China Biotechnology 2006;0(02):-
Though prokaryotic cells could hardly express recombinant human beta nerve growth factor (rhNGF-?) with a proper three-dimensional conformation, using of E. coli as a host for industrial production of rhNGF-? is controversial. Recombinant human beta NGF was expressed in E. coli and was refolded in vitro. The isolated products was shown to be consistent with those expressed and secreted by CHO cells in biochemical characters by SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC, mass spectrometry, N terminal analysis and bioassay determined using DRG and PC12 cells. The products can be acquired with 95% purity, 1.8 ng/U biological activity from both expression system, which remain invariable biological activity when lyophilized in excipient and store at 37℃?2℃, RH 75%?5% for 3 months. Moreover, the product refolded from inclusion bodies of E. coli shows the predominance in homogeneity and the lower cost.

3.Design and implementation of materials management system for hospital warehouse of combat readiness based on RFID
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(8):108-111
Objective:To develop a materials management information system for military hospital warehouse of combat readiness based on RFID so as to enhance the management of military medical corps for materials of war preparation. Methods:RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tags were attached on war materials and the information could been read by bar-code reader. SQL Server 2005 was used as the backend database, and VC# was combined with RFID to develop the software system. Results: This research has developed a materials management information system for military hospital warehouse of combat readiness based on RFID and this system could achieve informatization for information management, management of out and in warehouse, emergency plans management and forewarning management. Through manoeuvre, the average time of war materiel out warehouse has saved 12min.Conclusion: The research and development of information management system for materiel information of hospital warehouse for combat readiness has reference value for the application of researching RBID technique in material management.
4.Congenital muscular dystrophy type 1A: a report of one case with literature review
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2017;35(5):369-371
Objective To investigate the clinical features and genetic tests of a case with congenital muscular dystrophy type 1A (MDC1A). Methods Clinical data of proband were collected, and genetic change were tested using next generation sequencing, and literatures pertinent to the epidemiology, mechanisms, especially genetic testing of lisencephaly were reviewed. Results A 5 year and 2 month old boy present with normal intelligence and delayed motor development, he can be sit alone but not walk at two years old. Physical examination showed normal mental reaction, muscular dystrophy, hypotonia, and joint contracture at early age. From biochemical tests, we found creatine kinase (CK) and CK-MB were increased (491U/L, 41.8U/L). EMG test suggested possible muscle-derived damage. Brain MRI showed white matter abnormality. And a heterozygous mutation (c.2045-2046delAG) inherited from his mother in LAMA2 gene, and another novel heterozygous mutation (del Exon5) inherited from his father were identified by genetic test. Conclusions LAMA2 gene deficiency can lead to MDC1A, and gene testing can help diagnosis.
5.Molecular abnormality of cardiocyte mitochondrial membrane in diabetic cardiomyopathy
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(09):-
Diabetic cardiomyopathy is one of the main causes of death in diabetic patients.Mitochondrial dysfunction plays a key role in the development of diabetic cardiomyopathy, and mitochondrial function depends on the stabilization of the mitochondrial membrane structure.Studies on the molecular alteration and the underlying mechanism of the cardiocyte mitochondrial membrane of the diabetic heart may give us deeper insights into diabetic cardiomyopathy, and help us make a breakthrough in the therapeutic strategies.
6.Advances in Study on Evaluation of Functional Dyspepsia by Dyspepsia Symptom Scale and Quality of Life Questionnaire
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2015;(3):180-183
Functional dyspepsia(FD)is a commonly seen gastrointestinal disease. Dyspepsia symptom scale and quality of life questionnaire are two objective approaches for evaluating the efficacy of intervention measures on FD. This article reviewed the advances in study on evaluation of FD by dyspepsia symptom scale and quality of life questionnaire.

9. Chemical pattern recognition on contents of five flavonoids and anti-oxidant activity of Spirodelae Herba from different growing areas
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2017;48(5):985-990
Objective: To determine the contents of five flavonoids in Spirodelae Herba from different growing areas, and evaluate its anti-oxidant activity. Methods: Contents of orientin, vitexin, cynaroside, apigenin-7-glucoside, and luteolin in 17 batches of Spirodelae Herba from eight origins were determined by HPLC with acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid as mobile phase, and DPPH method was used to compare their anti-oxidant activities, together with cluster analysis and principal component analysis, the quality of Spirodelae Herba was evaluated. Results: The contents of five flavonoids in Spirodelae Herba from different growing areas exist certain differences, which can be divided into three different categories by cluster analysis and principal component analysis. The contents of orientin, vitexin, and cynaroside were significantly higher in samples from Shaanxi and Shanxi provinces than those from other origins, as well as their oxidation clearance rates were relatively high. The correlation analysis showed there was a significant positive correlation between the rate of oxidative elimination and flavonoid content. Conclusion: Spirodelae Herba from Shaanxi and Shanxi provinces has higher contents of flavonoids with strong antioxidant capacity. The analytical method is stable and reliable, which can provide the reference for enhancing the quality control of Spirodelae Herba.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(5):470-472
Myoepithelioma is an uncommon benign tumor that most likely occurs in the salivary gland. Extra-salivary myoepithelioma are sporadic and rare, especially the quantities occur in the sinonasal cavity are fewer in related literature reported. In this paper, we present a rare case of benign myoepithelioma that occurred in the nasal cavity, and the related process of pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis are discussed.
