Objective:To study the environment suitability of multi-parameter patient monitor. Methods: Choosing six different types of multi-parameter patient monitor from different manufactures, we tested six main parameters of the multi-parameter patient monitor when they had gone through the environmental tests, and the test limits come from field environment. Results:Each of the samples was not up to the standards. Conclusion:At present a clear most of the multi-parameter patient monitor in the market are designed and produced for using indoors, which are not suitable for using in field environment. We need to enhance the protection of the multi-parameter patient monitor against field environment, and improve the environment suitability.

3.Reasonability Analysis of the Use of AngiotensinⅡReceptor Blocker in the Outpatient of Our Hospital in 2013

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the status of the use of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker(ARB)in the outpatient of our hospital,and provide reference for the clinical rational drug use. METHODS:Totally 2 460 prescriptions of hypertension treated by ARB drugs in the outpatient of our hospital in 2013 were statistically collected,and the use of such drugs were comprehensively an-alyzed. RESULTS:The ratio of ARB in the treatment of hypertension in the outpatient of our hospital in 2013 was 36.22%,and the common ARB drugs were Irbesartan tablets,Irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets,Valsartan capsules and Telmisartan tab-lets. The prescriptions of hypertension in our hospital were mostly two-drug combination,the common combination of ARB drugs were ARB+calcium channel blocker(CCB)and ARB+potassium-sparing diuretics;the three-drug combination of ARB drugs were ARB+β-receptor blockers (β-RB)+CCB and ARB+CCB+potassium-sparing diuretics. Among 2 460 prescriptions of hypertension treated by ARB drugs,1 103 prescriptions were irrational,accounting for 44.84%;77 prescriptions were ARB combined with po-tassium-sparing diuretics with no clear indication,accounting for 6.98%;39 prescriptions were ARB combined with ACEI with no clear indication,accounting for 3.54%;330 prescriptions were ARB combined with β-RB with no clear indication,accounting for 29.92%;617 prescriptions had inappropriate frequency of ARB use,accounting for 55.94%;and 40 prescriptions were other irra-tional use,accounting for 3.63%. CONCLUSIONS:ARB drugs are commonly used for hypertension patients in outpatient of our hospital. However,there are still many problems of irrational use in clinical treatment. Therefore,hospital should take appropriate interventions to promote the rational drug use through the joint efforts of physicians,pharmacists and hospitals.
4.The Effect of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate on Left Ventricular Function of Myocardial Ischemia-Reperfusion Lesion in Rats

Objective:To study the effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate (DG) on left ventricular function impairment during myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rats. Methods:The left ventricular was cannulated through right common carotid artery on the myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury model. The left ventricler function was assessed before and 10 minutes after the administration of DG, immediate and 20 minutes after initiation of ischemia, immediate and 30, 60 minutes after reperfusion, by measuring the left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP), +dp*dtmax and -dp*dtmax. Results:Compared with the baseline, all measurements of LVSP, +dp*dtmax and -dp*dtmax decreased (P<0.05,P<0.01), while LVEDP increased (P<0.01) after administration of DG. As the time of ischemia-reperfusion lasting, LVSP, dp*dtmax and -dp*dtmax generally decreased progressively, while LVEDP generally increased progressively. 20 minutes after the initiation of ischemia and immediate, 30 and 60 minutes following reperfusion, LVSP, +dp*dtmax and -dp*dtmax in the DG group were significantly higher than those in IR group (P<0.01), LVEDP significantly lower than that in IR group (P<0.01) at the same time. Conclusion:DG can protect left ventricular function against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
5.Middle and long term efficacy of radiofrequency ablation combined with immunotherapy in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of percutaneous radiofrequency ablation combined with immunotherapy in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma .Methods A total of 124 patients with liver cancer were randomly divided into the two groups .60 cases in the control group were given immunity treatment alone ,while 64 cases in the observation group were treated by percutaneous radiofrequency ablation combined with immune therapy . The middle and long term curative effect of two groups was observed .Results After treatment,the tumor diameter, serum alpha fetoprotein (AFP) and carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA) levels in the two groups were significantly decreased(t=4.867,P=0.005;t=5.175,P=0.004;t=3.155,P=0.025;t=4.845,P=0.005;t=4.031,P=0.010;t=2.668,P=0.044),but the declining degree of the observation group was better than the control group (t=4.119,P=0.009;t=3.621,P=0.015;t=3.492,P=0.017).The total effective rates and disease control rates of the observation group were 53.1%,78.1%,which were significantly higher than 28.3%,46.7%in the control group (χ2 =11.290,P=0.010;χ2 =21.290,P=0.000).The 1-year,3-year,5-year survival rates of the observation group were 60.9%,31.3%,12.5%,those of the control group were 21.7%,5.0%,0.0%,the middle and long term sur-vival rates of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (χ2 =21.935,P=0.000;χ2 =56.452,P=0.000;χ2 =40.516,P=0.000).No statistically significant differences in the CD 4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+, IL-12 and other indicators between the two groups before treatment ,but these indicators in the observation group were significantly improved after treatment (t =4.515,P =0.006;t =10.014,P =0.000;t =5.217,P =0.003). Conclusion Combination of percutaneous radiofrequency ablation and immunotherapy in the treatment of hepatocell-lular carcinoma has exact effect and with advantages of less adverse reaction , good safety , which can significantly improve the quality of life and survival rate of patients ,it has good clinical application value .
6.Diagnosis and treatment of cystic renal cell carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of cystic renal cell carcinoma and to improve the preoperative diagnosis and curative rate of the disease. Methods Ten cases of cystic renal cell carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed in the aspects of imaging and pathologic characteristics. There were 7 males and 3 females with average age of 56 years old (ranging from 38--74 years old) in this study. There were 3 cases complained of sore waist, 7 cases were found renal masses in annual physical examination and 2 cases had the history of renal cysts. The cyst diameter was 3.5 8.2 cm. Six cases had been diagnosed with ultrasound and 7 cases had been diagnosed with CT scan pre-operatively. Eight eases were diagnosed with frozen section during operation. All the 10 cases accepted radical nephreetomies. Results The post-operative histological diagnosis showed that there were 9 cases of clear cell carcinoma and 1 case of granular cell carcinoma. The pathological character istics were tumor necrosis of renal cell carcinoma in 6 cases, multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma in 2 cases and carcinoma in renal cyst in 2 cases. Eight patients followed up from 6 months to 5 years. Six patients were still alive (mean 28.5 months). Conclusion The keys to improve the diagnosis and curative rate of the cystic renal cell carcinoma are paying attention to the pre-operative imaging study, the intra-operative frozen section examination and histopathology results.
7.Effects of Stroke Unit on the Compliance of Secondary Prevention in Patients with Stroke

Objective: To investigate the impact of stroke unit (SU) on the compliance of secondary prevention in patients with stroke at 12 months after stroke. Methods: Research subjects were stroke patients who were treated in SU (n = 500) and in general ward (GW) (n =445) using a design of retrospective study. The patients in the SU group were followed up by hospital, telephone and home interviews for 12 months, and the patients in the GW group were followed up by telephone interview for 12 months. The main outcome measures were the rate of using antithrombotics, the rate of smoking cessation, and the rates of awareness of early stroke symptom and stroke risk factors of patients. Results: he rate of using antithrombotics was 92.76% in the SU group, and it was significantly higher than 51.49% in the GW group (P <0.01); the rate of smoking cessation, and the rates of awareness of early stroke symptom and stroke risk factors of patients were 82.33%, 91.04%, and 94.03% respectively in the SU group, and they were significantly higher than 54.75%, 6.53%, and 70.37% in the GW group(P all < 0.01 ). Conclusions: SU attaches importance to the secondary stroke prevention and emphasizes standardized treatment, and the compliance of the secondary stroke prevention in patient with stroke is improved significantly.
8.Anterolateral ligament of the knee:anatomy, biomechanics and functional recovery

BACKGROUND: Anterior cruciate ligament injury accompanied by unstable rotation is a hotspot in sports medicine. Further understanding of the anatomy and biomechanics of the anterolateral ligament can play a guiding significance for the recovery of knee joint rotational stability.
OBJECTIVE:To systematicaly review current literature on the anterolateral ligament of the knee and to understand the incidence, anatomy, morphology and histology of the anterolateral ligament as wel as mechanism of anterolateral ligament injury.
METHODS: The first author searched the PubMed, Medline, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP databases for articles specificaly addressing the anterolateral ligament. Data extraction related to the incidence, anatomy, morphometry, biomechanics, and histology of the anterolateral ligament and its relation to the “Segond” fracture was performed. The retrieve time ranged from 1878 to 2015. Totaly 362 literatures were retrieved, including 342 articles in English and 20 in Chinese. According to inclusive and exclusive criteria, 42 articles were included in result analysis.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The occurrence rate of the anterolateral ligament ranges from 83% to 100%, and this range occurs because of smal discrepancies in the definition of the bony insertions of the anterolateral ligament. The anterolateral ligament originates anterior and distal to the femoral attachment of the lateral colateral ligament. It spans the joint in an oblique fashion and inserts between the fibular head and Gerdy tubercle of the tibia. Exact anatomic and morphometric descriptions vary in the literature, and there are discrepancies regarding the anterolateral ligament attachment to the capsule and lateral meniscus. The anterolaterial ligament is a contributor to the stability of tibial internal rotation, and histologicaly, it exhibits paralel, crimped fibers consistent with a ligamentous microstructure. The footprint of the anterolateral ligament has been shown to be at the exact location of the Segond fracture. The anterolateral ligament is a distinct ligamentous structure at the anterolateral plane of the knee, and it is likely involved in the control of excessive tibial internal rotation that can cause the Segond fracture.
9.Comparative study of therapeutic effects between retroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomy and ureteroscopic lithotripsy for upper ureteral calculi

Objective To compare the effect of retroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomy (RPUL) and ureteroscopic lithotripsy (URL) for upper ureteral calculi.Methods One hundred and twenty cases treated by RPUL and 108 cases by URL from January 2002 to October 2012 were reviewed.In RPUL and URL group,the diameter of stone was (1.56 ± 0.52) cm vs (1.44 ± 0.46) cm,ipsilateral hydronephrosis was (2.85 ± 0.86) cm vs (2.76 ± 0.82) cm,body mass index was (23.65 ± 2.80) kg/m2 vs (22.54 ± 2.68) kg/m2.There were no signficant differences.Data on the operation time,the hospital stay after operation,the operation,successsful rate,complication incidence and stone-free rate were compared between the 2 groups.Results Comparisons between RPUL group and URL group included the following:the operation time was (75.5 ± 25.8) min vs (62.5 ± 15.3) min,the hospital stay after operation was (6.2 ± 1.2) d vs (4.0 ± 0.8) d.There were significant differences.The operation successful rate was 95.0% (114/120) in RPUL group and 85.2% (92/108) in URL group.The complications incidence rate was 3.5% (4/114) in RPUL group and 17.4% (16/92) in URL group.The stone-free rate was 100.0% (114/114) in RPUL group and 89.1% (82/92) in URL group.The differences were significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions RPUL and URL had the advantages of less trauma and blood loss and rapid recovery.RPUL had fewer complication and higher success rate than URL,and could be a minimally invasive option for the treatment of ureteral calculi.
