The retrospective analysis of data of snail status in Baofeng harbor,Yingcheng City from 1975 to 2009 suggests that the snail surveillance in schistosomiasis transmission-interrupted areas is a long term work, which should be strengthened continuously.

This paper summarizes the progress on anti -tumor effect and its mechanism of Noni over the past decade.Plenty of tests indicated that noni juice , juice extracts, leaf and root extracts have anti -tumor effects. It can inhibit tumor growth through inducing tumor cell apoptosis ,activating host immune system ,inhibi-tion of angiogenesis and cyclooxygenase ,anti -oxidation and blocking carcinogen -DNA adduct formation. This paper provides a reference for the adjuvant therapy of anticancer drugs and food form Noni .

Objective This paper aims to assess the clinical efficacy of pemetrexed maintenance therapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) through Meta analysis.Me thods Systematic lit-erature searches were performed in Cochrane、Pubmed,Web of science, Embase and ClinicalTrials databases. The related references had been traced. We made quality assessment of qualified randomized controlled trials( RCTs) of pemetrexed maintenance therapy compared with best supportive care( BSC) in advanced NSCLC.Besides,we u-tilized stata 12.0,Revman 5.3 and GRADEpro software to evaluate the overall quality of the evidence, according to the Cochrane collaboration to perform Meta-analysis.Resutl s Three RCTs were eligible and included 1257 patients.Meta-analysis results suggested that:compared to BSC,pemetrexed maintenance therapy had a statisti-cally significant benefit in improving progression-free survival(PFS)(HR =0.55,95% CI:0.48~0.64)and overall survival(HR=0.76,95%CI:0.65~0.88).The objective response(ORR)did not reach statistical signif-icance(RR=0.97,95%CI:0.86~1.10).Conclusion Compared with BSC,pemetrexed maintenance therapy statistically significantly improve PFS and OS,but has no demonstrable impact on ORR in patients with advanced NSCLC.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the influences of mutant p53 protein expression on the resistance of breast cancer cells to adriamycin and efficiency of adriamycin chemotherapy of the pre-operative patients with breast carcinoma. Methods Mutant p53 protein expression in 9 cases of breast cancer was examined by using inmunohistochemical method and image semiquantified analysis. The response of human breast cancer cells to adriamycin was tested with MTT assay in order to judge the effects of mutant p53 protein expression on the pre-operative pateints with breast carcinoma treated with adriamycin chemotherapy. Results ⑴Mutant p53 protein expression in 7 cases of the human breast cancer samples were positive, the positive rate was 77%(7/9).⑵There was positive relationship between expression degree of mutant p53 protein(positive relative area) and resistance index(IC50:1/10 peak concentration) of human breast cancer cells to adriamycin(r=0 7956,P

This paper introduces the design of automatic biochemistry analyzer based on CAN field bus. The hardware and software of a single network node and several problems are narrated. Some related flow charts and source codes are also given. The involvement of CAN bus in the design of automatic biochemistry analyzer enhances the efficiency and the degree of automatization.

Objective To explore the effects of urinastatin(UTI) on microcirculation of extra pancreatic organs in rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP). Methods A total of 48 rats were randomized into control group, ANP group and UTI group. The model of ANP was established by uniform injection of 5% sodium taurocholate solution under pancreatic capsule, only injection of normal saline in control group. Then the rats of UTI group were injected with UTI through the femoral vein, the rats of ANP group and control group were injected with normal saline. The blood flow of lung, kidney and distal small intestine was measured by radioactive biomicrosphere technique at 2 h and 6 h after ANP.Results Compared with the control group, the blood flow of lung, kidney and intestine was decreased significantly in the ANP group at the 2 h and 6 h after ANP ( P

Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(8):765-768
The refractory epilepsy refers to the epilepsy whose seizures couldn't be cured after using two kinds of correctly selected antiepileptic drugs which can be tolerated and enough dosage and duration of monotherapy or combination therapy. The pathogenesis of intractable epilepsy is complex, and there is no established theory at home and abroad.Recently, more and more attention has been paid to the correlation between mitochondrial dysfunction caused by oxidative stress and intractable epilepsy.Based on the summary of common treatment of refractory epilepsy and by searching the related literature at home and abroad, further investigation would be made to explore the diagnosis and treatment of intractable epilepsy theory in order to provide new strategies for diagnosis and treatment of intractable epilepsy.

Objective To explore the value of the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC)of MRI diffusion-weighted (DW)in diag-nosing pathologic stage and histologic grade of bladder cancer. Methods 42 patients with confirmed bladder cancer underwent pelvic MRI examination including T2 WI and diffusion-weighted imaging (b values of 0 and 1 000 s/mm2 )Based on pathologic results,42 cases of bladder cancer were divided into three groups of Ta-T1 stage (non-muscle invasive),T2 stage (muscle invasive)and T3-T4 stage (around the bladder and other organizations invasive).Of 42 bladder cancers,36 urothelial carcinomas were divided into papillary urothelial neoplasm with low malignant potential (PUNLMP),low grade urothelial carcinoma and high grade urothelial carcinoma group.Tumor diameter and ADC were measured on DW imaging, and compared among different groups. Results The mean size of high grade tumors (4.52 ± 1.61)cm was significantly larger than that of PUNLMP (2.28 ± 0.51)cm and low grade tumors (1.69 ± 0.53)cm.The mean ADC of high grade tumors (0.83 ± 0.27)×10-3 mm2/s was significantly lower than that of PUNLMP (1.46 ± 0.30)×10-3 mm2/s and low grade tumors (1.17±0.11)×10-3 mm2/s (P<0.01).T3-T4 stage tumors showed significantly lower ADC (0.82±0.21)×10-3 mm2/s than T2 (1.01 ± 0.09)×10 -3 mm2/s and Ta-T1 stage tumors (1.24 ± 0.13)×10 -3 mm2/s (P <0.01).Conclusion DW ima-ging combined with conventional MR sequences is useful for displaying morphology of bladder cancer.DW imaging and ADC are use-ful in evaluation of pathologic stage and histologic grade of bladder cancer.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bilevel non -invasive positive air pressure ventila-tion(BiPAP)in the treatment of stable COPD patients with typeⅡrespiratory failure. Methods 36 patients had stable COPD with typeⅡrespiratory failure was treated with BiPAP.And observed the changes of clinical symptoms and arte-rial blood gases before and after the treatment. Results The Blood gas index[(7.28 ±0.04)vs (7.37 ±0.06)], heart rate[(116 ±11)times/min vs (85 ±10)times/min],breath rate[(26 ±4)times/min,(17 ±3)times/min], frequence of hospitalization[(3.50 ±0.89)times vs (0.23 ±0.11)times],and hospital days[(22.3 ±8.8)d vs (11.4 ±4.6)d]significantly changed after treatment(all P <0.01),the symptoms, including the shortness of breath, and chest distress improved greatly, and also the exercise tolerance were much better than patients did before treatment. Conclusion BiPAP is an efficient treatment method, and valuable for stable COPD patients with type Ⅱrespiratory failure.
