Objective: To explore the effect of case introduction and assessment approach of the team in strengthening the skills training of school nursing students. Methods:Selected 289 undergraduate nursing students from grade 2010 as experimental group, 281 students from grade 2010 as control group, the experimental group adopted case introduction and assessment approach of the team, the latter used the traditional assessment method, after the end of the training, two groups of students were operating examination and questionnaire survey. Results:The nursing students in the experimental group of operating examination results was better than the control group(P<0.05).The application of case introduction and assessment approach of the team can develop good teamwork spirit(86.30%), communication skills(71.85%), consciousness of active learning(81.11%), clinical decision-making(75.93%), and clinical adaptive-ability(87.04%). Conclusion:The model of case introduction and assessment approach of the team can improve the clinical comprehensive ability partly.

Objective To study the correlation between the ADC value and Fenh value,Senh value based on DWI and DCE-MRI, by measuring them in sacroiliac joint bone marrow of healthy volunteers.Methods 21 healthy volunteers performing the sacroiliac joint MR were involved.ADC value based on DWI,and TIC based on DCE-MRI were measured.The relationship of ADC values with Fenh,Senh values and peak to time,Tmax values were analyzed.Results The differences of the measured ADC values on both sides of the sacroiliac joint bone marrow region were not statistically significant (P>0.05).There were three types of TIC curve,8.3% (7/84)Ⅰ type,8.3% (7/84)Ⅱ type,83.3% (70/84)Ⅲtype;Fenh,Senh average values were within 20% 0.05).There was a positive correlation between ADC value and Fenh value in bone marrow region of sacroiliac joint.Conclusion This study determined the average value of ADC and Fenh,Senh in normal sacroiliac joint bone marrow area,the positive correlation between ADC value and Fenh value is a new thought and may be a new method of diagnosising the early disease of sacroiliac joint.

Purpose To explore the role of tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) in the process of temozolomide ( TMZ) reduce glioma in-vasiveness and its possible mechanism. Methods C6 glioma cells of logarithmic phase were randomly divided into TMZ treatment (10, 30, 60, 120, 180, 240 min group) (n=15), dynamic monitoring content of TNF-αin the culture medium was measured by ra-dioimmunoassay, expression of p53 protein in C6 cells was detected with Western blotting method, and cell apoptosis was used with AnnexinV-FITC. A glioma invasiveness model was established in vitro and glioma invasiveness was determined by crystal violet stai-ning. Results For C6 cells, contents of TNF-αin the nutrient fluid and expressions of p53 protein in C6 cells obviously increased af-ter TMZ treatment and they achieved the peak at 120 min (P<0. 01), followed by decrease gradually. Glioma invasiveness was re-duced after TMZ acted on glioma in vitro. Conclusion TMZ can reduce glioma invasiveness by TNF-α, which this role may be is TMZ promote C6 cells release of TNF-α and increased TNF-α due to glioma cells apoptosis.

[Summary] Diabetic nephropathy is one of the major chronic microvascular complications of diabetes ,which is the leading cause of end‐stage renal disease ,as well as the main cause of death in diabetic patients. Glomerular endothelial cell is an important component of the glomerular filtration barrier ,which is directly related to the materials of circulation ,and it can be easily damaged by glucose ,lipid and inflammatory factors. Under the hyperglycemia ,the PKC pathway ,the polyol pathway and oxidative stress were activated ,producing an excess of advanced glycation end products and reactive oxygen species ,which damage the endothelial nitric oxide synthase ,reduce the generation of nitric oxide ,while produce a large number of Ang Ⅱ. Ang Ⅱ damage the endothelial cell. In addition ,there are crosstalk between glomerular endothelial cells and endothelial cells ,which also cause endothelial cell injury. Here ,we reviewed the role of endothelial cell injury in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy.

Purpose Liver fibrosis is the common pathological process of cirrhosis developed by chronic liver disease.This study aims to explore the application of microvascular change in assessing the liver fibrosis induced by bile duct ligation based on X-ray phasecontrast computed tomography (PCCT).Materials and Methods Ten rats were equally divided into the group of bile duct ligation-induced liver fibrosis and the control group at random.Then ten excised liver tissues were imaged at beamline BL13W1 of Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility in China.After the imaging studies,the liver samples were stained with Sirius red and immunostained with antibodies against cytokeratin 19 (CK19).The microvasculature in livers was reconstructed via PCCT,and the correlation analysis on microvascular density and the proportion of fibrosis area was performed.Results The microvasculature including blood vessels,dilated bile ducts and ductular proliferation were clearly revealed by PCCT technology.Moreover,the 3D microvascular density and proportion of fibrosis area in the liver fibrosis group increased significantly compared with those in the control group (P＜0.01),and the correlation between them was obvious (r=0.812,P＜0.01).Conclusion Microvascular 3D characteristics of liver fibrosis are well demonstrated by PCCT,and 3D microvascular density is significantly correlated with the proportion of fibrosis area.Those findings indicate that microvascular change is closely related to the degree of liver fibrosis induced by bile duct ligation,and thus it provides a novel means to assess the severity of liver fibrosis through microvascular change.

In recent years,with the increasement of intracranial pressure detection accuracy,the use of intracranial pressure detection in clinic become more common.Various of technologies are used in clinic that can be divided into invasive methods,such as epidural catheter,subarachnoid bolt,intraventricular catheter,fiberoptic catheter and micro-sensors transducer,and non-invasive methods,such as evoked otoacoustic emissions,transocular method,transcranial doppler,imaging method and magnetic induction method.This paper reviews the physiological basis of intracranial pressure detection and common intracranial pressure detection techniques,especially on noninvasive intracranial pressure detection methods.Advantages and disadvantages of different intracranial pressure detection methods are listed,and an outlook of the development of non-invasive intracranial pressure detection technology are made.

ObjectiveTo discusses the MSCT multiplanar reconstruction manifestation (MPR) of localized fat collection adjaction to subdiaphragmatic inferior vena cava (IVCfat).MethodsThe thoracic and abdominal MSCT scan data of 8246 patients were browsed,45 patients with presumed IVCfat on axial CT scans were further studied prospectively with MSCT MPR.The predisposing position of IVCfat and its relationship with IVC were observed.It was divided into two kinds of intraluminal type and extraluminal type according to the angle of IVCfat with respect of the wall of IVC.The other 50 patients without IVCfat were randomly selected as the control group.The sagittal inclination angle (SIA) and diameter ratio (DR) between supra- and sub-diaphragmatic IVC between the two groups were compared by using t test.Results The detection rate was 0.55％ (45/8246).Of which hepatic vein lacuna 8 patients,subdiaphragmatic gap medial to IVC 28 patients and IVC groove 9 patients.The shape of IVCfat showed mainly for the round,oval and crescents on axial CT scans,of 15 patients intraluminal type,4 showed target signs .The shape of IVCfat showed mainly for half-moon at MPR.The SIA and DR at IVCfat group were 21.62° ± 8.42°and 2.01 ±0.84 respectively,at control group were 16.75° ±7.82°(t =1.594,P ＞0.05) and 1.31 ±0.28(t =2.341,P ＜ 0.05 ) respectively.ConclusionThe round,oval or half of limited fat density shadow adjaction to subdiaphragmatic inferior vena cava which similar to in the lumen is the characteristic performance of IVCfat,it may be an anatomical variation.

ObjectiveTo analysis the clinic outcome(similarities & differences, indication and caution)of repairing fingertip soft tissue defect with two kind of reverse digital artery island flaps with the palmar cutaneous branch of proper digital nerve.MethodsFrom January 2000 to Auguest 2008, all 500cases (514 fingers) were repaired with reverse homodigital artery island flap (263 fingers of 250 cases) and reverse cross finger digital artery island flap(251 fingers of 250 cases).All cases were followed up from 3-8years,compared with flap range,finger extension,sensory rehabilitation,et al. ResultsAll flaps (A & Bgroup) of 500 cases (514 fingers) survived.According to flap range,cross finger flap was better than homodigital flap (P ＜ 0.05); according to finger extension,homodigital flap better than cross finger flap (P ＜0.05); according to sensory rehabilitation,homodigital flap little better than cross finger flap(P ＜ 0.05); according to long-term follow-up, all had no obviously different (P ＞ 0.05).ConclusionHomodigital flap can cover distal soft tissue defect less than 2.0 cm× 2.5 cm, cross finger flap is a better choice for more than 2.0cm×3.0cm of distal soft tissue defect. According to the flap cover area, cross finger flap is first choice,and to finger extension & sensory rehabilitation,homodigital flap is first choice; accoding to finger movements,two kinds of flaps are all good choice.

Objective To study the effects of sulodexide on renal NF-κB activation and monocyte chemotactic protein 1 (MCP-1) expression in diabetic rats and elucidate the possible mechanism of sulodexide in preventing diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods Wistar rats were fed with high-sucrose-high-fat diet and injected with a low dose of STZ (streptozotocin,35 mg/kg) into abdominal cavity to induce diabetes.DM rats were randomly divided into non-treated group of treatment,blood glucose (BG),triglyceride (TG),cholesterol,serum creatinine (Scr),urea nitrogen (BUN),24 h urinary albumin excretion (UAE) were measured.HE staining was performed in renal tissues for light microscopy examination of mean glomerular volume (MGV).MCP-1 expression was detected by immunohistochemical method.NF-κB activation was determined by Western blot. Results Compared with NC group,DM group and DMS group had significant elevated BG,TG and TC levels (all P＜0.01).There were no significant differences of BG,TG or TC levels between DM group and DMS group.Compared with NC group,DM group and DMS group had significant increased Scr,BUN,UAE levels (all P＜0.01).Scr,BUN,UAE levels were significantly lower in DMS group than those in DM group [(39.1±0.88) μmol/L vs (41.0±2.16) μmol/L,(9.12±1.06) mmol/L vs (9.87±0.19) mmol/L； (19.92±0.96) mg/24 h vs (25.99±0.52)mg/24 h,all P＜0.05].Compared with NC group,the MGV of DM group was significantly increased [(7.47±1.11)×105 μm3 vs (4.22±1.09)×105 μm3,P＜0.01].Compared with DM group,the MGA of DMS group was significantly reduced [(6.64±0.71)×105 μm3 vs (7.47±1.11)×105 μm3,P＜0.05],but was still increased compared with that of NC group (P＜0.01).Compared with NC group,the MCP-1 expression of DM group was significantly higher [(12.17±1.94)/HPF vs (1.19±0.70)/HPF,P＜0.01].MCP-1 expression in DSM group was significantly lower than that of DM group [(9.22± 1.61)/HPF vs (12.17±1.94)/HPF,P＜0.01],but still higher than that of control group (P＜0.01).Compared with NC group,the NF-κB activity was significantly higher in DM group [(0.89±0.07) vs (0.24±0.03),P＜0.01].Compared with DM group,NF-κB activity of DMS group was significantly lower [(0.27±0.01) vs (0.89±0.07),P＜0.01].There was no significant difference of NF-κB activity between DMS group and NC group. Conclusion Sulodexide has protective effects on diabetic nephropathy,and one of the mechanisms may involve the inhibition of NF-κB activation as well as the suppression of MCP-I expression.
