Objective: To establish the quality assessment of Cordyceps and its cultured Cmycelia by TLC fingerprint, and to compare the content of the nucleotides between them. Methods: Adenosine, Uridine and Guannosine were detemined by TLC-Scanning samples were perfomed by fluorescence quenching analyis. Results: The contents of adenosiue, uridine, and guanosine from cordyceps mycelia were more than that of cordyceps from wildlife. Conclusion: This method is convenient and rapid, and it can effectively evaluate nucleotides in nature Cordyceps and culture Cordyceps.

Objective To investigate the value of RDW for predicting death risk in the patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) and its correlation with the Ret parameters. Methods A total of 164 patients with AP in the emergency surgery of Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from March 2015 to May 2015 were selected ,including 151 survival cases and 13 death cases , and other 175 healthy people were selected as the control group. The venous blood was collected for detecting whole blood RDW and Ret parameters by using the Sysmex XN-1000 automatic blood analyzer. The inter-group comparison was performed by Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis H tests ;the diagnostic value of RDW for AP death risk was evaluated by receiver operating charac-teristic(ROC) curve and area under curve(AUC).Results The RDW level in the AP death group was[15.7% (14.1% -21.8% )] , which was significantly higher than that of AP survive group [13.3% (12.7% -14.5% )] ,the difference was statistically significant (Z=40.02 ,P<0.05);AUC of RDW ROC curve for diagnosing death risk was 0.835(95% CI:0.786-0.951);With the cutoff val-ue of RDW for diagnosing the AP death risk as ≥14.5% ,the sensitivity was 71.43% (95% CI:41.90% -91.60% )and specificity was 89.40% (95% CI:83.40% -93.80% );the RDW level of AP patients was positively correlated with Ret% ,IFR ,MFR and HFR(r=0.376 ,0.502 ,0.468 ,0.475 ,P<0.01) ,and was negatively correlated with LFR (r= -0.502 ,P<0.01).Conclusion The RDW level is a good indicator for early predicting AP death risk ,its elevated degree is closely correlated with Ret generation.

Objective:To investigate the effect of different acquisition duration of brain image of 18F-florbetaben(18F-FBB)positron emission tomography(PET)on standardized uptake value(SUV).Methods:Eight subjects who underwent 18F-FBB PET examination in Chinese PLA General Hospital from May 2021 to June 2021 were selected, including 5 persons of healthy control and 3 patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).All subjects underwent 18F-FBB PET imaging, and the dynamic PET images of them on brains were continuously acquired for 20 min between 90 and 110 min after the 18F-FBB injection was injected as(3.7-5.5 MBq/kg).Under the situation that other reconstruction parameters did not change, the images were reconstructed at 0-1,0-3,0-5,0-10,0-15 and 0-20 min, respectively. The same of region of interest(ROI)ranges were delineated in bilateral frontal cortex, bilateral temporal cortex, bilateral parietal cortex, posterior cingulate gyrus and cerebellar cortex of each group of images. And then, the corresponding mean standardized uptake value(SUVmean)of each region was obtained. The differences of SUVmean values of different ROI values between each group of data images and the images of 0-20 min were compared and analyzed. Results:There were significant differences in SUVmean between the acquired images in 0-1,0-3,0-5 and 0-10 min and the acquired standard images of 0-20 min(t=-7.569--2.410,P<0.05),respectively.There were no significant differences in SUVmean between the acquired images of 0-15 min and the acquired standard images of 0-20 min in the bilateral frontal lobe, bilateral temporal lobe, bilateral parietal cortex and posterior cingulate gyrus(P>0.05),only there was significant difference in the cerebellar cortex area between them(t=-5.597,P<0.001).Conclusion:The results of 15 min can reach to the similar results of 20 min in acquiring images, which can shorten the time of examination, and enhance the degrees of comfort and cooperation of patients in examination. It has clinical application value.

The central nervous system is one of the most sensitive targets of microwave radiation. Microwave radiation can affect spatial learning and memory and neural information transmission. The effects of microwave radiation on neurotransmitters in the hippocampus and the underlying mechanisms are still unclear. This paper reviews the effects of microwave radiation on learning/memory and neurotransmitters as well as the mechanisms of action on neurotransmitters. This paper aims to provide a scientific basis for future research in this area.
