As a core element of the Confucianism,mind-nature theory is full of the essence of Confucian mor-al education and has a profound influence on the Chinese national morality education.Confucianism mind-nature theory which takes Confucius and Mencius as representatives,after the continuous development of the future genera-tions,has been formed a complete ideological system.Confucianism mind-nature theory highly affirms the values of moral and unifies the values of life and moral.This article,by exploring the moral resources of Confucianism mind-nature theory,rethinks the ideas of contemporary ethics education and expounds how to enhance the effect of medical ethics education.
2.Combined examination of 64-slice spiral computed tomography and inflammatory cytokines in the detection of vulnerable plaque of acute coronary syndrome

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 64-slice spiral computed tomography combined with hs-CRP and MMP-9 to detect the vulnerable plaque of acute coronary syndrome.Methods Seventy-two patients with coronary heart disease were included and among them,43 patients were diagnosed as ACS and the other 29 patients diagnosed as stable angina group(SAP).All patients underwent 64-slice spiral computed tomography coronary artery imaging and examination of plasma hs-CRP and MMP-9 concentration.All patients underwent selective coronary angiography.Another 25 cases who underwent coronary angiography were included in the control group.Results The incidence of soft plaque was higher in the ACS group than in the SAP group(24 cases vs 4 cases,P=0.001).Compared with the control group,levels of hs-CRP and MMP-9 in the ACS group and the SAP group were both significantly higher(all P

In the trends of large-scale brain research projects around the world, the China Brain Project aims to promote the understanding of the basic principles of the brain, and use the basic research of neuroscience to serve some urgent social and economic needs at the same time.As we approach the launch of this effort aimed at revolutionizing our understanding of cognitive principles of the brain, early diagnoses of brain diseases and brain-like intelligence technologies, it is timely to review the new progress in recent international brain research projects, and the deployment and future trajectory of neuroscience research in China.
4.Application of Lean Management in Hospital Drug Storehouse Management

OBJECTIVE:To consummate the flow sheet in drug storehouse management so as to improve the management efficiency.METHODS:5S management,visible management and demand-oriented management stated in lean management were applied in drug storehouse management.RESULTS:Due to the application of the methods in lean management,the storage capability of hospital drug storehouse was increased,medicine circulation was accelerated,and the work efficiency was enhanced.CONCLUSIONS:The application of lean management theory is conducive to the upgrading of scientific management as well as the enhancing of both efficiency and performance of hospital drug management.
5.Effects of S100B on the expressions of dopamine receptors and synthesis, metabolism of neurotransmitters dopamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine

Objective To investigate the effects of S100B on the expressions of dopamine receptors and the synthesis,metabolism of neurotransmitters dopamine,5-hydroxytryptamine which are related to the abnormal motor coordination of Parkinson's disease (PD).Methods The hS100B transgenic mice were established.The mice were divided into S100B transgenic group (TG,n =14),S100B knockout group (KG,n =14) and the non-transgenic control group (CG,n =14).The motor coordination ability of mice was measured by the Rota-rod test.The expressions of dopamine D1 receptor (D1DR),dopamine D2 receptor (D2DR),tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and phosphorylated TH at Ser19,Ser31,Ser40 in brain tissue were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and Western blotting.The levels of Tyr,levodopa,dopamine,homovanillic acid,Trp,5-hydroxytryptamine and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid in mesencephalon were measured by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection.Results Compared with CG,the motor coordination ability of mice (s) showed progressive decline in TG (3 months:4.60±0.30vs4.25±0.21,q =5.194;6 months:4.52±0.31 vs4.07±0.22,q =6.139;9 months:4.43 ± 0.25 vs 3.60 ± 0.18,q =13.484;all P < 0.05),the expressions of D2DR mRNA and protein decreased (1.34 ± 0.13 vs 0.48 ± 0.07,q =21.578;1.05 ± 0.15 vs 0.69 ± 0.10,q =8.063,both P<0.05) and phosphorylated TH at Serl9 and Ser40 increased (0.95 ±0.10 vs 1.14-0.13,q =4.972;0.94 ± 0.12 vs 1.17 ± 0.14,q=5.382,both P< 0.05),the levels of levodopa,dopamine and homovanillic acid were elevated (87.04 ± 11.77 vs 115.28 ± 16.80,q =4.764;56.66 ± 9.87 vs 72.96 ± 11.02,q=3.923;26.58 ± 8.11 vs 38.65 ± 6.67,q=3.981,all P< 0.05),the leve1 of 5-hydroxytryptamine was reduced (925.50 ± 74.26 vs 637.87 ± 56.76,q =11.084,P < 0.05),the ratios of homovanillic acid/dopamine and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid/5-hydroxytryptamine increased (0.45 ± 0.05 vs 0.54±0.08,q =3.325;0.94±0.07 vs 1.42±0.12,q =12.367,both P<0.05) in the brain of TG at the age of 9 months old.There was no significant difference of detection indexes between KG and CG.Conclusions S100B plays an important role in the development of PD and the brain-specific S100B transgenic mice can be used to investigate the function of S100B gene on the development of PD.
6.Effect of penile erectile dysfunction on quality of life in male renal transplant recipients

Objective To explore the effects of penile erectile dysfunction (ED) on the quality of life in male renal transplant recipients.Methods 150 cases of male married recipients undergoing renal transplantation were selected randomly.The recipients were divided into ED group (n =63) and non-ED group (n =87) through the IIEF-5 score.The Short Form-36 Health Status Survey (SF-36)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale were used to compare their living quality and the state of mental health between the two groups,respectively.Results The SF-36 scores in ED group in General Health,Vitality,Social Function,Role Limitation due to Emotional Problems,Mental Health were significantly lower than those in non-ED group (P<0.05).There were 13 cases in ED group with anxiety disorders (20.6%),significantly more than in non-ED group (3.4%),P<0.05.Conclusion ED is an important influencing factor for the quality of life in male kidney transplant recipients.
7.Comparative Study on Spinal Metastasis Between MRI and Radionuclide Bone Scan

Objective To evaluate the reasons of positive MR findings and negative radionuclide bone scan in the spinal metastasis.Methods 68 patients with spinal metastasis were undergone MR scan and radionuclide bone scan.MRI appearances including the site,location and their relation to the cortex of bone were analyzed. The relationship between MRI and radionuclide bone scan appearances were also analyzed.Results 561 lesions were detected by MRI,and only 199 lesions were found by raionuclide(199/561=35.47%).133 lesions located in the bone marrow without cortex erosion were not detected by radionuclide bone scan. OBJECTIVE:
To explore the safety, effectiveness and feasibility of 3D laparoscopy in thyroidectomy via modified chest and mammary areola approach comparing with 2D.
METHOD:
Twenty six cases received 3D laparoscopic thyroidectomy (3D group) and 34 cases experienced 2D (2D group). We compared the indexes about general status, operation time, operative blood loss, duration and overall volume of postoperative drainage, complications, etc between two groups.
RESULT:
Eight cases of thyroid cancer were detected in 3D group and 3 cases in 2D group. While there was no statistical difference between two groups with respect to other observation indexes such as other general status, operation time, operative blood loss, duration and overall volume of postoperative drainage, complications, etc.
CONCLUSION
3D laparoscopic thyroidectomy via modified chest and mammary areola approach is a safe, effective and feasible procedure, and it may substitute the place of 2D in the future.

9.122 cases of endoscopic thyroidectomies through modified chest and mammary areola approach.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the safety and feasibility of endoscopic thyroidectomies through modified chest and mammary areola approach.
METHOD:
We retrospectively analyzed 122 cases of endoscopic thyroidectomies through a modified chest and mammary areola approach without extensive dissection of thoracic flap. The information about general status, surgical procedures and techniques, complications, etc. were summarized and discussed.
RESULT:
One hundred and twenty-one cases were operated successfully while 1 case was converted to video-assisted thyroidectomy through infraclavicular approach. The maximum diameter of the mass was (2.05 ± 1.06) cm, mean operation time was (88.61 ± 27.87) min, the operative blood loss was (31.23 ± 16.14) ml, duration of postoperative drainage was (3.54 ± 0.88) d and overall drainage volume was (139.09 ± 95.93) ml. Parathyroid glands were detected in specimens of 9 cases while no case of permanent postoperative hypocalcaemia was displayed. 6 cases of hoarseness were developed. One case experienced conversion surgery, all the others obtained satisfactory cosmetic result. All cases were followed up for 0-24 months without relapse and metastasis of the disease.
CONCLUSION
Endoscopic thyroidectomy via a modified chest and breast areola approach can facilitated the procedure and avoid extensive dissection of thoracic flap, and proved to be safe and effective.

10.Effect of atrial fibrillation model by high thyroxine on the electrophysiological changes in left atrium

Objective To investigate about establishment the animal model of atrial fibrillation(AF) by high thyroxine and electrophysiological study of left atrium.Methods 49 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, control group (10, injection of saline), withdrawal group (20, injection of levo-thyroxine 50μg/kg, change to inject isodose saline after two months), continuous dosing group (19, injection of levo-thyroxine 50μg/kg everyday).the data of left atrium effective refractory period(AERP), conduction velocity(CV), wavelength(WL) and AF induced ratio were collected after four months.Results The withdrawal group and continuous dosing group AERP200, AERP150 were more shorter than the control group after two months(P<0.05), The continuous dosing group AERP200, AERP150 was shorter significantly than withdrawal group and control group after four months ( P<0.01 ).The withdrawal group and continuous dosing group CV were slower than control group after two months ( P<0.05 ).The continuous dosing group CV was slower significantly than withdrawal group and control group after four months ( P<0.01 ).The withdrawal group and continuous dosing group WL were shorter than control group after two months(P<0.05), The continuous dosing group WL was shorter significantly than withdrawal group and control group after four months (P<0.01).The AF induced ratio in the continuous dosing group increased significantly(P<0.01). After four months, but the withdrawal group decreased, the control group did not induce AF.Conclusion It's feasible to establish the rabbit model of AF by high thyroxine, with left atrium electrophysiological changes, which provides animal model for further to study the pathogenesis of AF cause of hyperthyroidism.
