Objective: Statistical work overtime hospital surgical performance, understand the overtime rate in all the subjects, facilitating leaders make decisions in time, reasonable allocate resources to plan as a whole. Methods:using the time function and the automatic calculation logic function, and finally use pivot table function. Results:Reflect the medical surgery, overtime data provide a reference for the head nurse in nursing management. Statistical results show that the gynecology and obstetrics, orthopaedics, thoracic surgery, secrete surgery, general surgery frequency more overtime. Facilitate the matron reasonable flexible scheduling, optimize work processes;at the same time make the nurse work enthusiasm by passive status to active status, avoid buck-passing, realize the labor remuneration is closely related to job performance. Conclusion:Inspire staff enthusiasm, to strengthen the medical management has a guiding role.
2.Research on the application of pivot table auxiliary function in hospital human resources system

Objective:To use pivot tables will pay the most valuable information in the table, add, reduce staff this month, and does not increase don't decreases but the amount of personnel data extract and work department is changed.Methods: Use pivot table to find differences, by adding auxiliary column identifier (1,-1) to solve the existing in the personnel salary is different.Results:Dynamic understanding of the inflows and outflows of hospital employees, in order to grasp the change situation of hospital human resource cost.Conclusion: It saves the human, fast and convenient, improves the work efficiency and accuracy.
3.ANALYSIS OF COLONOSCOPIC FINDINGS IN 70 DIVERTICULA OF COLON IN 70 ELDERLY PATIENTS

Objective Finding characteristic of senile colon diverticula in 70 cases senile colon diverticula diagnosed by colonoscope through comparing and summarizing. Methods From Jan 1997 to Dec 2001, 70 cases older than 60 years old senile colon diverticula diagnosed by colonoscope in endoscopy department of PLA general hospital. Male 54 cases ,female 16 cases .Age from 60 to 84 years old, average age 68.70?5.39. Results ①With age increased, detectable rate of colon diverticula and multiple colon diverticula rised; ②Detectable rate in male higher than female; ③Whether the single or multiple diverticula ,all predilection site is in the right colon, rate of the right to the left is 2.8∶1(42∶15), and the single diverticula is more obvious. Conclusions ①Occurrence of diverticula have relation to age; ②Incidence in the right colon of senile is lower than of young people; ③The left colon diverticula and bilateral colon diverticula in senile is higher than in young people.
