Objective To observe the microdose albumin in urine,carotid intima -media thickness(CIMT) of coronary heart disease(CHD)patients′and coronary Gensini score level,to investigate the correlation between the extent of coronary stenosis and microalbuminuria,CIMT.Methods 50 cases of hospitalized patients with CHD and healthy control group of 50 cases were selected,to compare the score between the two groups of microalbuminuria, CIMT and coronary Gensini.Results CHD group:microalbuminuria and CIMT were (38.36 ±19.51 )mg/L, (1.18 ±0.25)mm respectively.Healthy control group:microalbuminuria and CIMT were (27.52 ±15.44)mg/L, (0.76 ±0.17)mm respectively.Differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t =3.080,P =0.002;t =9.823,P =0.000).CHD group:coronary Gensini score was positively correlated with microalbuminuria, CIMT(r =0.288,P =0.430 r =0.308,P =0.290).Conclusion The correlation between CHD patients'microalbu-minuria,CIMT and the degree of coronary artery stenosis is positive.By measuring the microalbuminuria and CIMT,we can predict the extent of coronary artery stenosis.

OBJECTIVE:To reduce the risk of single dispensing,and to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care in emergen-cy pharmacy. METHODS:Single dispensing environmental factors,human factors and social factors of emergency pharmacy in our hospital were analyzed;the suggestions and measures were put forward,risk intervention mechanism was established and manage-ment effects were evaluated. RESULTS:Through improving the pharmacy hardware and software,carrying out the relevant sys-tem,enhancing training,improving the process of dispensing and window order,promoting the drug management and carrying out near error management. Compared with before management(Oct.-Dec. 2014),the times of near error and disputes significantly re-duced after management(Feb.-Apr. 2015)(P<0.05),and medication error reduced to zero. CONCLUSIONS:As single dispens-ing,risk management and the improvement of prescription audit ability can improve pharmaceutical care in emergency pharmacy.

Interventional medicine plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hepatobiliary tumors and other diseases, which has become the third largest type of treatment technology besides internal and surgical treatment. In recent years, with technological breakthroughs in imaging technology, robotic surgical system, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and other fields, unprecedented opportunities have been provided for interventional/minimally invasive+robotics. Interventional robotic surgical systems have mushroomed around this field. The authors discuss the current status and future of interventional robotic surgical system with high recognition worldwide, especially the three categories of specialized robotic surgical system for vascular intervention, percutaneous puncture intervention and natural non-vascular luminal intervention.

Objective: To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of hand, foot, and-mouth disease (HFMD) among children under 6 years in Wuxing District, Huzhou City from 2013 to 2021, so as to provide insights into HFMC control among children. Methods : The surveillance on HFMD and enterovirus 71 (EV71) vaccination among children under 6 years in Wuxing District, Huzhou City from 2013 to 2021 were captured from China Disease Prevention and Control Information System, and the temporal, human and spatial distributions of HFMD cases and pathogenic detection results were descriptively analyzed. Results : A total of 14 272 HFMD cases under 6 years were reported in Wuxing District from 2013 to 2021, with an average annual incidence rate of 465.75/104. There were 8 313 male children with HFMD (522.39/104 incidence) and 5 959 female children with HFMD (404.55/104 incidence), and higher incidence of HFMD was seen among male children than among female children (χ2=239.228, P<0.001). Most HFMD cases were found among children at ages of 1 to 3 years (10 006 cases, 70.11%), and the incidence of HFMD peaked during the period between May and July and between October and December each year. High incidence of HFMD was seen in Zhili Township (741.50/104), Yangjiabu Street (546.99/104) and Balidian Township (438.68/104). There were 717 laboratory-confirmed HFMD cases (5.02%), including 106 EV71-positive cases (14.78%) and 177 CoxA16-positive cases (24.69%). A total of 56 288 doses of EV71 vaccines were administered in Wuxing District from 2017 to 2021, with an annual average full-dose vaccination rate of 14.87%. The detection of EV71 infection was significantly lower after EV71 vaccination than before vaccination (4.49% vs. 24.93%; χ2=62.932, P<0.001). Conclusions The incidence of HFMD peaks in summer and winter among children under 6 years in Wuxing District, which predominantly occurs among children at ages of 1 to 3 years. The incidence of HFMD is high in Zhili Township, Yangjiabu Street and Balidian Township, and the number of EV71-positive cases significantly reduces after EV71 vaccination than before vaccination.

ObjectiveTo summarize the clinical value and experience of choledochoscope in hepatobiliary surgery.MethodsClinical data of 210 patients with bile duct stones underwent choledochoscope treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results210 patients had no deaths and no residual stones.The surgery time was less than 2h,and the maximum time limit of repeatedly taking the stone was 13 months.ConclusionCholedochoscope in the treatment of bile duct stones was minimally invasive,safe and reliable treatment method.

BACKGROUND: The effects of low-level laser biostimulation have been proved by various experimental studies and clinical application, which are manifested as tissue repairing, analgesia, antiinflammation, etc.OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of He-Ne laser and low-level CO2 laser irradiation on fracture healing.DESIGN: A randomized controlled animal experiment. SETTING: Research Room of Laser Medicine, Chengde Medical College.MATERIALS: Forty-eight healthy male New Zealand rabbits, weighing 2.0-2.5 kg, were used.METHODS: The experiments were carried out in the Research Room of Laser Medicine, Chengde Medical College from 1998 to 2003. ①The 48 rabbits were induced into models of experimental fracture of the left radius, and then they were divided into three groups with 16 rabbits in each group: control group, He-Ne laser irradiation group and CO2 laser irradiation group. The fracture areas of the animals in the He-Ne and CO2 laser irradiation groups were respectively irradiated with 28 mW/cm2 He-Ne laser and 150 mW/cm2 CO2 laser for 10 minutes, once a day. ② The animals were killed on the 15th and 35th days after taking roentgenogram respectively. At 15 days, the collagen and calcium contents in callus were detected. At 35 days, the biomechanic anti-torsion strength was examined.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ①Results of roentgenogram in each group; ② Collagen and calcium contents in callus; ③ Results of biomechanic anti-torsion strength.RESULTS: Totally 45 rabbits were involved in the analysis of results. ① On the 15th and day after fracture, the roentgenogram, collagen and calcium contents in callus in the He-Ne and CO2 laser irradiation groups were better than those in the control group, and the collagen and calcium contents in callus were higher in the CO2 laser irradiation group than in the He-Ne laser irradiation group [(341.9±30.1) vs (302.1±28.7) mg/g; (197.1±19.7)vs (156.5±17.6) mg/g, P＜ 0.05]. ②On the 35th days after fracture, the biomechanic anti-torsion functions in the He-Ne and CO2 laser irradiation groups were superior to that in the control group, and there were no significant difference between the two laser irradiation groups. ③ The results of roentgenogram in the He-Ne and CO2 laser irradiation groups were better than that in the control group both on the 15th and 35th days after fracture, and there was no significant difference between the two irradiation groups.CONCLUSION: Both CO2 laser and He-Ne laser irradiations can accelerate the process of fracture healing, and the curative effect of CO2 laser is better than that of He-Ne laser on the 15th day after fracture, but there is no significant difference clinically between the CO2 laser and the He-Ne laser irradiations on the 35th day after fracture.

Objective:To study the cognitive function and brain white matter fiber change in major depressive patients prior and post-treatment.Methods:Eleven major depressed patients were given antidepressants for 10 weeks, and their conditions were evaluated using 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).The cognitive function was determined by using Wisconsin Card Sorting Test(WCST),part of Wechsler memory scale and diffusion tensor ima- ging(DTI)was scanned before and after treatment.11 healthy people as control group were involved and given the same tests at the same time.Results:(1)The WCST scores of patients increased significantly after treatment(prior treatment Cc:1.6?1.6,Re:67.9?20.0,Rpe:51.5?24.8;post treatment Ce:4.0?2.1,Re:43.2?18.8,Rpe:22.8?16.0,P=0.001/0.000/0.003).There was no difference in number sequence memory in Wechsler memory scale.No difference was found between patients after treatment and control group in either WCST or number sequence memory.The patients made significant improvement in the total score of HAMD after treatment(16?14/54?13,t=6.60,P

Objective To evaluate the distribution and drug resistance of bacteria causing neonatal infectious pneumonia in Jiaxing,and to provide a therapy for clinical doctor to make a correct diagnosis,choose reasonable anti-biotics and avoid abuse of antibiotics.Methods Took expectoration from trachea in condition of asepsis to conduct culture and perform drug-sensitive test from 3025 cases.Results Totally 1 156 strains of aerobic bacteria were iso-lated.875 strains were gram negative bacilli(75.7%),269 strains were gram positive cocci(23.3%),and 12 strains were fungi(1.0%).Klebsiella pneumoiae,Escherichia coil,Acinetobacter baumanni,Enterobacter cloacae were com-mon in gram negative bacilli( respectively 178 cases,151 cases,87 cases,113 cases) .The proportion of the Staphylo-coccus aureus was the largest in gram positive cocci(245 cases) .The results showed that gram-negative bacilli were resistant to cefazolin, ampicillin, piperacillin and sensitive to meropenem, imipenem, piperacillin-tazuobatanna and cefoperazone-sulbactam.The drug resistance was severe of ESBL-positive.Staphylococcus aureus was resistant to penicillin, ampicillin, erythrocin, clindamycin and sensitive to linezolid, vancomycin, nitrofurantoin.Conclusion Gram-negative bacilli are the main bacteria in neonatals with infectious pneumonia.The drug resistance is severe.It is important to make a standard management and isolation.

Objective To investigate the clinical guiding significance of lymphoscintigraphy with 99mTc-DX for radical lateral lymph node dissection with pelvic autonomic nerve preservation(PANP) in lower rectal cancer.Methods In 67 patients with pathologically proven lower rectal cancer,37MBq/0.8ml 99mTc-DX was injected into submucosa of the rectum through rectal endoscopy.At 0.5h,1h,2h,3h,4h,6h,12h,and 24h after the injection,the patients underwent pelvic and lower abdominal lymphoscintigraphy. The operative method was determined according to the imaging results,and the results of lymphoscintigrams were correlated with postoperative lateral node histologic examination.Results The scintigrams were postive in 37 cases,and all were unilateral.The positive patients underwent PANP.The image results were compared with histological lymph node examination in all patients operated upon for rectal cancer.Histologically,the cases in conformity were 26(70.3 %),false positive in 11 cases(29.7 %),and 2 of 30 false positive patients who demonstrated metastases to lateral node were operated by PANP,while the others underwent only PANP(type Ⅰ) without lateral lymph nodes dissection.The percentage of good sexual function of the two groups of cases after operation was 74.4 % and 71.4 % respentively.The percentages of mild dysuria and good function of urination were both 100 %.Conclusions Lymphoscintigraphy with 99mTC-DX has particular guiding significance in selection of PANP for lower rectal cancer.
