1.Analysis on academic frame of A-B classic of acupuncture and moxibustion by Huang Fumi.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(1):87-90
The acupuncture-moxibustion academic frame system was firstly and systematically established in A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion authored by HUANG Fu-mi, which explained the knowledge and logical relationship among different parts of acupuncture-moxibustion. The academic frame consisted of acupuncture-moxibustion basis and clinical application. In the basic theory, zang-fu, qi-blood, meridians, acupoint, pulse diagnosis, acupuncture manipulation, etiology and pathogenesis, etc. were included; in the clinical application, various kinds of clinical diseases and their acupuncture treatment were included. The academic frame established by A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion is broader than the modern academic frame of acupuncture-moxibustion, in which the attribution and location of four-seas theory has certain differences from modern acupuncture-moxibustion theory.

2.Analysis of the meridian-collateral theoretical framework and the conceptual annotation of YANG Shangshan.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(2):163-167
When classifying and compiling Huangdi Neijing (The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic), YANG Shangshan had constructed the systematic framework of the meridian-collateral theory. It has been found in the investigation of Huangdi Neijing Taisu (Grand Simplicity of The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic) that YANG Shangshan constructed the meridian-collateral systematic framework on the foundation of meridian theory. This framework includes two parts. One is the twelve meridians and the other one is the eight extra meridians, in which, the divergent meridians are derived from the regular meridians, and the collaterals, the cutaneous regions of meridians, genjie and biaoben are attributive to the regular meridians. The theory of the jingjin of meridians should be different from meridian-collateral system. YANG Shangshan constructed and annotated the meridian-collateral system, interpreting his unique thinking and analytic foundation. Being one of the forms of meridian-collateral theory at the early stage, YANG Shangshan's discovery deserves to be considered.

3.Primary effect of acupuncture and moxibustion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(1):3-5
The primary effect is out of the conception of the psychology, which emphasizes the importance of the initial stimuli. Although the primary effect of acupuncture and moxibustion happens and is applied constantly in clinic, the conception, connotation and application of it had not been explained definitely yet. The writers attempt to explain the characteristics, theoretic significance and clinical values of the clinical primary, effect of acupuncture and moxibustion based on the conception of it so as to provide a certain of reference to the study on the clinical primary effect of acupuncture and moxibustion.

4.Treatment of spontaneous perforation of the large intestine:a report of 9 cases
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(10):-
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of spontaneous perforation of the large intestine. Methods The clinical data of 9 cases with spontaneous perforation of the large intestine admitted into our hospital since 1994 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the 9 cases were over 60 years of age,had no specific clinical manifestations, and were misdiagnosed preoperatively.Among them,4 cases had a(longstanding) history of hypertension and arteriosclerosis, and 6 cases had habitual constipation. There was 1 case with perforation of transverse colon,1 case of descending colon,3 cases of sigmoid colon, and 4 cases of upper rectum.Four cases underwent exteriorization after a simple closure of the perforation, while in the other 5 cases closure of the perforation was followed by a loop colostomy. The postoperative complications included cardiac arrhythmia(1 case),lung infection(2 cases),and infection of incisional wound(1 case). All cases recovered smoothly and were discharged. Conclusions Spontaneous perforation of the large intestine usually presents in old patients, and frequeatly occurs in the rectum and sigmoid colon. It is usually misdiagnosed preoperatively, and surgical intervention should be performed as soon as possible. The operation should be simple. It is crucial to intensify management after operation.
5.Clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of fibrinolytic, anticoagulant and antiplatelet drug combination treatment in patients with progressive ischemic stroke
Clinical Medicine of China 2010;26(9):940-942
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of fibrinolytic, anticoagulant and antiplatelet drug combination treatment in patients with progressive ischemic stroke (PIS). Methods Ninety cases with PIS were randomly divided into the treatment group (47 cases) and the control group (43 cases). The patients in the control group were given combination therapy of Diemailing, Nadroparin calcium and Ozagrel, while the combination therapy of Defibrase, Diemailing, Nadroparin Calcium and Ozagrel were given in the treatment group. The plasma fibrinogen (Fib), prothrombin time (PT), part enabled prothrombin time (APTT), liver and kidney function were observed. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after 14 days treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.4% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (67.4%) (P < 0.05). After treatment, the PT and APTT levels of the treatment group were respectively (19.76± 5.53)s and (35.43 ± 6.03)s,the control group were respectively(17.26 ± 1.49)s and (35.71±5.64) s, the PT and APTT increased significantly compared with the pre-treatment condition in both groups (P < 0.05), while the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The Fib level was (1.51 ±0.42)g/L in the treatment group, and (3.10 ±0.69)g/L in the control group. In the treatment group the Fib level was significantly lower than the control group and the condition before treatment(P <0.05). We found no significant difference between conditions before or after the treatment in the control group (P > 0.05). The incidence of adverse clinical events showed no significantly difference between the treatment group and control (P >0.05). Conclusions Applying of fibrinolytic, anticoagulant and antiplatelet drug combination treatment in patients with PIS has a good efficacy and safety, which is good for clinical application.
6.Expression of interleukin 10 on peripheral blood CD+CD25+ regulatory T cells from serofast patients with syphilis
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 2013;(5):360-361
Objective To investigate the possible role of interleukin (IL)-10 secreted by peripheral CD+CD25+ regulatory T (Treg) cells in the formation of seroresistance state in patients with syphilis. Methods Venous blood samples were obtained from 28 serofast patients with syphilis and 28 healthy controls.Flow cytometry (FCM) was performed to determine the proportion of CD4+CD25+IL-10+ T cells in peripheral CD4+ cells, and to quantify the protein expression of IL-10 in CD4+CD25+ Treg cells.Magnetic activation cell sorting (MACS) system was used to separate CD4+CD25+ Treg cells in high purity followed by the detection of IL-10 mRNA expression with real time PCR.Results A significant increase was observed in the proportion of CD4+CD25+IL-10+ T cells in peripheral CD4+ cells,as well as protein and mRNA expression levels of IL-10 in the serofast patients with syphilis compared with the healthy controls (all P < 0.01).However,no statistical correlation was observed between rapid plasma reagent (RPR) titer and any of the above three parameters in these patients (all P > 0.05).Conclusion The high level of IL-10 secreted by CD4+CD25 + Treg cells may contribute to the formation of seroresistance state in patients with syphilis.
7.Neuroprotective effect of escitalopram oxalate on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2014;37(7):9-13
Objective To explore neuroprotective effect of escitalopram oxalate on cerebral ischemia reperfusion in injury rats and its possible mechanism, thus provide experimental evidence for the use of the drug in the clinical treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods 160 male rats of SD were selected and randomly divided into three groups:sham operation group(Sham group),negative control group(NS group),intervention group(CIT group, for 14 days and 21 days).Focal middle cerebral artery occlusion model(MCAO)of rats were constructed.Neurological deficit of rats in each group were evaluated by modified neurological severity score(mNSS)scale.Microvessel diameter, density, and total area of each group angiogenesis in cerebral ischemic area were observed by Laser cofocal technology after 14 days and 21 days at different time points;the plasma concentrations of VEGF were detected by ELASA,and expression levels of VEGF were detected by immunohistochemical assay and Western blot in each group,to explore its possible mechanism of molecular biology. Results After modeling, neurological deficit of intervention group for 14 days and 21 days were improved significantly. The indicators were as follows:scores of mNSS in NS group(6.57 ±1.13)was significantly higher than(4.39 ±0.92)in intervention group for 14 days(P<0.05);scores of mNSS in intervention group(3.23 ±0.55)for 21 days was significantly lower than(4.14 ±0.74)in intervention group for 14 days(P<0.01).Confocal 3D imaging results after 14 days showed:microvascular total area was significantly lager which illustrated that the effect of drug intervention for 14 days started to work over time.Plasma concentrations and expression levels of VEGF in intervention group for 14 days and 21 days were higher than those in Sham group,NS group.VEGF protein expression of cerebral ischemia tissues in intervention group for 21 days were higher than that of 14 days(P<0.01).Conclusion Escitalopram oxalate could significantly reduce cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats nerve injury and improve neurological function, which has a neuroprotective effect, the effect of drug intervention gradually increases over time, and the possible mechanism of which is related to angiogenesis mediated by VEGF.
