Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the influences of mutant p53 protein expression on the resistance of breast cancer cells to adriamycin and efficiency of adriamycin chemotherapy of the pre-operative patients with breast carcinoma. Methods Mutant p53 protein expression in 9 cases of breast cancer was examined by using inmunohistochemical method and image semiquantified analysis. The response of human breast cancer cells to adriamycin was tested with MTT assay in order to judge the effects of mutant p53 protein expression on the pre-operative pateints with breast carcinoma treated with adriamycin chemotherapy. Results ⑴Mutant p53 protein expression in 7 cases of the human breast cancer samples were positive, the positive rate was 77%(7/9).⑵There was positive relationship between expression degree of mutant p53 protein(positive relative area) and resistance index(IC50:1/10 peak concentration) of human breast cancer cells to adriamycin(r=0 7956,P

This paper summarizes the progress on anti -tumor effect and its mechanism of Noni over the past decade.Plenty of tests indicated that noni juice , juice extracts, leaf and root extracts have anti -tumor effects. It can inhibit tumor growth through inducing tumor cell apoptosis ,activating host immune system ,inhibi-tion of angiogenesis and cyclooxygenase ,anti -oxidation and blocking carcinogen -DNA adduct formation. This paper provides a reference for the adjuvant therapy of anticancer drugs and food form Noni .

Objective This paper aims to assess the clinical efficacy of pemetrexed maintenance therapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) through Meta analysis.Me thods Systematic lit-erature searches were performed in Cochrane、Pubmed,Web of science, Embase and ClinicalTrials databases. The related references had been traced. We made quality assessment of qualified randomized controlled trials( RCTs) of pemetrexed maintenance therapy compared with best supportive care( BSC) in advanced NSCLC.Besides,we u-tilized stata 12.0,Revman 5.3 and GRADEpro software to evaluate the overall quality of the evidence, according to the Cochrane collaboration to perform Meta-analysis.Resutl s Three RCTs were eligible and included 1257 patients.Meta-analysis results suggested that:compared to BSC,pemetrexed maintenance therapy had a statisti-cally significant benefit in improving progression-free survival(PFS)(HR =0.55,95% CI:0.48~0.64)and overall survival(HR=0.76,95%CI:0.65~0.88).The objective response(ORR)did not reach statistical signif-icance(RR=0.97,95%CI:0.86~1.10).Conclusion Compared with BSC,pemetrexed maintenance therapy statistically significantly improve PFS and OS,but has no demonstrable impact on ORR in patients with advanced NSCLC.

This paper introduces the design of automatic biochemistry analyzer based on CAN field bus. The hardware and software of a single network node and several problems are narrated. Some related flow charts and source codes are also given. The involvement of CAN bus in the design of automatic biochemistry analyzer enhances the efficiency and the degree of automatization.

Objective To explore the effects of urinastatin(UTI) on microcirculation of extra pancreatic organs in rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP). Methods A total of 48 rats were randomized into control group, ANP group and UTI group. The model of ANP was established by uniform injection of 5% sodium taurocholate solution under pancreatic capsule, only injection of normal saline in control group. Then the rats of UTI group were injected with UTI through the femoral vein, the rats of ANP group and control group were injected with normal saline. The blood flow of lung, kidney and distal small intestine was measured by radioactive biomicrosphere technique at 2 h and 6 h after ANP.Results Compared with the control group, the blood flow of lung, kidney and intestine was decreased significantly in the ANP group at the 2 h and 6 h after ANP ( P

BACKGROUND:The existed artificial anal sphincter cannot sense whether there are intestinal contents in the bowel and the state of intestinal contents, and the previous studies on the intestinal content signal did not included the different parts of colon and the signals of different intestinal content status.
OBJECTIVE:To compare the differences of ultrasound signals of different intestinal content status in different parts of New Zealand rabbits detected with transmission-type ultrasonic signal detection system.
METHODS:Twenty healthy New Zealand rabbits were used;the rabbits were divided into groups according to distal part of proximal colon, distal colon and distal rectum. Five positions of solid stool particles were selected randomly as the detection point in each group. The voltage signals of stool were measured under solid, fluid, gaseous, and deflation status of the lumen.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:In rectum, there were no significant differences in voltage signals between solid and gaseous conditions, while there were significant differences between fluid and deflation conditions (P=0.000). Multiple comparison showed there were significant differences between four conditions in distal part of proximal colon and distal colon (P=0). There were significant differences in voltage singles between rectum, distal colon and proximal colon under solid and fluid conditions (P=0). Multiple comparison showed there were significant differences in any part of large bowel for solid and fluid status (P=0). There were no significant differences in voltage singles between rectum, distal colon and proximal colon under gaseous and deflation conditions. There was interactive effect of intestinal contents between three parts of large bowel under the four conditions (P=0.000). Transmission-type ultrasonic detection system can distinguish artificial intestinal contents sensory nerves of various intestinal contents. And the application of ultrasonic detection system to detect the intestinal contents under different conditions can provide a new effective method for the research on artificial intestinal content sensory nerves.

Objective To explore the MRI T 1WI features of the hyperacute intracerebral hematoma by super-low-field MR.Methods 160 patients with hyperacute intracerebral hematoma were examined by using MR unit of 0.04T magnetic(WDLMW-400) and PS3D T 1WI(TR=125 ms,TE=25 ms). Results Hematomas located in basal ganglia(140 cases),cerebral lobe(13 cases),cerebellum(5 cases) and brain stem ( 2 cases) respectively. All of the hyperacute hematomas showed short T 1 signal intensity in PS3D T 1WI;the mass effects and perihematoma edema also can be found in all of the 160 cases. Conclusion This study shows that the super-low-field MRI is superior to medium and high field MRI in diagnosis of hyperacute intracerebral hematoma.

The refractory epilepsy refers to the epilepsy whose seizures couldn't be cured after using two kinds of correctly selected antiepileptic drugs which can be tolerated and enough dosage and duration of monotherapy or combination therapy. The pathogenesis of intractable epilepsy is complex, and there is no established theory at home and abroad.Recently, more and more attention has been paid to the correlation between mitochondrial dysfunction caused by oxidative stress and intractable epilepsy.Based on the summary of common treatment of refractory epilepsy and by searching the related literature at home and abroad, further investigation would be made to explore the diagnosis and treatment of intractable epilepsy theory in order to provide new strategies for diagnosis and treatment of intractable epilepsy.
