By analyzing different cooperation modes in the pharmaceutical R&D and innovation between Hong Kong and Guangdong province, traditional cooperation mode and R&D outsourcing mode cannot adapt to the glob-al competition in modern pharmaceutical R&D and innovation field. The perfect cooperation mode is mainly through the mergers and acquisitions of large-scale enterprise groups, and joint ventures with research institutions, scientific research agency, and other corporate; through establishment of large pharmaceutical enterprise group be-tween the two regions; and through establishment of front shop-back factory mode. To effectively achieve this goal, Guangdong government should remove compartmentalization and multi-sectors management system in the pharmaceutical R&D and innovation system, promote mergers and acquisitions between pharmaceutical companies through capital market, and set up a pricing mechanism of pharmaceutical R&D and innovation for different prod-ucts and different development stage.

Cyclophilin A（CyPA） is a cytoplasmic protein which binds to immunosuppressive drug—cyclosporin A and possesses peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase activity. CyPA incorporated into virions through interactions with the Gag polyprotein in the life cycle of human immunodeficiency virus type 1(HIV-1) and its incorporation is essential for viral infectivity. This review discussed the function of CyPA in replication of HIV-1 virion and the usefulness of these studies for anti-HIV therapies.

The aseptic loosening of prosthetic components after the total hip arthroplasty (THA) is a possible clinic problem which needs resolving by orthopedic surgeons. Timely clinical and radiological examinations and ana lyses of the signs and progression of the loosening after THA will play a critical role in prevention and treatment to the aseptic loosening of prosthetic components. The article puts forward the principle for correct evaluation of the aseptic loosening after it reviews and analyzes the existing clinical and radiological examination methods of detecting the loosening. Objective To explore the clinical effect of IPL combined with tranexamic acid in the treatment of chloasma.Methods 50 patientss with chloasma were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups by odd-and-even grouping method.The control group received IPL treatment,the study group was given photorejuvenation combined with tranexamic acid treatment.The MASI score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The MASI score[(8.71 ± 0.82) points] and the total effective rate (92.00％) of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group [(11.35 ± 1.03) points,68.00％,t =3.10,x2 =4.39,all P ＜ 0.05].The incidence rate of adverse reaction betweem the two groups (16.00％,16.00％) had no significant difference (x2 =0.00,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Photorejuvenation combined with tranexamic acid has significant clinical effect in the treatment of chloasma.

Medical education for the international medical students is an important part of home medical colleges. This article focuses on the training of teacher’s ability,the understand- ing of the international medical students,the preparation for lessons and the agile use of many teaching ways during the teaching process of Nuclear Medicine for the international medical stu-dents. Up to now,we still have no textbooks of Nuclear Medicine for the international medical students. This is the problem that exists in the Nuclear Medicine teaching.

Objective To establish a method for content determination of hyodeoxycholic acid in Qingkailing Injection. Methods An UltimateXB-C18 column (5 ?m, 250 mm?4.6 mm) was used with a mobile phase of acetonitril-water-phosphoric acid (35∶65∶0.1). The flow rate was 1 mL/min. The temperature of the column was 40 ℃. The detection wavelength was 192 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of hyodeoxycholic acid and absorption area value in range of 0.201 35～1.006 75 mg/mL, r=0.999 6. The average recovery was 98.25% with RSD=1.26%. Conclusion This method was accurate, credible and repeatable which can be used to control the quality of Qingkailing Injection.

Objective To investigate the relationship between high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and idiopathic pulmonary embolism.Methods Clinical data of 34 patients with idiopathic pulmonary embolism from January 2005 to March 2011 were enrolled and healthy people with gender,age and basic diseasematched at the same period were selected as control.The venous blood samples of all the subjects were taken at 7:00 am after 10 hours of fasting and analyzed for total cholesterol (TC),lower-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C).Results Compared with healthy people,patients had reduced HDL-C level with a statistical significance ( ( 1.10 ± 0.28 ) mmol/L vs ( 1.49 ± 0.35 ) mmol/L,t =- 5.427,P ＜ 0.05 ).However,no statistically significant differences were found in the levels of TC and LDL- C (P ＞ 0.05 ).HDL-C was correlated with idiopathic pulmonary embolism( r =0.284,P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion The levels of HDL-C,but not TC or LDL-C,might be associated with the idiopathic pulmonary embolism.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of serum indapamide concentration.METHOD:10healthy male volunteers were assigned to receive7.5mg indapamide capsule on empty stomach with time-concentration de?termined by HPLC,and the pharmacokinetics parameters were accounted.RESULTS:C max was(0.212?0.167)mg/L,t max was(2.14?0.59)h,t 1/2 was(19.69?0.75)h,AUC 0～72 was(3.636?0.503)(mg?L)/h and AUC 0～∝ was(3.937?0.518)(mg?L)/h.CONCLUSION:The established method can be used for the clinical analysis on the use of indapamide and its pharmacokinetics study.
