1.Quality standard for Puerarin for Injection

Objective: To establish the quality standard for Puerarin for Injection (PF). Methods : HPLC was used to determine puerarinum content and test its related compounds. Results : The method can test related compounds with a detection limit of 0.1ng. There is a good linearity in the range of 1.5~10?g?mL -1 of puerarin. The average recovery was 99.7% and RSD was 0.3%, respectively. Conclusion : The method is suitable for the quality control of PF.
2.Optimization of Extraction Technology of Total Volatile Oil from Cinnamomum cassia Presl. and Cyperus rotundus L. in Hegan Lipi Granules by Box-Behnken Response Surface Method

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of total volatile oil from Cinnamomum cassia Presl. and Cyper-us rotundus L. in Hegan lipi granules. METHODS:With the extraction rate of total volatile oil as the index,Box-Behnken response surface method was applied to investigate the effects of water amount,soaking time for medicinal materials and extraction time by distillation on the amount of the extracted volatile oil and optimize the extraction technology of total volatile oil from C. cassia Pre-sl. and C. rotundus L. in Hegan lipi granules,and verification tests were conducted. RESULTS:The relevant coefficient of the es-tablished quadratic polynomial regression model of 3 variable factors was 0.970 5. The optimal extraction technology was as follows as 5 times as much as the amount of medicinal materials of water,soaking time of 2.5 h,extraction time of 6.0 h. Verification tests showed the extraction rate of total volatile oil was 1.65%,with a deviation rate lower than 2% compared to the predicted value of 1.67%. CONCLUSIONS:The established model is reliable with good predictability. The optimal technology can be used for the ex-traction of total volatile oil from C. cassia Presl. and C. rotundus L. in Hegan lipi granules.
3.Prediction of the Shelf Life of Compound Sodium Citrate Injection by Initial Average Rate Stability Test

OBJECTIVE:To predict the shelf life of compound sodium citrate injection by initial average rate stability test. METHODS: The initial average rate stability test was performed at 7 different temperatures to investigate the relationship between the initial average rate (V0) of the glucose degradation reaction and Kelvin's temperature (1/T), and the activation energy of reaction, the drug reaction velocity constant and shelf life were computed as well. RESULTS: The regression equation was lgV0=18.15—6 774.6?1/T(r=—0.937 5), the reaction activation energy was 31.0Kcal?mol-1, the drug reaction velocity constant at 20℃ was 1.1?10-5h-1, and the shelf life was 1.09 years. CONCLUSION: The method is simple and it can accurately predicate the shelf life of compound sodium citrate injection.
4.Preparative Method of CRRT Displacement Liquid

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the feasibility and accuracy of the current preparative method of CRRT displacement liquid in hospital preparation manufacturing laboratory.METHODS:The electrolytes in 8 CRRT displacement liquid samples were determined and the RSD values were calculated by comparison with theoretic value;the effects of ionic concentration and volume of raw material on the preparing results as well as the RSD of volume error were investigated.RESULTS:The RSD between theoretical and practical ionic concentrations was lower than 4.14%.The maximum change of ionic concentration caused by concentration of solution was 5.32 mmol?L-1;The maximum volume change caused by volume loading was 62 mL and the displacement liquid ionic concentration lower than theoretical value was 0.4 mmol?L-1.The RSD of volume difference was 2.46%.CONCLUSION:The preparing results of CRRT displacement liquid by the preparative method adopted in our hospital can meet the clinical standard on this preparation.
5.Mycosis fungoides palmaris et plantaris: a case report

A 41-year-old man presented with recurrent pustules and scales on both hands and feet for 1year and with neoplasm on the left toe for 4 months.On physical examination,there were multiple irregular rufous patches with lamellar white scales on bilateral thumbs,forefingers,thenar eminence,toes,and the onethird anterior part of bilateral soles.Deep-seated pustules and vesicles arising on some erythematous patches were disrupted with the formation of punctiform or patches of erosions covered by yellow brown crusts.Some toenails and fingernails were thickened and deformed.An obviously tender neoplasm measuring 4 cm × 3.5 cm× 3.5 cm was observed in the anterior part of the left fourth toe,which was a little indurated and obviously tender with superficial erosion,large amount of purulent exudates and fresh granulation tissue mixing to form black and thick blood crusts on the surface.Biopsy of the nail bed of the right index finger and neoplasm on the left toe revealed a diffuse,dense,and mixed infiltrate of small- to medium-sized atypical lymphocytes and a few inflammatory cells.Meanwhile,epidermotropism and Pautrier's microabscess were visible.Immunohistochemistry showed that the abnormal lymphocytes were positive for leukocyte common antigen (LCA),Vimentin,CD3,CD45RO,CD4,Bcl-2,partly positive for CD8,CD5,CD10,Ki-67 (> 80% ),but negative for CD79a,CD20,CD30,cytokeratin,S-100,Bc1-6,anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK),HMBMS,CD1a or P63.Based on the above findings,a diagnosis of mycosis fungoides palmaris et plantaris was made.
6.Association of e-health literacy and social support with depressive symptoms among female nursing students

Objective:
To explore the relationship between eHealth literacy and social support and depressive symptoms in female nursing students, and to provide a reference for improving the mental health of female nursing students.
Methods:
In November 2019, 1 115 female nursing students from freshmen to junior years in four medical colleges in Changsha were investigated eHealth Literacy Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale, Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scales and demographic information questionnaire.
Results:
The detection rate of depressive symptoms in female nursing students was 20.1%(224/1 115), and the qualification rate of eHealth literacy was 29.2%(326/1 115). The incidence of depressive symptoms were higher in female nursing students with urban household registration and their parents with high school education and above and poor family economic status(χ2=9.46, 20.02, 7.16, 12.40, P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that poor eHealth literacy and low social support were positively correlated with depressive symptoms in female nursing students(OR=3.16, 3.65, P<0.05). There was a correlation between the interaction of eHealth literacy and social support with depressive symptoms. In the same type of social support, the lower eHealth literacy level, the greater the risk of depressive symptoms was for female nursing students(P<0.05).
Conclusion
Health literacy and social support are the influencing factors of depressive symptoms in female nursing students. The occurrence of depressive symptoms can be reduced by improving the level of electronic health literacy and social support.
7.Efficacy of liraglutide in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease:a Meta analysis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of liraglutide in the treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease(NAFLD).Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that evaluated the efficacy of liraglutide for NAFLD treatment were searched in multiple databases,including Pubmed,EMBASE,the Cochrane library,CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP.Literature identification and data extraction were based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 7 RCTs with 500 patients of NAFLD were included.Improved liver histology,or improved the level of alanine aminotransferase[WMD=-25.32,95%CI(-37.22,-13.41),P<0.01] and aspartate aminotransferase[WMD=-24.56,95%CI(-35.10,-14.03),P<0.01] were seen in 12-48 weeks liraglutide treatment.However,liraglutide could not decreased the level of serum cholesterol[WMD=-14.38,95%CI(-48.95,-20.20),P=0.42] and triglyceride[WMD=-15.55,95%CI(-36.20,-5.10),P=0.14].Conclusion liraglutide has the therapeutic effect of NAFLD.
8.Progress in production of arachidonic acid by Mortierella alpina and genetic modification.

Arachidonic acid, as an important polyunsaturated fatty acid, is identified as potential food additives or pharmaceuticals for their biological activities. In recent years, arachidonic acid production by Mortierella alpina is becoming a research highlight. The prophase relevant researches focused on the mutagenic breeding and fermentation optimization. With the depth of investigation, the advancement concerning pathway for the biosynthesis of arachidonic acid in Mortierella alpina has been made. In this review, we summarized the prophase work briefly. Mainly, we discussed the biosynthesis pathway of arachidonic acid, the key enzymes, the construction of transformation system and the genetic modification. In addition, the prospect of microorganism arachidonic acid production is put forward.

9.Efficacy of gold microneedle combined with tranexamic acid transdermal administration for treatment of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation from acne vulgaris

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of gold microneedle combined with tranexamic acid transdermal administration for the treatment of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation caused by acne vulgaris.Methods:From January 2022 to October 2022, 36 patients with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation of facial acne who went to the Laser Medical Center, Air Force Medical Center were treated, including 10 males and 26 females, with 21-42 (28.3±4.8) years of age. The patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 18 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with gold microneedle combined with transdermal administration of tranexamic acid, the control group with 0.5 mm microneedles combined with transdermal administration of tranexamic acid. Both groups were treated for 2 times with an interval of 2 months. The total effective rate, post acne hyperpigmentation index (PAHPI), UV spots, brown spots, pores, skin texture, and adverse reaction were evaluated at 4 weeks after the last treatment.Results:Clinical observation was completed in all 36 patients. In the observation group, 17 cases were effective, accounting for 94.4%, and in the control group, 11 cases were effective, accounting for 61.1%, The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05). The differences in PAHPI score, UV spots, brown spots, pores, and skin texture between the two groups were also statistically significant ( t=3.10, 2.52, 2.71, 2.43 and 3.54; P=0.004, 0.017, 0.001, 0.021 and 0.001). The patiens in both groups had different degrees of burning sensation, erythema, edema. dryness and other symptoms after treatment, which were relieved 3 days after treatment without special treatmet. Conclusions:Gold microneedle plus transdermal administrationof tranexamic acid is a safe and effective method for the treatment of post-inflammatory pigmentation caused by acne vulgaris.
10. Analysis of core emergency response capability of nurses for systematically managing COVID-19 in intensive care units

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the current status of core emergency response capability of nurses for systematically managing coronavirus disease(COVID-19) in intensive care units and to explore the related influencing factors. METHODS: A total of 100 nurses who systematically manage COVID-19 in the intensive care units from a class 3 grade A hospital in Wuhan City were selected as study subjects by convenience sampling method. The self-designed COVID-19 Core Emergency Response Capability Questionnaire for Nurses was used to investigate the status of COVID-19 core emergency response capability. RESULTS: The total score of the core emergency capability of the nurses averaged 133.1±18.1, and the scoring rate was 80.7%, which was at a high level. The scoring rates of each dimension from high to low were prevention ability, rescue ability and preparation ability, with the score rate of 85.2%, 81.7% and 71.0% respectively. The results of generalized linear regression analysis showed that the level of core emergency response capability of nurses was higher in high-risk departments such as respiratory department, infectious department, intensive care unit, outpatient department and emergency department than that of low-risk departments [partial regression coefficient(β) =11.18, P<0.01]. The levels of core emergency response capability of nurses who were married, once worked in the fever clinic, and were members of the National Health Emergency Rescue Team was higher(β were 8.28, 24.34 and 10.89, respectively, P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The core emergency response capability of nurses who systematically manage COVID-19 in the critical care units in Wuhan City is at a high level. Their core emergency response capability is affected by factors such as personal work experience, marital status, emergency work experience and trainings.
