1.Progress on roles of type 2 innate lymphoid cells in the pathogenesis of asthma
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2017;35(2):148-152
Type 2 innate lymphoid cell (ILC2) is a new member of the innate lymphoid cell family discovered recently. After being exposed to antigens, ILC2 was activated by epithelial cell-derived cytokines, lipid mediators and TNF family member TL1A to promote structural and immune cell responses in the airways. These cells are critical components of the innate immune response involved in the pathogenesis of asthma. This paper summarizes the progress on the roles of type 2 innate lymphoid cells in the pathogenesis of asthma.
2.Brain Efficient Connectivity Analysis of Attention Based on the Granger Causality Method.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2016;33(1):56-60
The study of brain information flow is of great significance to understand brain function in the field of neuroscience. The Granger causality is widely used functional connectivity analysis using multivariate autoregressive model based on the predicted mechanism. High resolution electroencephalogram (EEG) signals of ten healthy subjects were collected with a visual selective attention task. Firstly, independent component analysis was used to extract three spatially independent components of the occipital, parietal, and frontal cortices. Secondly, the Granger causal connectivity was computed between these three regions based on the Granger causality method and then independent sample t-test and bootstrap were used to test the significance of connections. The results showed that Granger causal connectivity existed from frontal to occipital and from parietal to occipital in attentional condition, while causal connectivity from frontal to occipital disappeared in unattentional condition.

3.Promotion of Pink1S Auto-phosphorylation with CK2β.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(5):1056-1060
The aim of this study is to determine the regulatory mechanism of PTEN-induced putative kinase protein 1 short isoform (PINK1S) in cytoplasm. By co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) assay, we identified that PINK1S interacted with the beta regulatory subunit of Casein Kinase 2 (CK2β), but not with the catalytic subunits CK2α1 and CK2α2. Furthermore, cells were transfected with PINK1S and CK2β, and then PINK1S was purified by immunoprecipitation. After detecting the phosphorylated proteins by Phos-tag Biotin, we found that CK2β overexpression increased auto-phosphorylation of PINK1S. Finally, we generated CK2β knockdown cell lines by RNA interference. Purified PINK1S from CK2β knockdown cells significantly reduced its auto-phosphorylation compared with control cells. These results suggested that CK2β functions as a regulatory subunit of PINK1S kinase complex promoted its activation by self-phosphorylation.

5.Effect of Danshen injections on NT-proBNP in patients with hypertension and left ventricular failure
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;37(19):2728-2729
Objective To study the effect of Danshen injection on brain peptide type B (NT‐proBNP) in patients with hyperten‐sion and left ventricular failure ,provide an effective basis for clinical treatment .Methods Totally 80 patients of hypertension with left heart failure from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups :40 patients were treated with con‐ventional therapy (control group ) ,40 patients in the conventional treatment combined with Danshen injection (experimental group) .We compared NT‐proBNP ,inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy between two groups .Results Before treatment ,the expression of NT‐proBNP and hs‐CRP ,NT‐proBNP level was basically the same in two groups (P> 0 .05) .After treatment ,the ex‐perimental group of patients with NT‐proBNP was significantly lower than the control group and the LVEF ,left ventricular mass index and left ventricular volume index were significantly higher compared with the control group (P< 0 .05) .The total effective rate of patients in Danshen injection groups was significantly higher (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion The injection of Danshen in patients with hypertension and heart failure patients can significantly improving NT‐proBNP levels and improve the cardiac function .
6.Combined operation for the relaxation of degenerative entropion
International Eye Science 2014;(7):1352-1353
AlM:To analyze and explore the clinical efficacy of strengthening lateral tarsal strip and advancing lower eyelid retractor for the treatment of degenerative entropion with eyelid relaxation
METHODS: Reviewed from January 2011 to January 2013, 21 cases (33 eyes) of degenerative entropion eyelid relaxation were treated with operation of strengthening lateral tarsal strip and advancing lower eyelid retractor ( fornix conjunctival incision ) , the follow-up was 12-24mo, curative effect was observed.
RESULTS: All the patients were cured completely, have no recurrence or overcorrection phenomenon. The cure rate of operation was 100%, there was no complication.
CONCLUSlON: Operation of strengthening lateral tarsal strip and advancing lower eyelid retractor is a safe, reliable, efficient operation to the treatment of degenerative entropion with mode of eyelid relaxation.
7.The correlation study between resilience and coping styles of recurrence of patients with nasopharyngeal neoplasms
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(15):1165-1167
Objective To investigate the relationship between levels of psychological resilience and coping styles of the patients with recurrence of nasopharyngeal neoplasms during hospitalization,in order to provide scientific data about the clinical psychological intervention. Methods A total of 240 cases of hospitalized patients with recurrence of nasopharyngeal neoplasms were selected and measured with general information questionnaire which was self-designed,resilience scale (CD-RISC) and coping scale. Results Resilience average score of patients with recurrent nasopharyngeal neoplasms was (53.22 ± 12.09) points, the level of resilience was positively correlated with positive coping and avoidance coping,P<0.05,and negatively correlated with the yield coping,P<0.05.Conclusions The resilience levels in patients with recurrence of nasopharyngeal neoplasms is below the medium level, resilience have a significant impact on patients' coping styles, and coping styles is affecting the level of resilience. In clinical work, health care workers should take effective measures to improve the resilience of patients so that patients take positive coping with disease.

10.To intensify our understanding about management of severe burn infection.
Chinese Journal of Burns 2009;25(2):81-83
Nowadays, it is necessary to emphasize the three basic inseparable elements in the treatment of severe burn infection, which are systemic care, burn wound care, and rational use of antimicrobials topically or systematically. Systemic care has been shifted from simple nutritional support to maintaining the systemic homeostasis, including balancing immune-inflammatory response, and protecting organs from dysfunction. Some work focused on regulating systemic immune response in the initial phase and the balance of inflammatory response after occurrence of severe burn infection have been reported. These results at least broaden our thinking to recognize that treatment should not only destroy microbes, but also balance the response of the body. Escharectomy in earlier phase has been a consensus. Currently, we turn our vision into how to use "damage control surgery (DCS)" concept in management of severe burn. DCS in burn care includes the evaluation of perioperative situation more accurate to make a more appropriate surgical decision. Meanwhile, an overall strategy should be established to confront the rapidly increasing drug resistance of the pathogens. The release of endotoxin after use of antimicrobials, which has been studied widely, should be explored further.
