The cost accounting plays central role in enhancing financial management in the hospital. With the increasing hospital competition, conventional model of cost accounting is changing, and gradually replaced with a novel model of cost accounting-total cost accounting. With the wide spread of total cost accounting in all hospitals, it is found that the general operation of hospitals is limited by the original HIS information system. EPR system feathered with the advanced data administration and potent function of financial analysis holding promise in adoption and acceptance by hospitals, serving as information collector and analyzer following HIS system.

Objective To investigate the risk actors of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section,in order to provide the basis for the prevention of hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods A case-control study was conducted in 100 cases with postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section and 200 cases without bleeding of cesarean section. The clinical data were compared and analyzed. The single factor and multiple factors of the Logistic analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section. Results Fetal macrosomia (OR =3.678,95% CI:1.456-5.345),placenta adhesion (OR =4.264,95% CI:1.556-5.646),placenta praevia (OR =2.754,95% CI:1.754-5.456),multifetal pregnancy (OR =3.964,95% CI:1.274-4.453) were the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Conclusion Evaluation of the above risk factors before cesarean section was important for prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.

Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of hyperuricemia (HUA) in rural residents of Gaoyou City,Jiangsu Province. Methods A total of 4504 rural residents were investigated in a cross-sectional study.Questionarre survey and physical examination were used for the stndy.Fatsing venous blood samples were collected for biochemical examination.T-test,chi-square test for multiple-group data comparison and logistic regression analysis were used for statistical analysis. Results The prevalence of HUA was 11.9%,15.7% in male, which was significantly higher than 8.6% in the female (P<0.01),the risks of HUA in male was 1.98 times higher than in female. The average value of serum uric acid in this population was higher than.that of female. The prevalence of HUA in female increased with age.Non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed WHR,Cr,Tg,hypertension were the independent risk factors of male patients with HUA.Age,BMI,Cr,Tg,hypertension were independent risk factors of HUA in female. Conclusion The prevalence of HUA can be affected by age and sex.Weight control, keeping blood pressure and blood lipid profiles in normals levels are important for the prevention of HUA.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Infectious Diseases 2008;1(4):219-221
Objective To identify risk factors and preventive measures of nosoconial infections in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Methods Clinical data of 65 NHL patients admitted from January to December 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results According to WHO classification (2001), 58 patients were with B-cell lymphoma, 7 were with T-cell lymphorna. All patients received CHOP regimen as initial chemotherapy and 23 of them were with nosecomial infections. Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that age, length of stay, pathological type, bone marrow involvement, levels of serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), beta2-microglobulin and invasive treatment were identified as risk factors of nosocomial infections. Respiratory tract infections and infections with gram-negative microorganisms were the most popular. Conclusion High nosocomial infection rate is found in NHL patients, and control of risk factors may effectively prevent nosocomial infections in NHL patients.

Objective To investigate the mastering of osteoporosis knowledge and the level of self-efficacy in patients treated with aromatase inhibitors and to provide references for further preventive interventions. Methods A total of seventy five patients with breast cancer treated with aromatase inhibitors were recruited from Zhejiang Cancer Hospital using convenience sampling method. They were investigated with osteoporosis knowledge test ( OKT ) and osteoporosis self-efficacy scale ( OSES ) . Results The total score of osteoporosis knowledge was 51. 90, in which the score of risk factors of osteoporosis, exercise and calcium intake were 55. 75,50. 67 and 47. 67, respectively. The correct rate of osteoporosis knowledge was statistically different in people with different educational level and approach of health education (P<0. 05). The total score of self-efficacy and factor scores of exercise and calcium intake were (59. 80 ± 19. 88),(60. 25 ± 21. 99),(59. 35 ± 17. 76)respectively. Conclusions It is suggested to strengthen osteoporosis related health education for patients with breast cancer, and to increase their health information and beliefs, and help them to formulate health behaviors to prevent osteoporosis.

Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2021;27(2):147-153
Objective:To systematically review the return to work (RTW) experience of breast cancer patients. Methods:Qualitative research on the RTW real experience of breast cancer patients were retrieved by computer in China National Knowledge Internet, WanFang Data, China Biology Medicine Literature Database, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, EBSCO and PubMed from database building to July 2020. "Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia" was used to evaluation, and the collective synthesis method was used to integrate the result. Results:A total of 18 articles were included, and 56 clear research results were refined. The similar results were grouped together to form 8 new categories and integrated into 3 synthesis results. Synthesis result 1 was the transformation of own working status and external environment. Synthesis result 2 was improving subjective initiative, and actively seeking adaptation and development. Synthesis result 3 was cherishing themselves, being grateful for the status quo, and realizing personal value. Conclusions:Health care providers should pay attention to the physical and mental experience, behavioral performance and needs of breast cancer patients during the RTW process, and increase the evaluation and management of this population, build a dynamic, multidisciplinary and targeted guidance program, and actively encourage patients to RTW and return to normal life.
