Objective To investigate the awareness of the negative emotions on the physical rehabilitation and psychological treatment of family members of stroke patients in Gansu. Methods 1100 stroke patients from 10 hospitals of different levels in Gansu were surveyed. Results Family members who thought negative emotions can affect the recovery of limb function accounted for 77.17%, and who thought psychological treatment was needed accounted for 83.46%. Conclusion Family members of stroke patients think that negative emotions affect the recovery of limb function and psychological treatment is needed.

ObjectiveTo design a reciprocal gait prosthesis connecting with the other prosthetic accessories for the bilateral hip disarticulation amputees.MethodsThe principle of reciprocal gait orthosis for paraplegia was used in the design, fitting reciprocal gait prosthesis for an amputee, which was compared with an ordinary bilateral Canadian type hip disarticulation prosthesis in the walking velocity and energy expenditure.ResultsThe amputee walked at lower energy expenditure and more like normal gait with reciprocal gait prosthesis while the walking velocity decreased, compared with the conventional prosthesis.ConclusionThis reciprocal gait prosthesis for bilateral hip disarticulation amputee needs less energy expenditure during walking like normal gait.

Objective To investigate the knowledge about risk factors for stroke in stroke patients. Methods 1043 stroke patients in 10 hospitals were investigated with self-designed questionnaire. Results The rate of awareness of risk factors for stroke was: hypertension 61.55%, hyperlipidemia 40.27%, drinking 32.21%, smoking 30.11%, diabetes mellitus 28.67%, heart disease 23.11%. 6.42% knew all the 6 risk factors, and 20.13% did not know any risk factor. The rate of awareness of diabetes mellitus was different among various aged groups (P<0.01), and the rate of awareness of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes mellitus increased with the years of education. Conclusion The stroke patients know less about the common risk factors for stroke, who need more health education.

Objective:To explore application and effect evaluation of group prenatal care model in primiparas. Methods:A total of primiparas were recruited from December 2019 to May 2020 in the department of Obstetric clinic. Group prenatal care was carried out in the intervention group and the routine nursing was implemented in the control group. Positive capital Questionnaire and pregnancy outcome were used to evaluate the effects of intervention. Results:The scores of pre-intervention, intervention for one month and post-intervention of PPQ was (123.87±18.86), (130.70±13.41) and (142.23±8.37) respectively. Higher level of natural childbirth rate([86.7%] versus [63.3%]; χ2=4.356; P=0.037<0.05) and lower rate of perineal injury([16.7%] versus [43.3%]; χ2=5.079; P=0.024<0.05). The rate of exclusive breastfeeding during hospitalization ([90.0%] versus [66.7%]; χ2=4.812; P=0.028<0.05) after intervention as compared with those who received routine care. Conclusion:Group prenatal care intervention model can improve the level of positive psychological capital and pregnancy outcome.

Objective To translate the Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI) into Chinese and establish its psychometric properties among ordinary Chinese people and diabetes patients. Methods A two-phase study design was applied. The Chinese version of FSFI was established by translation and back translation, then the reliability and validity of the FSFI were evaluated. Results The content validity coefficient of FSFI was 0.953.The test-retest reliability in each dimension had good correlations (r value was 0.817~0.922),with the highest correlation coefficient in vaginal lubrication dimension (0.922) and arousal dimension the minimum (0.817).In all samples (including diabetes and non diabetes) a reliability coefficients of the Cronbach alpha of each dimension was from 0.760 to 0.874.The Cronbach alpha of each dimension for the diabetic group was from 0.783 to 0.882,and from 0.757 to 0.865 in the non-diabetes group.Pearson correlation of each dimension was very good in total samples, the diabetes group, and the non-diabetes group. Conclusions The psychometric properties of the FSFI demonstrated satisfactory validity and reliability. The Chinese version of FSFI is a reliable and valid measure to evaluate the sexual function in Chinese women.

Type Ⅱ transmembrane serine proteases 4 (TMPRSS4) is a novel type Ⅱ transmembrane serine protease.Present study showed that its expression was related with tumor invasion and metastasis, although its oncogenic significance and molecular mechanisms are still unknown. In this review, the author try to introduce its structure, biological function and mechanism in tumor invasion and metastasis.

Objective To investigate the effect of negative-pressure wound therapy (NPWT) on the migration behavior of rat adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs).Methods Eight (20 ±-2)kg Bama miniature pigs respectively received the sham operation (group A,n=16),continuous negative pressure suction (group B,n =8) and intermittent negative pressure suction (group C,n =8).The pigs were observed for 3 months after 72 h treatment. The effect of NPWT on the migration behavior of ADSCs was observed at the cellular level. In order to avoid the influence of serum-free on cell viability,ADSCs were extracted and treated with continuous negative pressure suction or intermittent negative pressure suction for 8 h.The migration ability of ADSCs was detected by transwell. The proliferation ability of ADSCs was detected by MTT.The expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) was detected by Western blot. Results The wound healing effect of continuous negative pressure suction group and intermittent negative pressure suction group was better than that of the control group, and compared with the control group, the number of migrating ADSCs cells had statistically significant difference (P<0.05,P<0.01),but cell proliferation had no statistically significant difference. The expression of HIF-1α was consistent with the migration results of ADSCs.Conclusion NPWT can promote the migration of rat ADSCs by up-regulating HIF-1α protein expression.

Objective To investigate the knowledge of stroke risk factors in the families of patients with stroke. Methods 1100 family members of stroke patients hospitalized in 10 hospitals of various levels in Gansu were investigated with self-designed questionnaire. Results Most families knew that the hypertension was a risk factor for stroke, and there was no significant difference among ages. 7.32% of the families knew all the 6 common risk factors for stroke, and 14.23% knew none of them. Hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes as the risk factors for stroke was known most in the families finished higher education, and different with the education levels. Heart disease, smoking, consumption of alcohol as risk factors for stroke was known poorly whatever the careers of the families. Conclusion The families of patients with stroke know less about common risk factors for stroke in Gansu.
