1.Analysis on academic frame of A-B classic of acupuncture and moxibustion by Huang Fumi.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(1):87-90
The acupuncture-moxibustion academic frame system was firstly and systematically established in A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion authored by HUANG Fu-mi, which explained the knowledge and logical relationship among different parts of acupuncture-moxibustion. The academic frame consisted of acupuncture-moxibustion basis and clinical application. In the basic theory, zang-fu, qi-blood, meridians, acupoint, pulse diagnosis, acupuncture manipulation, etiology and pathogenesis, etc. were included; in the clinical application, various kinds of clinical diseases and their acupuncture treatment were included. The academic frame established by A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion is broader than the modern academic frame of acupuncture-moxibustion, in which the attribution and location of four-seas theory has certain differences from modern acupuncture-moxibustion theory.

2.Analysis of the meridian-collateral theoretical framework and the conceptual annotation of YANG Shangshan.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(2):163-167
When classifying and compiling Huangdi Neijing (The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic), YANG Shangshan had constructed the systematic framework of the meridian-collateral theory. It has been found in the investigation of Huangdi Neijing Taisu (Grand Simplicity of The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic) that YANG Shangshan constructed the meridian-collateral systematic framework on the foundation of meridian theory. This framework includes two parts. One is the twelve meridians and the other one is the eight extra meridians, in which, the divergent meridians are derived from the regular meridians, and the collaterals, the cutaneous regions of meridians, genjie and biaoben are attributive to the regular meridians. The theory of the jingjin of meridians should be different from meridian-collateral system. YANG Shangshan constructed and annotated the meridian-collateral system, interpreting his unique thinking and analytic foundation. Being one of the forms of meridian-collateral theory at the early stage, YANG Shangshan's discovery deserves to be considered.

3.Preparation and In Vitro Dissolubility of Carvedilol Solid Dispersion
China Pharmacy 2001;12(3):146-148
OBJECTIVE: To improve the dissolubility and dissolution rate of carvedilol.METHODS: Carvedilol solid dispersions were prepared using solvent- melting and coevaporation methods with PEG- 6000 and PVP as carriers and in vitro dissolubility was studied in simulated gastric juice.RESULTS: The results of in vitro dissolubility test showed that the higher the carrier- car ratio, the faster the drug dissolution. The in vitro dissolubility of solid dispersions with PVP as carrier was faster than that of solid dispersions with PEG- 6000 as carrier.CONCLUSION: Accelerating the rate of in vitro release and improving bioavailability, carvedilol solid dispersion was a promising preparation.
4."The effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ""five steps of neck manipulation"" in treating cervical vertigo"
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(10):873-875
Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with five steps of neck manipulation in treating cervical vertigo. Methods From 2010 October to 2012 October,90 patients with cervical vertigo in our department inpatient and outpatient, according to the order of admission or the visiting sequence, were randomly divided into a control group and a observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction with cervical traction; the observation group was given the TCM recipe combined with five steps of neck manipulation”. The vertigo symptoms, functional evaluation and clinical efficacy were observed in both groups. Results After the treatment, the clinical symptoms and functional assessment scale scores of the observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(t=6.942,P<0.05), improve index in the observation group was better than that in control group(t=6.831,P<0.05). The cure rate and the effective rate of the observation group(88.89%)was also better than that in control group(66.67%),χ2=6.738,P<0.05. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with five steps of neck manipulation can actually improve symptoms and function effect in treating cervical vertigo, worthy of further study.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2013;(2):88-91
Based on an observation of the evolution in rural cooperative medical system, the author proposed the concepts and legal nature of the system. He held that the system is a non-voluntary social insurance, with the country and society as the subjects of liability and oriented to peasants at large. With focused reference of legislation experiences in the USA,Japan and Germany, and summary of local experiments, the author recommended to draft laws and decrees of the system without delay, regulating the conception, goal, legal nature, functionality, regulators, fund raising, and supervision of the system.
6.Influence of Virus Inactivation on Plasma Component and It's Clinical Observation
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective To analyze influence for structure and function of plasma through methylene blue method (MB) in the procedure of virus inactivation. Methods 30 fresh plasma, which were adopted through 400 ml bloods in 6 hours, were choosed randomly and connected with sterile filter with MB. The density of MB was approximately 0.9 ~ 1.3 mol/L. Blood plasma with added MB was placed into the shelf of 4 ℃ virus inactivation and shakem frequently 60 meta /min. Temperature was kept in 4 ℃ within 35min.MB and residual leukocytes were filtered by apparatus of virus inactivation. The surplus of 10 ml blood plasma was immediately placed in -80℃ refrigerator. Concentration of MB,FⅧ:C,FⅤ:C,VWF,Fib of plasma samples was tested before and after virus was inactivated. Results Recovery rates of the volume of plasma,FⅧ:C,FⅤ:C,VWF,Fib respectively were(97.29?2.03)%,(81.43?11.15)%,(80.12?14.03)%,(92.48?8.35)% and (82.86?19.13)% after virus was inactivated through methylene blue method. Conclusion Quality of blood plasma through inactivation of virus with methylene blue method was consistent with national standard and could satisfy clinical need in the precondition of blood safety. There was less influence for blood plasma component.
7.The effect of resveratrol combined with arabinosylcytosin in K562 cell Fas/FasL and survivin expression
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:This study was aimed to explore the apoptotic effect the K562 cells treated by resveratrol and/or arabinosylcytosin.Methods:Fas/FasL expressian was detected by immunohistochemical method and survivin expression was detected by RT-PCR in K562 cells,48 hours after treatment by resveratrol and arabinosylcytosin respectively. Results: Fas/FasL expression in K562 cells, treated by resveratrol and arabinosylcytosin respectively, was significantly increased compared with the control group(P0.05),contrary to FasL expression(P0.05).Conclusions:In conclusion the resveratrol and/or arabinosylcytosin could upregulate Fas/FasL expression and activate the apoptosis pathway of Fas/FasL to induce the apoptosis of K562 cells. It could downregulate the expression of survivin to promote apoptosis. The two drugs had synergistic effect.
