Long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)is a class of RNA that cannot encode translated proteins with more than 200 nucleotides in length. It can be involved in the regulation of X chromosome silencing, chromatin modification, transcriptional activa-tion,transcriptional interference and other regulatory processes by binding to DNA,RNA or proteins. In recent years, more and more studies have confirmed that LncRNA plays an important role in the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. At the same time, many studies have demonstrated LncRNA as the target of traditional Chinese medicine for the development and pro-gression of anti-gastric cancer. This review introduces the mechanism of LncRNA in the development and progression of gastric canc-er,and as a target for traditional Chinese medicine treatment prospects.

Objective To explore the mediating effects of resilience between family function and geriatric depression. Methods By convenient sampling, 212 elderly people who were from the communities in Yuexiu, Guangxhou city were analyzed by using Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS-30) and Family Concern Index Questionnaire (APGAR) and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and the self-designed General Condition Questionnaire, and a mediating model was proposed and the impacts of resilience on family function and geriatric depression were tested. Results The incidence rate of depression among the community elderly was 23.6% (50/212), and the average score of APGAR was 7.87 ± 2.83, and the average score of CD-RISC was 83.66 ± 12.88. The scores of GDS-30 showed significantly negative correlation with the scores of APGAR (r=-0.582,P<0.01)and the scores of CD-RISC (r=-0.425, P<0.01), and there was positive correlation between the scores of APGAR and the scores of CD-RISC (r=0.335, P < 0.01). The mediating model had high degree of fitting, and level of path had statistical significance (P < 0.01). Resilience was the mediator between family function and geriatric depression. Family function had direct effects (0.50) on geriatric depression and indirect effects (0.11) through resilience, and the combined effects of family function and resilience determined 45%changing range of geriatric depression. Conclusions Family function was a direct predictor of geriatric depression, and resilience had mediating effects between family function and geriatric depression. Community mental health work should pay enough attention to the effects of family function on the life of the aged, and increased the care to the elderly with family dysfunction, while promote and develop family-centered mental health education, propaganda and psychological guidance, so that improves resilience of the aged and help the aged positively coping and maintain good mental health status.

Objective:
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of high-dose fluconazole alone or combined with flucytosine as initial therapy for cryptococcal meningitis (CM) in non-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-related patients.
Methods:
Twenty-five non-HIV-infected patients with CM from June 2015 to September 2018 in Huashan Hospital, Fudan University, who were initially treated with high-dose fluconazole with or without flucytosine for at least seven days were retrospectively reviewed.Clinical features and antifungal (600-800 mg/d) regimens were recorded, clinical responses and drug-related adverse events were evaluated. Mann-Whitney test and Fisher′s exact probabilities test were applied to compare variables between groups.
Results:
Of the 25 patients enrolled in this study, 15 had predisposing factors. Headache (25 cases), fever (21 cases), vomiting (13 cases) and neck stiffness (13 cases) were common manifestations. Abnormalities of cranial computed tomography (CT) scan and/or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were found in 22 cases.Nineteen patients were treated with high-dose fluconazole plus flucytosine for initial therapy, and six patients were treated with high-dose fluconazole alone. The course of initial regimens with high-dose fluconazole was 42 (29, 120) days. At the end of initial therapy, partial response in 20 patients, stable response in three patients and death in two patients were observed, and the overall effective rate was 80%(20/25). In treatment failure group of initial treatment, the proportion of patients with baseline cerebrospinal fluid opening pressure over 300 mmH2O (1 mmH2O=0.009 8 kPa) and with altered mental status were both significantly higher compared with those in treatment success group. Fluconazole related adverse drug events were observed including elevated transaminases (one case), gastrointestinal symptoms combined with hypokalemia (two cases), and systemic rash (three cases). Except for three patients with rash reduced the dosage of fluconazole, no other patients were given dosage adjustment.
Conclusion
High-dose fluconazole alone or combined with flucytosine is effective and safe for the initial therapy of non-HIV-related CM patients.

Objective:To explore the correlations between circulating tumor cells (CTCs) level in peripheral venous blood and clinicopathological characteristics and biomarkers of lung cancer patients using CI-101 cell search immunomagnetic bead enrichment technology combined with fluorescent cytochemical staining. Methods:Blood samples were collected from 100 patients with first-diagnosed lung cancer treated in Department of Thoracic Surgery and Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of Yunnan Cancer Hospital from March 2014 to September 2014, 40 patients with lung benign tumor (all confirmed by pathological biopsy) and 30 healthy volunteers from the physical examination center. CTCs in peripheral blood were enriched by CI-101 cell search immunomagnetic bead, the morphology of CTCs was analyzed by immunocytofluorescence technique, and tumor cells were identified using HE cell staining method. The recovery rate, sensitivity and specificity of CI-101 cell search instrument for CTCs were detected. The difference of positive rate of CTCs in peripheral blood among lung cancer patients, lung benign tumor patients and healthy volunteers was compared. The relationship between the positive rate of CTCs and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients with lung cancer was analyzed. The correlations between CTCs and serum tumor markers were analyzed by coefficient of contingency in patients with lung cancer and lung benign tumor. Results:The recovery rate of CTCs by CI-101 cell search instrument was 72.0%-89.0%, and there was a significant linear correlation between the number of recovered cells and the number of incorporated cells. The correlation coefficient r=0.998 ( P<0.001), the linear regression equation was y=0.781 x+ 11.307, the sensitivity was 85.0%, and the specificity was 71.4%. The positive rate of CTCs in lung cancer patients (85.0%, 85/100) was higher than that in lung benign tumor patients (15.0%, 6/40) and healthy volunteers (46.7%, 14/30) ( χ2=62.798, P<0.001). The positive rate of CTCs in lung cancer patients was correlated with TNM stage ( χ2=19.059, P<0.001), tumor size ( χ2=13.830, P<0.001) and distant metastasis ( χ2=6.005, P=0.014). Coefficient of contingency analysis showed that the positive of CTCs was positively correlated with serum tumor markers CEA ( φ=0.217, P=0.011), CA125 ( φ=0.198, P=0.020), CA199 ( φ=0.169, P=0.049), CA742 ( φ=0.186, P=0.037) and cytokeratin 19 fragment ( φ=0.461, P<0.001) in patients with lung cancer and lung benign tumor. Conclusion:The application of CI-101 cell search instrument combined with immunomagnetic bead method can successfully enrich CTCs in peripheral venous blood of lung cancer patients. The positive rate of CTCs in patients with lung cancer has obvious correlation with tumor size, TNM stage, distant metastasis, serum tumor markers. It can be used as an auxiliary indicator for monitoring the condition of lung cancer patients.
