Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on cognitive dysfunction in patients with leukoaraiosis (LA). Methods 48 cases of moderate or severe LA with cognitive dysfunction were divided into 2 groups: the experimental group accepted hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) besides routine therapy, while the control group accepted routine therapy only. Both groups were assessed with Montreal cognition assessment (MoCA). Results The scores of MoCA in patients in the experimental group improved after treatment(P<0.05), and was more than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion HBO can improve the cognitive function in patients with LA.

Objective To explore the characteristics of cognitive function in patients with leukoaraiosis(LA)at different extent. Methods The cognitive function of 66 patients with different extent of LA and 49 healthy controls were measured using the MoCA scale, and the relationship between the cognitive function and the extent of LA was evaluated. Results The LA was more severe, the cognitive function of patients was more poor. The cognitive function of patients with type Ⅳ LA significantly decreased than the patients with type Ⅰ LA and the controls, especially in the language, memory, visuoconstructional and executive functions(P<0.05).While the function of naming, attention, abstraction and orientation showed no significant difference between the patients with LA and the controls(P>0.05).Conclusion Moderate and severe LA may cause impairment of cognitive function.

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis in patients with node-negative gastric cancer. Methods Between January 2004 and December 2013,clinicopathological characteristics of 300 patients with node-negative gastric cancer who underwent radical gastrectomy in Tianjin Medical University General Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results The 1-,3-,and 5-year overall survival rates for patients with node-negative gastric cancer was 80%,69% and 63% respectively. The univariate analysis showed that tumor size, histologic type and depth of invasion had significant effects on the survival (P < 0.05).Multivariate analysis for these factors showed that tumor size (RR:1.800,95 % CI:1.120-2.891,P =0.015),histologic type (RR:1.982,95 % CI:1.291-3.042,P =0.002) and depth of invasion (RR:1.464,95% CI:1.213-1.767,P =0.000) were independent prognostic survival factors. Conclusions Tumor size, histologic type and depth of invasion are important prognostic factors of patients with node-negative gastric cancer.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of autologous stem cell transplantation research for patients with cerebral hemorrhage sequelae under the stereotactic. Methods One hundred patients with cerebral hemorrhage from Jan.2011 to Sep.2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group (n =50) and the control group (n =50).The patients of experimental group were given autologous stem cell transplantation under the stereotactic in 6 months after cerebral hemorrhage, while the patients in control group were just given traditional treatment. At 6,7 and 12 months after cerebral hemorrhage, rate with neural function defect scale and functional independence measure(FIM) scores of the two groups were compared. Results FIM scores in the experimental group was 102.08 ± 8.28,significant higher than that in control group(95.28±8.75,P<0.05).Functional independence measure scores in the experimental group at 7 months after cerebral hemorrhage was 13.12±4.00,significant lower than that in control group(20.40±4.33,P <0.05).While,there was no statistical difference at 6 months and 12 months after cerebral hemorrhage between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic of autologous stem cell transplantation on patients with cerebral hemorrhage sequelae under the stereotactic is benefit at short term, but the long term therapy effective still needs further study.

Objective To analyze the current situation and developing trend of utilizaion of medical insurance drugs. Methods Data were collected from Suqian Hospital.Drug Utilization Analysis System and DDD were taken as the basic unit of measurement. Results The consumption of cost,DDDs and variety of type A medical insurance drugs were rising year by year, but the proportion in total was in declining trend. When analyzed according to DDDc,the type A,non medical insurance drugs and the type B ranked the first, the second and the third place during the 2009-2010,the DDDc of type A was lower than the non medical insurancedrugs and the type B.For example, the DDDc of type A was 3.32 yuan/day,the DDDc of the non medical insurance drugs and the type B was 15.04 and 15.97 yuan/day respectively. Conclusion Analyzed in respect to DDDs,the protortion of type A was in high level and the type B was in low.But analyzed in respect to the comsumption cost, the protortion of type B was in high level and the type A was in low.

Objective To explore the diagnosis value of CT in subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) induced by aneurysm rupture. Methods The clinical and CT data of 119 patients with SAH induced by aneurysm rupture were analyzed respectively. Results The CT characteristic of SAH induced by aneurysm rupture was full of hyperderse in sulcus and schizenceplay,or accompaning intracerebral hematoma in the straight gyrus of frontal lobe and the hippocampal gyrus of parietal lobe. Conclusion The CT has important value for diagnosing SAH induced by aneurysm rupture in the location and the nature. But it is indispensable that the CTA or DSA must be done for ascertaining the artery of responsibility of rupturing aneurysm.

Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of AVM bleeding without DSA in the basic hospital. Methods Clinical difference of intracerebral hemorrhage was revienly analyzed between arteriovenous malformation and hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Results Boths were different at sick ages, position and shape of haematoma, change of blood pressure after bleeding,CT scan of preoperative and view in operative.Surgery was effective. Conclusion Initial diagnosised of AVM bleeding is affirmed, according to patient's age, using mannitol is effective to control blood pressure after bleeding and display of CT scans preoperative.Final diagnosis is confirmed in operation without DSA at basic hospital.Treatment of AVM bleeding with surgery is effective.

Objective To study the clinical and pathological features of adrenal myelolipoma. Methods The clinical manifestration, experimental and imaging data of 6 patients with adrenal myelolipoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The disease manifested nonspecific symptoms and signs, including faint lumber, flank or bulk pain. The diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma depends on B ultrosound scan,CT and MRI,revealing a fatty mass with various other densities such as soft tissue, intratumoural haemorrhage, calcification and residual adrenal cortex.Tumor excision and adrenalectomy were performed in all patients. The pathological examination showed that the tumor consists of mature fat cells and hematopoietic elements. The patients have been asymptomatic on following up for 0.5~7 years and there is no recurrence of tumor. Conclusions CT and MRI images features are helpful for the pre operative diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma.Pathologically,it is characterized by a mixture of mature fat and hematopoietic elements.
