1.The Safety System of the Clinic Blood Transfusion
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
The Current safety measure based on Bio-Medicine model can't avoid the communicating disease or accidents. The only way to solve the problem is to establish a clinic blood transfusion safety system based on social medicine model. The first important work is to set up the ethics criteria on the clinic blood transfusion, train qualified blood transfusion officials, and improve the management of the use of blood based on social medicine model.
2.Psychoanalysis of Initial Unpaid Blood Donation Personnel
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(02):-
Objiective:Understand personnel's psychological state before and after donating blood unpaidly for the first time of different ages brackets. Methods:pay a return visit by telephone tothe recording mode of testing,Carry on the comparative analysis of SCL-90 meaningful inventory to 106 numerous blood donor and 106 blood donors for the first time. Results:The psychological condition for the investigators after donating blood for the first time can be divided into 3 kinds:①Health state;②Bad state;③Psychological obstacle; The bad psychology is shown as being afraid of ache, worrying about having bed influence on health after donating blood. Conclusion:Strengthen the propagation and education of the medical knowledge to unpaid blood donation personnel. The unpaid blood donation service and technology should be operated naturally, hospitable, thoughtful and believable.

Objective The metabolites of tolvaptan in rats were identified by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-exactive orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry(UFLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS),and the possible metabolic pathways of tolvaptan in rats were discussed. Methods Plasma, urine and fecal samples from rats were collected after a single oral administration of 60 mg·kg-1 tolvaptan solid dispersion solution. The protein in the samples was precipitated with acetonitrile.UFLC-Q-exactive orbitrap MS technology was adopted for the sample analysis and the data were processed by Xcalibur 2.0 software. Results According to the retention time, precise relative molecular mass, characteristic fragment ions and related literature reports of each compound,35 metabolites were identified in rat biological samples.Moreover,23,26 and 30 metabolites in the plasma, urine and feces were identified, respectively. The major metabolic pathways of tolvaptan were identified as hydroxylation, carboxylation, hydrolysis, dehydrogenation, glucuronidation and acetylation. Conclusion Our study confirmed the major metabolites of tolvaptan in rats, enriched the metabolite spectrum of tolvaptan in vivo, and provided an experimental basis for the in-depth study of the pharmacodynamic substance basis of tolvaptan.

【Objective】 To explore the recruitment and retention strategy of blood donors by investigating the age composition of blood donors in some areas of China, so as to promote blood donation and enhance clinical blood supply. 【Methods】 Through the working platform of Practice Comparison Working Group of China’s Mainland Blood Collection and Supply Institutions, the average age and age composition of blood donors from 22 blood centers were collected, and statistical analysis was conducted after eliminating invalid data. 【Results】 The median average age of blood donors during the survey year was 30.02.The median age in 2.89% of the blood centers was lower than 25. The average age of different genders was statistically significant only in 2018(P<0.05). Fot first-time blood donors, the median constituent ratio of donors <25 and ≥25 years old was 54.53% and 44.28%, with median retention rate at 10.30% and 9.61%, respectively. The median overall participation rate of blood donors was 2.7%, with median participation rate of blood donors <25 years old at 5.1%. 【Conclusion】 The recruitment and retention of blood donor is crucial to enhance clinical blood supply. Blood donors <25 years old, with a longer period for future donation, should be the main target of blood donation recruitment. Meanwhile, the revision of upper age limit for blood donation is another important initiative to grow the blood donor pool.
