China Pharmacy 2016;27(23):3237-3239
OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of alprostadil combined with tanshinone ⅡA in the treatment of pa-tients with early chronic kidney disease(ECKD). METHODS:138 ECKD patients were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,46 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, group A received 40 mg TanshinoneⅡA sodium sulfonate in-jection,adding into 250 ml 0.9% Sodium chloride solution,ivgtt,qd+10 μg Alprostadil injection, adding into 100 ml 0.9% Sodium chloride solution, ivgtt,qd;group B received the same dose with Alprostadil injection;group C received the same dose with Tanshi-noneⅡA sodium sulfonate injection. All patients were treated for 14 d. Clinical efficacy, laboratory indexes [24 h urine protein, serum creatinine(SCr),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA)] in 3 groups before and af-ter treatment were observed, and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared. RESULTS:The total effective rate in group A was 97.83%,which was significantly higher than group B(80.43%)and group C(76.09%),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in 24 h urine protein,SCr,TC,TG,BUN and UA among 3 groups (P>0.05);after treatment, all above-mentioned indexes significantly reduced, and group A was lower than group B and group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reac-tions among group A(10.87%),group B(6.52%)and group C(8.70%)(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Alprostadil combined with tanshinoneⅡA shows good efficacy in the treatment of ECKD,it can improve renal function in patients with good safety.

Objective To analyze the cause of neonatal unplanned extubation( UEX)of gastric tube as well as explore the strategies. Methods Seven hundred and sixteen neonates with gastric tube were registered. Their intubation time, intubation aim, extubation time, extubation reasons of unplanned extubation of gastric tube were recorded and analyzed. Results The incidence of UEX of gastric tube was 13. 3%(95 cases) and 1. 54 per 100 tube days in the neonates. The incidences of UEX in channel orally and body unrestraint were 33. 6%(46/137)and 24. 3%(42/173),higher than that of nasopharyngeal tube(18. 5%(49/579))and body restraint(9. 8%( 53/543 )),and the difference was significant( P = 0. 046,0. 004 ). Incidence of UEX in adhesive tape fixing group was 18. 1%( 23/127 ),higher than in bandage group( 11. 4%( 41/359 )) and transparent dressing group(9. 4%(31/330)),and the difference was significant(P=0. 034). Incidence of UEX caused by doctors or nurses was 24. 2%(23/95). There were more UEX from 12 to 14 O'clock and 22 to 1 O'clock. The channel of gastric tube( Oral cavity and nasopharynx,P = 0. 031,RR = 1. 563,95% CI 1. 205-2. 341),fixing method of tube( tape, bandage and transparent dressing,P=0. 004,RR=1. 492,95%CI 1. 320-3. 541)and body restraint(had/hadn't,P=0. 021,RR=1. 298,95%CI 1. 087-3. 271)were the influence factors of UEX. Conclusion The approaches including selecting nasal cavity as the tube channel, effective fixing of the tube, proper body restraint, perfect wandering round and standard nursing practicing are effective strategies to prevent UEX of gastric tube.

Objective To investigate the effect of pretreatment with electroacupuncture at point Neiguan(PC6) on CK and myocardial cell activity in rabbit myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and provide an experimental basis for a relatively specific relationship between pericardium meridian points and the heart. Methods Forty New Zealand big ear rabbits were randomly allocated to groups A, B, C, D and E, eight rabbits each. Group A was a sham operation group. Group B was an ischemia-reperfusion model group, in which the left anterior descending coronary artery was occlude for 30 min and reperfused for 60 min. In groups C, D and E, points Neiguan(PC6), Lieque(LU7) and Hegu(LI4) were separately given electroacupuncture stimulation, 20 min every day, at seven days before model making. Creatine kinase (CK) and myocardial formazan contents were compared between the groups. Results There were statistically significant differences in serum CK and myocardial formazan contents between group B, C, D or E and group A (P<0.01, P<0.05). There was a statistically significant differences in serum CK content between group C, D or E and group B (P<0.01). There was a statistically significant differences in myocardial formazan content between groups C and B (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in serum CK and myocardial formazan contents between group D or E and group C (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture at point Neiguan(PC6) can reduce myocardial ischemia-reperfusion induced injury to myocardial cells to produce a protective effect on the heart.

To refine and analyze the characteristics and laws of acupoint selection in treatment of hyperlipidemia with acupuncture and moxibustion. By retrieving the main databases of Chinese and English version, the clinical research literature is included on the definite acupoints for hyperlipidemia treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, and the characteristics and laws are analyzed on the acupoint selection for hyperlipidemia treated with acupuncture and moxibustion. It is found out that the special points have been mainly used in treatment of hyperlipidemia. The first five top acupoints of high frequency use include Fenglong (ST 40), Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Neiguan (PC 6) and Tianshu (ST 25). Totally 10 meridians are involved in acupoint prescriptions. The meridians of higher frequency use include the Stomach Meridian, the Spleen Meridian, the Conception Vessel, the Bladder Meridian and the Pericardium Meridian. The specific points are mainly from the Stomach Meridian, the Spleen Meridian, the Conception Vessel, the Bladder Meridian and the Pericardium Meridian in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. The acupoint prescription of acupuncture and moxibustion for hyperlipidemia is characterized as determining the treating principle based on the spleen theory, selecting the acupoints along the running courses of the spleen and stomach meridians, combining the nearby acupoints with the distal ones, selecting the acupoints for adjusting the deficiency and excess of zangfu and syndrome differentiation, collaborating the acupoints located in the front and on the back, as well as supplementing the acupoints based on symptoms.

Major natural disasters seriously threaten human life and health. After earthquakes and other catastrophes, survivors are often trapped in the confined spaces caused by the collapse of ground and buildings, with relative separation from the outside world, restricted access, complex environment, and oncoming or ongoing unsafety, leading to the rescue extremely difficult. In order to save lives and improve the outcome more efficiently in the confined spaces after natural disasters, it is very important to standardize and reasonably apply the trauma assessment and first aid workflow. This study focuses on trauma assessment and first aid. From the aspects of trauma assessment, vital signs stabilization, hemostasis and bandaging, post-trauma anti-infection, and the transportation of patients, a trauma first aid work process suitable for a small space of a major natural disaster is formed, It is helpful to realize the immediate and efficient treatment of trauma in the confined spaces after natural catastrophes, to reduce the rate of death and disability and improve the outcome of patients.

cFos is one of the most widely-studied genes in the field of neuroscience. Currently, there is no systematic database focusing on cFos in neuroscience. We developed a curated database-cFos-ANAB-a cFos-based web tool for exploring activated neurons and associated behaviors in rats and mice, comprising 398 brain nuclei and sub-nuclei, and five associated behaviors: pain, fear, feeding, aggression, and sexual behavior. Direct relationships among behaviors and nuclei (even cell types) under specific stimulating conditions were constructed based on cFos expression profiles extracted from original publications. Moreover, overlapping nuclei and sub-nuclei with potentially complex functions among different associated behaviors were emphasized, leading to results serving as important clues to the development of valid hypotheses for exploring as yet unknown circuits. Using the analysis function of cFos-ANAB, multi-layered pictures of networks and their relationships can quickly be explored depending on users' purposes. These features provide a useful tool and good reference for early exploration in neuroscience. The cFos-ANAB database is available at www.cfos-db.net .
