Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(23):14-16
Objective To explore the effectiveness of TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)care on community patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP). Methods 80 patients with LIDP were randomly allocated to the control group and the experimental group with 40 in each one. Differentiated TCM care was applied to the experimental group, which included diet modification, environment adjustment, emotion conciliation, function improvement activities and massage. The control group was applied with routine care in community context. The treatment effect between the two groups was compared. Results The experimental group showed better consequences and life quality than the control group, the differences were statistically significant. The physical and functional condition was also better than the control group. Conclusions TCM care is applicable in community patients with LIDP, and it has significantly positive effects on rehabilitation and life quality of these patients.

4.Alteration and clinical significance of NK cell and T lymphocyte subpopulation in patients with rectal carcinoma
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;10(3):228-230
Objective To investigate the alteration and clinical significance of NK cell and T lymphocyte subpopulatien in patients with rectal carcinoma. Methods The numbers of NK cell and T lymphocyte in 26 healthy persons and 35 rectal carcinoma patients were detected by 3H-releasing method and FCM. Results NK cell and CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 were decreased significantly in patients with rectal carcinoma (P<0.05), which was positively correlated with Dukes staging (P<0.01), and was inereased after redical or palliative operation (P<0.05), but NK cell and CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 were further decreased in patients with unresectable tumor after operation (P<0.05). Conclusions The immunity of rectal patients was decreased with the development of the disease, and it will be improved after radical of palliative operation.
5.A study on training of empathy ability among nursing undergraduates and its Influence on professional commitment
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(23):1822-1825
Objective To carry on the training of empathy ability among nursing undergraduates and understand its influence on that empathy and professional commitment. Methods Nursing undergraduates of two classes in the Chengdu University of TCM were selected as the objects in this study, who had accepted Nursing Psychology. The students in one class (52 cases) as the intervention group, while the students in the other class (61 cases )as the control group. Routine education was used in the control group, the empathy education was used in the intervention group in addition. On the basis of the Jefferson Scale of Empathy (JSE) and Nursing professional commitment Scale a survey on empathy ability among nursing undergraduates and professional commitment had done for the investigation of its influence on those two sides. Results After the training, the general professional commitment scores in the intervention group was 85.89 ± 11.86, which was significant higher than 77.53 ± 11.93 in the control group (t=3.822,P < 0.01). The final scores of commitment and empathy had significant relation with their respective latitudes (P < 0.05 or <0.01). Conclusions The training of empathy ability among nursing undergraduates affects their empathy ability and professional commitment. And students’professional commitment can be improved through some targeted trainings.
6.The reason of practice nursing students suffering workplace bullying:A qualitative study
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(z1):69-71
Objective To know about the reason of nursing students suffering workplace bullying. Method 25 interviewees were recruited by snowball sampling. The data were collected through the analysis of focus group interview. Results The interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi analysis method and three themes were extracted. They are the nursing students′own factors; organizational management factors;social and cultural factors. Conclusions According to the reasons for the nursing students suffered workplace bullying, formulating corresponding measures has an important role in improve the quality of clinical practice and the stability of nursing team.

Objective:To develop a novel method for the determination of the related substances in plerixafor. Methods: A re-versed-phase ion-paired HPLC method was applied in the qualitative and quantitative determination of plerixafor by an external standard method. The method was performed on a Waters Xbridge C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase consisted of 1-heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt buffer (pH 2. 0) and acetonitrile with the ratio of 80 ∶20 (v/v), the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, the detection wavelength was 210 nm, the column temperature was 35℃, and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results:The degrada-tion products were well separated from the main peak, the LOQ (limits of quantitative) of the related substance 1, 2 and 3 respectively was 21 ng, 35 ng and 26 ng with good linearity within respective linear range(r≥0.999 0) , the average recovery was 99.7%, 100. 3% and 101. 2%, and RSD was 1. 1%, 0. 8% and 1. 7%, respectively(n=9). Conclusion:The method is specific and accu-rate, which can be used for the quality control of plerixafor.
