Objective To detect the serum allergen specific IgE in the children patients with allergic diseases to provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention of allergic diseases.Methods To detect the allergen specific IgE in 248 children patients(aged 8 months to 14 years old)with allergic diseases by the EUROLINE method.The detection results were statistically analyzed.Results Among 248 cases,allergic rhinitis(AR)and bronchial asthma were dominated by the inhalant allergens,in which the house dust mites/dust mites had the highest positive rate (86.9%),followed by roach(45.3%);urticaria and allergic purpura were dominated by food allergens,in which crab had the highest positive rate (43.2%),followed by marine fish(31.4%).Conclu-sion The house dust mites/dust mites in the inhalant allergens and crab and marine fish in the food allergens are the main allegens in Luzhou area,the children patients with allergic diseases should avoid to contact or intake the allergen in order to reduce the oc-curence of allergic disease.

Objective To study the changes of serum albumin and its relationship with B-Type Natriuretic Peptide(BNP),High sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Serum levels of albumin,BNP,hs-CRP at baseline were analyzed in 95 patients with AMI,and LVEF were measured by echocardiography.All AMI patients were divided into 2 groups based on the values of serum albumin:the hypoalbuminemia group and the normal albuminemia group.Fifty patients without coronary artery disease were selected as controls.The correlations between serum albumin and BNP,hs-CRP,LVEF were analyzed.Results Serum albumin in AMI patients was lower than that in the controls[(38.45±4.60) g/L vs.(43.15±3.11) g/L ;t =8.53,P ＜ 0.001].BNP and hs-CRP levels in the hypoalbuminemia group were higher than that in the normal albuminemia group [(5.24±1.71)ng/L vs.(4.17±1.61) ng/L;t =2.660,P =0.009;(1.64±0.93) mg/L vs.(1.13±1.03)mg/L;t =2.159,P =0.045].LVEF in hypoalbuminemia group was lower than that in the normal albuminemia group[(49.10±11.63) ％ vs.(54.63±9.60) ％ ; t =2.268,P =0.025].Levels of serum albumin were negatively correlated with BNP and hs-CRP in AMI patients(r =-0.465,P ＜0.001 ; r =-0.391,P ＜ 0.001).Levels of BNP were positively correlated with hs-CRP(r =0.492,P ＜ 0.001).LVEF was negatively correlated with BNP values(r =-0.371,P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion Hypoalbuminemia is associated with the prognosis of AMI and may be an important predictor of adverse outcome in patients with it.

Objective To observe curative effect of mental therapy on women perimenopausal period syndrome.Methods 100 patients with perimenopausal period syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Patients of the treatment group were treated by Cryzanolam, Surazepam, etc,and mental therapy was given simultaneously twice one week. Patients of the control group were treated only by drugs. The period of treatment was four weeks. The curative effect was assessed by SCL-90 symptom self evaluation scales.Results Several factors and total average points of two groups' SCL-90 all dropped, and there was significant difference between two groups after therapy (P<0.01). For patients of the treatment group, clinic symptoms were markedly abated after treatment (P<0.05), and average scores of several factors were not significantly different from normal adults (P>0.05). Conclusion The mental therapy can remit symptoms of women perimenopausal period syndrome effectively and improve their healthy.

Objective To explore the change of early stage coagulation function of newborn baby recovery from stifle and its clinical significance.Methods 120 asphyxial neonates were selected randomly as research subjects.The DD,PC,PLT,PT,APTT,TT and Fg were detected and compared with normal newborn baby.Results The statistical analysis showed that DD (t =17.65,P ＜ 0.01),PC (t =7.22,P ＜ 0.01),PLT (tsevere =10.95,P ＜ 0.01 ;tmild=4.12,P＜0.01),PT(tsevers =13.01,P＜0.01;tmild =8.09,P ＜0.01),APTT(tsevers =12.70,P ＜0.01 ;tmild =8.53,P ＜ 0.01),TT(tsevers =6.36,P ＜ 0.01 ; tmild =3.20,P ＜ 0.01) and Fg (t =21.24,P ＜ 0.01) of 120 patients had significant change,especially the severe stifle group had more significant change compared with mild stifle group.The treated babies relieved progressively and their indicators were back to normal.Conclusion There will be coagulation function disorder in early stage of newborn baby recovery from stifle.The degree of coagulation function disorder is related to the degree of stifle.

Objective To reveal the research focus of schistosomiasis in China through analyzing highly cited schistosomiasis related papers in journals from 2005 to 2012,so as to provide the information for formulating the plan of selecting topics of the edi-tors. Methods The published articles related to schistosomiasis in CNKI from 2005 to 2012 were collected,the citation frequen-cy of the papers was calculated according to formula,and the highly cited papers were selected according to the citation frequency. Then the information of highly cited papers including the published time,type,author and author affiliation,citation frequency, journal,grant and research item,research status and development tendency were analyzed. Results A total of 3 639 published papers related to schistosomiasis were searched and 343 papers(the citation frequency≥8)were selected as highly cited papers, and Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control shared 45.19%of them. Among these papers,original articles,reviews and special reports occupied 44.90%,12.54%and 6.12%,respectively. The first authors of these papers were mainly from centers for disease control and prevention(CDCs)(17.33%),research institutions(22.67%)and colleges/universities(36.00%). Totally 50.44%of the articles received financial supports from research funds/foundations,and most of them were national or provincial funds. The research hotspots focused on epidemiology and prevention,epidemic situation analysis,vaccine,immunologic diagnosis,pharma-ceutical research,immunity and infection. Conclusions The highly cited papers related to schistosomiasis are mainly from CDCs,institutions and colleges/universities. The research hotspots mainly focus on epidemiology and prevention,vaccine,immu-nology and pharmaceutical study. The related journals can use this information to chose topic and solicit contributions to improve their influence.

Objective To approach the prognostic factors of head and neck adenoid cystic carcinoma.Methods Fifty-eight head and neck adenoid cystic carcinomas were treated from January 1999 to December 2007.The demographic and clinicopathological data were obtained from a retrospective chart review.The follow-up and survival analysis were carried out to analyze the significant prognostic factors.Results Using the univariate analysis,the variables,such as histologic type,perineural invasion,vascular invasion,recurrence,metastasis and TNM stage were found significantly associated with a worse prognosis (P ＜ 0.05 ).Multivariate analysis showed that histologic type,perineural invasion and TNM stage had an independent prognostic effect on survival (P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion The variables including histologic type,TNM stage,perineural and vascular invasion,recurrence and metastasis are important prognostic factors for head and neck adenoid cystic carcinoma.

ObjectiveTo evaluate validity,reliability and sensitivity of Chinese version quality of life in epilepsy inventory for adolescents (QOLIE-AD-48).Methods 143 cases of young epilepsy patients were tested with QOLIE-AD-48 and analyze validity,reliability and sensitivity of the scale.ResultsPolymerization/discriminant validity showed that there was correlation above 0.4 about each question within the subscale and its component table.Structural validity showed that all of the component list was significantly associated with total score (P ＜ 0.01 ).The cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.92,and 0.62 ～ 0.90 of the subscale,and ICC was 0.81.Good sensitivity was the total score decline with the increase of seriousness.ConclusionChinese version QOLIEAD-48 has good validity and reliability and sensitivity.

Objective To improve the quality of thyroid surgery though the special surgical instruments and operating skill.Method Sub-total thyroidectomy for 504 pafients with primary hyperthyroidism were done through MPBS illuminating instruments and dissection,scrape absorption and electric coagulation skills of PMOD.Results Five hundred and four eases of sub-total thyroidectomy were successfully performed.The operation time was(50±20)minutes.The blood loss volume Was(60±30)ml.The hospital duration was(54±1)days.The incisions were short and the sears wore even.There was 1 case recurrence of hyperthyroidism and 2 cases of hypothyroidism after(5±3)years follow-up in 482 patients.There were no postoperative complications of hypoparathyroidism and injury of nerve.Conclusion The MPBS and PMOD instruments can be safely applied in thyroid surgery with the advantage of less blood loss,shorter operation time,smaller incision and less side-injuries.
