1.Expression and significance of HA117 gene in tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(10):747-749
HA1 1 7,as a multiple drug resistance(MDR)gene, has recently been discovered. It may mediate the MDR of tumor through Bcl-2 anti-apoptotic pathways.HA1 1 7 gene exists high expression in leuke-mia,lymphoma,breast cancer, neuroblastoma, colon adenocarcinoma and so on,and its overexpression is closely associated with the MDR and poor prognosis of these tumors.

Objective To evaluate whether the functional MRI could be used to reflect the change of angiogenesis after drug treat-ment,and obtain the related semi quantitative and quantitative parameters by dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI).Methods The subcutaneous transplantation colorectal cancer were constructed in 20 nude mice, which were treated with Xiaoaifeimi. The transplanted tumor microvascular density,VEGF and PCNA were monitored. The therapeutic effect and MRI monitoring results were evaluated by combining DCE-MRI with the pharmacokinetic model. The semi quantitative and quantitative parameters were obtained for evaluating the effection of medicine.Half of nude mice were sacrificed to obtain the immunohistochem-ical staining.Correlation between pathological findings and parameters were analyzed. Results Compared to the control group,hu-man colon HT-29 cell proliferation rate was significantly decreased (44.87%)(P <0.05),and the apoptosis rate of HT-29 cells was increased 2.45 times (P <0.05)after Uyghur medicine treatment. The correlation between pathological examination and DCE-MRI parameters showed that Ktrans value and Kep were positively correlated with VEGF,MVD and PCNA (P <0.05).Conclusion A good relationship is showed between immunohistochemistry and DCE-MRI quantitative parameters in Uygur drug treating human colon cancer mice.

Objective To investigate the effects of different depths of sedation during combined intravenous-inhalational anesthesia on postoperative cognitive function in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery. Methods Ninety ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients, aged 20-64 yr,with a body mass index of 19-30 kg/m2,scheduled for elective gynecological laparoscopic operation, were randomly divided into 3 groups (n =30 each).Anesthesia was induced with midazolam, fentanyl, propofol and rocuronium. The patients were tracheal intubated and mechanically ventilated.Anesthesia was maintained with inhalation of sevoflurane (end-tidal concentration 1.0%-1.5 %),iv infusion of remifentanil and intermittent iv boluses of rocuronium. The infusion rate of remifentanil was adjusted to maintain BIS value:30 < BIS value ≤ 40 in group Ⅰ,40 BIS value ≤ 50 in group Ⅱ and 50 < BIS value≤60 in group Ⅲ.Cognitive function was assessed using Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and TrailMaking Test (TMT) at 1 d before anesthesia and 1 d after surgery. Results MMSE scores were > 24 at 1 d before anesthesia and 1 d after surgery in all the three groups, and there was no significant difference within each group and among the three groups (P > 0.05).Compared with the baseline value,TMT completion time was significantly prolonged at 1 d after surgery in groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ,while shortened in group Ⅱ (P < 0.05).Compared with groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ,TMT completion time was significantly shortened at 1 d after surgery in group Ⅱ (P <0.05).Conclusion The depth of sedation,40 < BIS value ≤ 50,during combined intravenous-inhalational anesthesia with sevoflurane and remifentanil has less influence on postoperative cognitive function in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.

Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2004;0(05):-
Objects: To measure practicing medical students' basal energy expenditure(BEE). Methods: 200 practising medical students were chosen to measure BEE by standard method of CCM metabolism cart, and the BEE results were compared with forecast values from the calculation formula of healthy adult. Results: Actual BEE of male students was(4 920.4?1 343.1)kJ/d,female(3 393.2?824.2)kJ/d.The results were significantly lower than corresponding forecast values. Conclusion: The BEE of practising medical students is lower than forecast values from the calculation formula of healthy adult, showing that students' constitution was poorer. The possible reasons may be less exercise and diet.

Through analyzing the data of ectopic thyroid glands, to know this kind of congenital lesion deeply. In all the cases, parathyroid gland types were more than aberrant thyroid types; the majority cases were single ectopic thyroid; most of ectopic thyroid were present in the neck and mouth; local mass was the most common symptom; adenoma was often associated with ectopic thyroid and there was a high proportion of combined malignant; most cases could not be correctly diagnosed.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(01):-
Leptin and its functional receptors play a crucial role in hepatic fibrogenesis. However, the precise mechanisms underlying the profibrogenic action of leptin in the liver has not been well elucidated. There are two different mechanisms at present.Immunity system and some cytokines may act on it.The reseach on the mechanism of leptin offer a new way for the clinical treatment of hepatic fibrosis.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of ultrasound guided pus aspiration for appendiceal abscess.MethodsPercutaneous puncture and pus aspiration was performed under guidance of B US on 181 patients with appendiceal abscess, result was compared with 23 patients treated conservatively.ResultsCompared with that of control group, in pus aspiration group abdominal pain lasted 5 5 days shorter, fever lasted 5 days shorter, tenderness did 6 days shorter, cost was 2?356 yuan less and hospital stay shortened by 6 days.ConclusionPus aspiration under B US guidance is a safe, simple, less cost and effective treatment for appendiceal abscess larger than 1?cm?2?cm in children patients.

Objective To investigate the difference and significance of the glucocorticoid receptors of the peripheral leukocytes in patients with acute spinal cord injury or with chronic spinal cord compression. Methods Glucocorticoid receptors binding sites on the peripheral leukocytes in 20 patients with acute spinal cord injury and 21 patients with chronic spinal cord compression were measured by the radioligand binding assay. Results Glucocorticoid receptors binding sites on peripheral leukocytes from the patients with acute spinal cord injury is 2 517?857.8 per cell, the patients with chronic spinal cord compression is 4 225?1 271 per cell and outcome is 2 279?921 per cell in the patients with complete paralysis, 2 806?718 per cell in the incomplete paralysis patients. T test was used to evaluate the final outcome. Conclusion Glucocorticoid receptors binding sites on the peripheral leukocytes consist of two kinds: the high affinity binding sites and the low affinity binding sites. The high affinity glucocorticoid receptors binding sites on peripheral leukocytes in patients with acute spinal cord injury decrease and low affinity binding sites remain unchanged. Large doses of glucocorticoid combine the low affinity binding sites on peripheral leukocytes which inhibits the tendency of movement of leukocytes to the injured spinal cord; so inflammatory reaction produced by acute injury can be alleviated and thus the spinal cord was protected. There is no curative effect by using large doses of glucocorticoid to treat patients with chronic spinal cord compression.
