"Good doctor" plus "good patient" do not necessarily mean "good doctor-patient relationship", but both are the basis for building a harmonious doctor -patient relationship and neither of the two can be dis-pensed. This paper conducted a comparative study on ideal and realistic doctor-patient relationship, digged and refined the characteristics of"good doctor" and"good patients", and agreed that it was possible to construct a har-monious doctor-patient relationship when doctors pursued professional excellence and moral integrity, and patients had good "patient literacy".

Objective:
The cross lagged analysis model is used to analyze the causal relationship between physical health education and adolescent health literacy, so as to provide empirical references for physical health education and adolescent health literacy improvement in China.
Methods:
Cluster sampling method was used to select 24 classes of grade 7 students from four junior high schools in Xiangyang City,Hubei Province,Dalian City,Liaoning Province and Liaoyuan City,Jilin Province. The longitudinal follow up design with an interval of 18 weeks was administered among 696 junior middle school students. The Revised School Physical Health Education Scale and Junior Middle School Students Health Literacy Scale were used.
Results:
T1 exercise supervision could significantly and positively predict T2 health literacy( β=0.18 ), T1 health literacy could also significantly and positively predict T2 exercise supervision( β=0.18)(P <0.01). T1 health education could significantly and positively predict T2 health literacy( β=0.57, P <0.01), T1 health literacy could not significantly and positively predict T2 health education( β=0.03, P >0.05). T1 physical education teaching could significantly and positively predict T2 health literacy( β =0.39), T1 health literacy could also positively and significantly predict T2 physical education teaching( β=0.10)(P <0.05). The three dimensions of physical health education had positive predictive effect on the three dimensions of health literacy( P <0.05).
Conclusion
In the process of physical health education, health education is the main factor affecting teenagers health literacy, with a vertical causal relationship between the two variables. There is a bi directional positive relationship between sports supervision, physical education teaching and adolescent health literacy.

Salmonella Typhi capsular polysaccharide vaccines were encapsulated in the Micro-particles made from polyethylene glycol-poly-DL-lactide (PELA). BALB/c mouse were divided into three groups with 20 mice in each. Mouse were immunized respectively with controlled release microencapsulated Salmonella Typhi capsular polysaccharide vaccines and Salmonella Typhi capsular polysaccharide vaccines by oral and subcutaneous administration. The mice blood and salvia were collected at the 2nd, 4th and 8th weeks respectively for the titrating of IgG and sIgA antibodies by RIA. At the 8th week, live typhoid bacteria were injected into the immunized mice for the calculation of the rate of immunization protection. The IgG titers of the controlled release microencapsulated Salmonella Typhi capsular polysaccharide vaccines group were higher than those of the other groups(P < 0.05). The IgA titers of the low groups of controlled release microencapsulated Salmonella Typhi capsular polysaccharide vaccines (oral and subcutaneous) were higher than those of the group of Salmonella Typhi capsular polysaccharide vaccines (P < 0.05). The immunization protection rates of the three groups were 40%, 100% and 60% respectively. The controlled release microencapsulated Salmonella Typhi capsular polysaccharide vaccines possess the advantages of releasing slowly in vivo and persisting long time immunogenicity.

Journal of Southern Medical University 2012;32(12):1764-1767
OBJECTIVETo test the effect of high-mobility group box protein 1 (HMGB1) alone or in synergy with interleukin-1β (IL-1β) on the expression of IL-8 in human airway epithelial cells in vitro.
METHODSHuman airway epithelial 16HBE and A549 cell lines were incubated with HMGB1 (100 ng/ml) in the absence or presence of IL-1β (10 ng/ml) for 24 h, and the changes of IL-8 mRNA and protein expressions were assessed using quantitative PCR and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
RESULTSIn the two human airway epithelial cell lines, HMGB1 alone did not produce obvious effect on the expression of IL-8, but in the presence of IL-1β, HMGB1 caused a significant increase of IL-8 expressions at both the mRNA and protein levels.
CONCLUSIONHMGB1 in synergy with IL-1β increases the expression of IL-8 in human airway epithelial cells, which provides new evidence that HMGB1 contributes to neutrophilic airway inflammation by regulating IL-8 expression.

Cancer Research and Treatment 2021;53(1):148-161
Purpose:
Gastric cancer (GC) has substantial biological differences between Asian and non-Asian populations, which makes it difficult to have a unified predictive measure for all people. We aimed to identify novel prognostic biomarkers to help predict the prognosis of Asian GC patients.
Materials and Methods:
We investigated the differential gene expression between GC and normal tissues of GSE66229. Univariate, multivariate and Lasso Cox regression analyses were conducted to establish a four-gene-related prognostic model based on the risk score. The risk score was based on a linear combination of the expression levels of individual genes multiplied by their multivariate Cox regression coefficients. Validation of the prognostic model was conducted using The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database. A nomogram containing clinical characteristics and the prognostic model was established to predict the prognosis of Asian GC patients.
Results:
Four genes (RBPMS2, RGN, PLEKHS1, and CT83) were selected to establish the prognostic model, and it was validated in the TCGA Asian cohort. Receiver operating characteristic analysis confirmed the sensitivity and specificity of the prognostic model. Based on the prognostic model, a nomogram containing clinical characteristics and the prognostic model was established, and Harrell’s concordance index of the nomogram for evaluating the overall survival significantly higher than the model only focuses on the pathologic stage (0.74 vs. 0.64, p < 0.001).
Conclusion
The four-gene-related prognostic model and the nomogram based on it are reliable tools for predicting the overall survival of Asian GC patients.

Reoperation due to degenerated bioprostheses is an important factor of high-risk thoracic surgeries. In 2020 ACC/AHA guideline, Valve in Valve (ViV) was recommended for high-risk patient instead of surgical mitral valve replacement. This report described a 77-year-old male patient with a failed mitral bioprosthetic valve, evaluated at high risk of surgery, received a transvenous, transseptal transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR). Tracheal intubation was removed at CCU 3 h after surgery without discomfort such as polypnea. The patient was transferred out of the CCU and discharged on the 3rd day. Compared with transapical access, transvenous transseptal access was less invasive, with shorter duration in CCU and hospitalization.
