OBJECTIVE:To analyze and identify the liposoluble constituents in Isatis indigotica.METHODS:The liposoluble constituents in Isatis indigotica were extracted with petroleum benzin,and the constituents in methyl ester products were sperated,identified and determined by GC/MS.RESULTS:A total of 42 liposoluble compounds were detected,with fatty acid methyl esters making up 36.72%(saturated fatty acid methyl esters 8.67% and unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters 28.05%),and of which,35 were reported for the first time in the study of Isatis indigotica.CONCLUSION:The liposoluble compounds in Isatis indigotica serve as reference for its comprehensive benefits and development of its antioxydant applilication.

Objective:To assess the efficacy and tolerability of sibutramine as a weight reduction agent in treatment of overweight patients with type 2 diebetes.Methods: Forty overweight patients(body mass index ≥25 kg/m~(2)) with type 2 diebetes were randomized into sibutramine treatment group and control group(n=20).Both groups received a reduced-calorie diet(deficit of 1 045-2 090 kJ/d from an average daily intake) and continued their original treatment;sibutramine treatment group was also given sibutramine 15 mg once daily for 12 weeks.Before and after sibutramine treatment,body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting serum insulin(FINS),hemoglobin A_(1C)(HbA_(1C)),and serum lipids were measured in the patients.Homeostasis model assessment(HOMA) was applied to assess the status of insulin resistance(IR).Results: After treatment,BMI,FBG,HbA_(1C),_()TG,FINS and HOMA-IR all decreased(P

Ultrasonic imaging diagnostic technique is one of the most widely used imaging diagnostic techniques,whose fast development has greatly raised the level of clinical diagnosis.The development of ultrasonic imaging diagnostic technique is mainly introduced and various kinds of ultrasonic imaging diagnostic techniques are mentioned including A-mode,M-mode and B-mode ultrasonic diagnostic techniques,Doppler imaging technique,3D imaging technique and harmonic imaging technique.

With the development of ultrasonic imaging technique,the thyroid nodule detection rate is ever increasing.However,there is still no unique characteristic for the identification of benign and malignant lesions in ultrasonogram.On the basis of conventional ultrasound performance of nodules,thyroid imaging reporting and data system for the correct classification of thyroid nodules is conducive to their differential diagnosis.Contrast enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) can show the microvascular status of the lesion,and the benign and malignant thyroid nodules can be analyzed by observing the different enhancement patterns.By evaluating the difference in hardness between different tissues,the ultrasonic elastography (.UE) provides a complementary method for the identification of benign and malignant thyroid nodules.Ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy (US-FNAB) can accurately locate and offer pathological basis for preoperative diagnosis of thyroid nodules.It is helpful to preoperatively diagnose the thyroid cancer by detecting the molecular marker of the biopsy specimens which are difficult to be diagnosed clearly.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of voriconazole in the treatment of invasive fungal infections in lung cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods The clinical data of 64 lung cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy with invasive fungal infec-tions were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group.Fluconazole treatment was used in the control group,and the observation group used voriconazole therapy.The overall response rate,time to return to normal white blood cells and other indica-tors of liver and kidney function were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 81.25%,which was significantly higher than 68.75% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =5.876,P=0.008).The temperature recovery,cough disappeared,leukocyte recovery time of the observation group were (3.61 ±0.61)d,(6.11 ±0.81)d,(7.85 ±0.92)d,which were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.145,P=0.025;t=4.045,P=0.027;t=4.385,P=0.021).The treatment of the two groups had mild liver and kidney damage,and there was no signifi-cant difference between the two groups(all P>0.05 ).Conclusion Voriconazole treatment has good clinical effect for lung cancer patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy with invasive fungal infections,the treatment period is short,but with mild liver and kidney function impairment,the treatment should strengthen the monitoring.

Purpose To evaluate the correlation between acute pulmonary embolism (APE) and right ventricular parameters by multi-slice spiral computed tomography pulmonary angiogmphy (MSCTPA),and assess the severity and mortality of patients with APE.Materials and Methods The clinical and MSCTPA image data of APE patients from January 2012 to November 2015 was analyzed retrospectively.All the patients were divided into three groups according to the pulmonary embolism type and clinical prognosis:66 cases in mixed embolism group (25 cases of death,41 cases of survival);36 cases in peripheral embolism group,2 cases in centralembolism group.The CT post-processing software was used to measure thoracic aorta and main pulmonary artery inner diameter ratio (PA/AO),right ventricular diameter to left ventricular diameter ratio (RVD/LVD);right ventricular area to left ventricular area ratio (RVA/LVA) on axial four-chamber (4-CH) sections and the largest of maximum minor axis diameters on axial sections (RV/LV-LD).The difference of CT related right ventricular parameters among the mixed embolism groups,peripheral embolism and normal groups was compared.Results Statistical difference was found in right ventricular parameters (RVD/LVD,RV-LD/LV-LD,RVA/LVA) in mixed embolism death patients compared with the patients in other three groups (P＜0.05).There was significant difference of right ventricular parameters RVD/LVD,RVA/LVA in mixed pulmonary embolism survival patients compared with patients in peripheral pulmonary embolism and normal groups (P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference between peripheral APE patients and the control group in all RV and PA/AO parameters (P＞0.05).According to the result of ROC curve in mixed type embolism death patients,RVA/LVA was the best indicator of predicting early death (AUC=0.881),with 100.0％ sensitivity and 73.2％ specificity.Conclusion The right ventricular parameters by multislice CT pulmonary angiography can assess APE patient's condition and forecast their early mortality;and the clinical diagnosis accuracy of RVA/LVA is higher.

Optical positioning system has a wide range of application in many fields. This paper presents an optical positioning method which combines linear and plane cameras. 1-D image signal of linear camera is used to get 1-D coordinates of the targets, which can be processed quickly. We can use it to assist processing the 2-D image signals of plane camera under some constraints. Linear camera can reduce the amount of position searching and calculation in coordinates extracting of targets in 2D image, and it can also help identify multiple targets. The results showed that our method could reach an accuracy of 1.608 mm, which was about one thousandth of the measurable range, and the reconstruction time for 4 targets without geometric constraints is 23.87 ms, namely 41.9 fps.

Objective　To observe the effect of nordihydroguaiaretic acid treatment combined with Methotrexate or Vincristine on a human malignant glioma cell line. Methods　The effect of drugs on the cells was measured by MTT, and the protein expression of cyclin D1 gene in the cells was measured by immunohistochemistry assay. Results　①The anti-tumor effects of drugs on the cells were increased with the increasing of concentrations, and had a combined function between NDGA and MTX or VCR. ②There was no difference between the effect of treating NDGA with MTX or VCR given at the same time and MTX or VCR given after 24 h of NDGA treatment, but the effects were apparently different when NDGA was administrated after MTX or VCR treatment for 24 h. ③The protein expression of cyclin D1 gene in the cells was apparently reduced after NDGA treatment. Conclusion　There is a cooperative function between NDGA and MTX or VCR on the cells, and the function is probably related to the NDGA-induced down-regulation of protein expression of cyclin D1 gene in the cells.

Objective To examine the inhibitory effect of IL-2-PE40 on the mouse corneal allograft rejection. Methods A mouse corneal graft model was set up by using C57BL/6 mice as donors and Balb/c mice as recipients. In the treatment group, IL-2-PE40 (0.6 μg/g body weight) was intraperitoneally injected from the day of surgery every 12 h until rejection happened. In the control group, the equal volume of PS was injected intraperitoneally at the corresponding time points. The transplanted cornea was observed under slit-lamp twice a week and the transplanted corneal opacity and neovascularization were rated according to Horis grading standards. It led to the determination of rejection response. The survival of transplanted cornea was regarded to be stopped when the rejection occurred. The operated eyes were observed historically on the 10th, 15th, 25th and 35th day after the surgery, and the peripheral blood was collected for measurement of T cell subgroups and T lymphocyte colonies. Results The survival time of cornea in the treatment and control groups was (30.2±2.9) days and (15.1±2.1) days respectively. In the control group, rejection occurred on the 15th day after the surgery, CD4~+ cells started rise right after the surgery and increased most obviously on the 15th day [(63.9±4.0)%] and decreased afterwards. CD4~+ cells in the treatment group were increased slightly [(42.6±4.0)%] on the 15th day. The number of CD4~+ cells in the treatment group was obviously less than in the control group (P<0.01). No significant changes in CD8~+ cells were observed in both groups. The number of T lymphocyte colonies in the control group was increased at the beginning and dropped then. No obvious change was found in the treatment group. The number of T lymphocyte colonies in the treatment group was significantly less than in the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion IL-2-PE40 is a highly specific immunosuppressive agent. It can delay the development of corneal graft rejection and reduce the percentage of T-helper cells significantly. It also works to weaken the forming capacity of the peripheral T lymphocyte colonies.
