1.Observation on the effect of small dose dexamethasone on the prevention of throat pain at perioperative period of thyroid tumor resection
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):210-211
Objective To study and analyze the effect of small dose dexamethasone on the prevention of throat pain at perioperative period of thyroid tumor resection. Methods 112 cases with thyroid cancer treated by resection in Wenling hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected as the study subjects which were divided into the study and the control group. The control group were given saline by intravenous injection, The study group were given small dose of dexamethasone intravenous injection. The preventive effect of postoperative throat pain and postoperative blood glucose level were compared between the two groups. Results Statistical analysis showed that the postoperative VAS score in the study group was better than that in the control group. The blood glucose level in the study group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative treatment with small doses of dexamethasone is excellent for patients with thyroid tumors treated with resection. It can help patients prevent postoperative sore throat and has excellent application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.
2.Effect of Addition of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets on Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Depression and Anxiety
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2014;(8):489-491
Background:Psychological factor plays an important role in the pathogenesis of functional gastrointestinal disorders. Depression, anxiety may share the pathogenesis with irritable bowel syndrome( IBS),therefore, more and more attention has been paid to anti-depression and anti-anxiety in the treatment of IBS. Aims:To evaluate the effect of addition of flupentixol and melitracen tablets on IBS with depression and anxiety. Methods:Sixty IBS patients with depression and anxiety were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group were given live combined Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules and trimebutine maleate, while paitents in treatment group were received flupentixol and melitracen tablets in addition to the above-mentioned medicine. Treatment course was 8 weeks. Hamilton depression scale,Hamilton anxiety scale and symptom score were evaluated before and after treatment. Results:Compared with control group, depression and anxiety in treatment group were obviously improved(P<0. 05);the relief rates of abdominal pain and diarrhea were significantly increased( P <0. 05 );and the total symptom score were significantly decreased(P<0. 05);the total effective rate was significantly increased(93. 3% vs. 76. 7%,P<0. 05). However,no significant difference in incidence of adverse reaction was found between the two groups. Conclusions:Additon of flupentixol and melitracen tablets can significantly improve the curative effect on IBS with depression and anxiety.
3.Biological Effects of HBV X Protein on Hepatocellular Carcinogenesis in Association with Cellular Factors
Virologica Sinica 2008;23(2):146-151
The X protein (HBx) of Human hepatitis B virus (HBV) acts as an indirect transcriptional transactivator to regulate the expression of many viral and cellular genes, as well as playing a critical role in pathogenesis and the development of Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Here we described the biological effects of HBx in association with four cellular factors, including inflammatory factors (COX-2 and iNOS), oncoprotein (Ras), and a newly identified tumor suppressor (YueF). The characteristics of these effectors, which might be associated with hepatocellular carcinoma, are also discussed.
4.The progress of study on human CD5+B cells
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2001;14(3):241-243
CD5+ B cells are derived from early stage precursors independently on bone marrow. It is an important subtype of B cells. Abnormalities of number and function of CD5+ B cells are found in several kinds of autoimmune diseases and B lymphocyte malignancies. Recently, the abnormalities are also found in AIDS,hepatitis, schizophrenia and the regeneration of liver cells, which indicates that CD5+ B cell may have extensively clinical significance.
5.Toxoplasmosis in human being
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2001;14(1):57-60
Toxoplasmosis is an infectious disease which affects both human and animals. It distributes all over the world and makes great harm to human beings. In recent years, the morbidity of toxoplasmosis in our country increased because of contacting with pets.Toxoplasmosis has no specific clinical manifestations and responds well to correct treatment. In order to raise clinicians' notice to toxoplasmosis, this article will review the disease from the aspects of etiology, epidemiology, clinical manifestation and experimental diagnosis.
6.Cyclophilin A and infectivity of human immunodeficiency virus type-1
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2001;14(1):54-56
Cyclophilin A(CyPA) is a cytoplasmic protein which binds to immunosuppressive drug—cyclosporin A and possesses peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase activity. CyPA incorporated into virions through interactions with the Gag polyprotein in the life cycle of human immunodeficiency virus type 1(HIV-1) and its incorporation is essential for viral infectivity. This review discussed the function of CyPA in replication of HIV-1 virion and the usefulness of these studies for anti-HIV therapies.
7.Effect of dexamethasone intravenous administration on airway complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(8):304-305
Objective To observe the effect of intravenous administration of dexamethasone on airway complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods 66 patients who were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Wenling hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into the control group and the observation group, 33 cases in each group. The control group were injected with saline 2 mL and the observation group were received dexamethasone 10mg by intravenous infusion. The incidence of complications and complications were observed in the two groups at different times after treatment. Results At 1 hours, 4 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after extubation, the differencesof the incidence of sore throat and throat pain degree between the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion Dexamethasone intravenous administration has no obvious effect on reducing airway complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To assess the role of dynamic-enhanced MR angiography (MRA) by comparing with DSA and CT arterial portography (CTAP).Methods Sixteen patients with liver diseases (mainly HCC) were included in the study. All patients underwent dynamic MRI of the liver using SENSE, digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and CTAP within two-week. MRA was reconstructed from raw data. The arterial phase of the modified MRA was compared with DSA for the evaluation of hepatic arteries and the portal phase compared with CTAP. In dynamic MRI, a fixed dosage (20 ml) of contrast medium and scan timing were used. Results The main branches and variations of the hepatic arterial system were well displayed on the dynamic-enhanced MRA, although the distant intrahepatic branches were showed poorly. Portal veins on MRV were showed as well as or even superiorly to CTAP. In addition, the inferior vena cava (IVC) was well demonstrated on MRV in most cases. MRV revealed 1 vascular variation which was not found on DSA and CTAP.Conclusion The dynamic-enhanced MRA using SENSE was a effective modality in demonstrating the hepatic vascular system. It may be a first choice modality in preoperative evaluation of orthotopic liver transplantation.

Objective To investigate the expression of programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) and programmed death-1(PD-1) in the kidney tissue of acute allograft rejection (AR) and the correlation between PD-L1 expression and PD-1 expression and the degree of tubulointerstitial lesions. Methods Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used to detect the expression of PD-L1 and PD-1 in renal tissue of normal control and AR confirmed by biopsy. Results Both PD-L1 and PD-1 expression were significantly higher in AR than in the normal renal tissue (P
