the treatment of pure DAI with multi-step sub-hypothermia therapy.

Objective　The covered tracheal stent in shape of a straight tube or a fork-like tube was placed clinically to treat tracheal stricture and tracheal fistula caused by malignant tumour in order to maintain the normal function respiration and to keep the fistula closed.Methods　The stent was made of stainless steel in shape of "Z"covered with membrane partially or entirely.An instrument with tube in three sheathes was used to place the stent in position.Results　The tracheal stents were placed successfully in 9 cases at first time and the esophageal stents were placed for 6 cases among them in the meantime.Dyspnea of patiants was remarkably alleviated.The tracheal fistula of them was closed effectivelly.Follow-up for 4～12 monthes all cases demonstrated no adverse effects.Conclusion　The application of the covered stent is a safe effective method to treat the tracheal stricture and tracheal fistula.
