Hepatocyte growth factor receptor c-Met and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) are closely related to the hepatocellular cancer.Recent researches have found that the mechanism of c-Met regulating EMT may play an important role in the carcinogenesis of hepatocellular cancer,which becomes a new research hot topic,Now we overviewed the progress on the mechanism of c-Met regulating EMT in hepatocellular cancer.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with patellofemoral peripheral denervated operation in treating patellofemoral arthritis.Methods One hundred cases of patellofemoral arthritis anterior knee pain in this hospital from January 2014 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given the arthroscopic debridement treatment,while the observation group was given the arthroscopic debridement combined with patellofemoral peripheral denervated operation.The visual analogue scale (VAS) before and after treatment,and Lysholm and Kujala scores after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the VAS score before treatment between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment,the VAS score in the two groups were significantly decreased,moreover the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the Lysholm scores in the observation group and the control group were (80.93±4.21) points and (74.29±4.48) points,the knee Lysholm scores of claudication,joint noose,bearing weight,pain,instability,up and down stairs,jump,run,joint swollen and pain,squats were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05);aftertreatment,the Kujala total score in the observation group and the control group were (76.48±6.54) points and (68.34-±-6.22) points respectively,the Kujala scores of claudication,walking distance,bearing weight,squat,up and down stairs,jumping,running,knee pain,long time kneebend,abnormal patellofemoral activity,anterior knee swelling,knee bending limitation,thigh muscle atrophy in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement combined with patellofemoral peripheral denervation surgery in the treatment of patellofemoral osteoarthritis can obviously relieve pain and improves the knee function and patellofemoral joint function.

Objective To develop a rapid and sensitive method for the determination of the percentage of blood chlormezanone by gas chromatograpy-mass spectrometry(GC/MS)for the clinical application on acute poisoning patients.Methods Chlormezanone in blood was extracted and separated with acetic ether.The acetic ether extractives from the blood were warmed with water at 80℃ and blown to dry with nitrogen gas.The dry extractives were then dissolved in 100?l of ethanol for GC/MS.To set up the linear equation for the determination of blood chlormezanone,draw the standard curve,calculate the extractive yield,detection limit and repeatability of chlormezanone.The GC was equipped with a 30m length,0.25mm I.D.,0.25?m film thickness HP-5MS(5% phenyl-methylpolysiloxane).Helium was used as the carrier gas at a constant flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The 1?l samples was injected GC/MS in split mode of 10∶1.The temperature program:160℃ for 2min,10℃/min up to 280℃ and hold for 10min.The injector,MS quadrupole rods,ion source and transfer line were kept at 250℃,150℃,230℃ and 280℃,respectively.The EI electron impact energy was 70eV.Results The extractive yield with acetic ether for blood chlormezanone was 82.1%,RSD=6.6%,implying that and acetic ether is an ideal extraction solvent.The calibration curve was y=13 852x+140 588,r=0.998 2.The detection limit was 4?g/L(SCAN m/z 30-280)and 0.1?g/L(SIM m/z 98,152,154).The RSD of precision in one day was 2.6%.The RSD of the precision between days was 4.9%.Conclusions The extraction and analysis method is suitable to the diagnosis of the acute poisoning patient of chlormezanone.

Objective: To improve the traditional preparation procedure of effervescent tablets in order to raise stabilization. Methods: The orthogonal design was used for improvement of process. Results: The optimum procedure condition was A 3B 2C 1. That is adding 7.5% citric acid, 11.25% sodium bicarbonate encapsulated by 5% PEG. Conclusion: The new procedure is superior to the traditional procedure, and it is suitable for the requirement of production on a large scale.

Objective: To study the clinical significance of liver pathological changes in patients with rheumatic heart valve disease (rheumatic heart disease, RHD). Methods: Forty one patients with RHD and tricuspid valve incompetence in 30 patients underwent heart valve replacement. Light microscopy and H 800 transmission electron microscopy were used to observe liver tissue harvested by biopsy performed before institution of cardiopulmonary bypass. Results: Typical pathological changes of liver as the following: (1) Changes of liver intercellular substance including sinusoid widening, blood stasis, liver fibroplasia. (2)Hepatocyte changes: hepatocyte swollen, mitochondria swollen, crest disappearence, hepatocyte degeneration and necrosis. There was correlation between liver pathological changes and magnitude of tricuspid valve regurgitation. Conclusion: To improve liver pathological changes, it is important to operate on patients with rheumatic heart diseases and tricuspid valve incompetence as early as possible and to eliminate tricuspid valve regurgitation.

Objective To investigate the expression characteristics of Golgi phosphoprotein 3(GOLPH3)in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)and explore its clinicopathological significance. Methods The expressions of GOLPH3 protein was detected in 132 cases of paired paraf-fin embedded HCC specimens and pericarcinoma tissues using immunohistochemical staining ,and the relation of the expression of GOLPH3 to clinicopathologic features was analyzed. Meanwhile,the expression and distribution of GOLPH3 in HCC cells was observed by laser confocal mi-croscopy. Results The positive expression rates of GOLPH3 in HCC and pericarcinoma tissues were 70.0%(92/132)and 42.4%(56/132) (P<0.001),respectively. The incidence of portal vein tumor thrombus in high and low GOLPH3 expression groups of HCC were 21.2%(14/66) and 6.1%(4/66)(P<0.05),respectively. The expression rate of GOLPH3 in HCC was significantly higher than that in pericarcinoma tissues, and the expression of GOLPH3 in HCC was positively related to portal vein tumor thrombus. In addition ,GOLPH3 was mainly expressed in cyto-plasm of HCC cells,and there was also scattered distribution in the nucleus. Conclusion GOLPH3 acts as an oncogene and may play vital roles in the carcinogenesis and development of HCC.

Objective To compare the incidences of biliary complication after adult living donor liver transplantation (ALDLT) using Roux-en-Y hepaticojejunostomy (R-Y HJ) with duct-to-duct hepaticocholedochostomy (D-D HC).Methods A meta-analysis was conducted by searching the Medline-PubMed,EMBASE,Scielo-LILACS,and Cochrane Databases.A comparison using 95％ confidence intervals was performed on different biliary reconstruction techniques in liver transplantation with regard to occurrence of biliary complications.Results According to our predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria,seven clinical studies were selected to compare D-D HC with R-Y HJ.The overall biliary comphcation rates,biliary stricture rates and biliary leakage rates were compared.The overall biliary complication rate and the biliary stricture rate of R-Y HJ were significantly less than D-D HC,but the biliary leakage rate of R-Y HJ was similar with the D-D HC (overall biliary complication rate P ＜ 0.05,OR =0.35,95％ CI:0.15 ～ 0.81,I2 =28％ ; biliary stricture rate P ＜ 0.05,OR =0.43,95％ CI:0.29 ～ 0.65,I2 =49％ ; biliary leakage rate P=0.05,OR=1.62,95％ CI:1.01 ～2.60,I2 =19％).Conclusions The meta-analysis showed that biliary reconstruction in ALDLT should be performed using R-Y HJ.

Objective To investigate the effects of low carbohydrate on body weight,glucose and lipid metabolism,sex hormones and conception of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with obese patients.Methods Sixty-four patients with PCOS and obesity and fertility were enrolled in this study from November 2015 to December 2016,and were randomly divided into low-carbohydrate diet group (study group) and control group.Before and after the intervention,the body weight,body fat composition analysis,reproductive endocrine hormone,glucose and lipid metabolism,menstrual cycle changes and conception were measured at 12 weeks after intervention.Results (1) After 12 weeks of treatment,the body weight,waist circumference,Body Mass Index(BMI)and visceral fat area of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).(2) After 12 weeks of treatment,fasting blood glucose (FPG) of the two groups had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05),while the 2 h postprandial blood glucose (PPG) of study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the fasting insulin (FINS) of the study group and control groupwas respectively decreased by 48.8％ and 25.3％ compared with the baseline,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).(3) After treatment,the testosterone (T),free androgen index (FAI) and luteinizing hormone (LH) of the two groups decreased,compared to the control group,the study group decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.05).(4) The recovery rate of menstrual cycle and natural pregnancy rate in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Low carbohydrate diet combined with metformin and moderate intensity exercise can effectively reduce weight,improve glucose,lipid metabolism and sex hormone levels,improve the natural pregnancy rate.

Objective:Anti-synthase syndrome (ASS) is a rare autoimmune disease. To increase the understanding of the disease and reduce the rate of miss diagnosis.Methods:The clinical data of 8 patients with positive anti-synthase antibody afterprimary Sj?gren's syndrome (pSS) were retrospectively analyzed and descriptive statistical analysis was carried out.Results:The diagnosis of Sjogren's syndrome (SS) was in accordance with the revised European criteriaof SS issued by the US-Europe consensus Group in 2002 or the classification criteria of American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism (ACR/EULAR) SS in 2016, and the diagnostic ASS was in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Conners in 2010 or Solomon in 2011. Eight(100%) patients had a history of interstitial lung disease, and 7 (88%) patients had fever (oral temperature >38.5 ℃). All patients were positive for anti-Ro-52 antibody, 4 patients were positive for anti-PL-7 antibody, 2 patients were positive for anti-EJ antibody, 1 patient was positive for both anti-PL-7 antibody and anti-EJ antibody, and 1 patient was positive for anti-PL-12.Conclusion:pSS patients with severe interstitial lung disease or high fever of unknown causes should be screened for anti-synthase antibodies and the possibility of ASS.

The kinetic changes in morphology and cellular density of epidermal Langerhanscells (LC) in the guinea pig were observed by ATPase cytochemical staining techniqueafter repeated skin application of 5%,3% and 1% of benzalkonium bromide (BB,primary irritant) and 0.05% dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB,allergen) respectively.We have found that there was a significant difference in the density and morpho-logical change of LC between BB and DNCB application.Treatment with 5% BBcould induce a reversible decline in LC density and changes in cell processes,andwith 0.05% DNCB,the number of LC was decreased and the ATPase activity wasweakened only in the late stage of treatment.The significance of using the kineticchanges in morphology and cellular density of LC as the criteria for the safetyevaluation of weak allergens and weak primary irritants as well as cosmetics wasdiscussed.
