Objective To evaluate if replication-defective herpes simplex virus mediated kynurenine aminotransferase Ⅱ (HSV-KAT Ⅱ) could inhibit detrusor overactivity (DO) in rats with spinal cord injury by bladder wall injection.Methods From June 2012 to July 2013,48 male Wistar rats with T10 spinal cord transection (SCT) were randomly divided into normal saline group,HSV group and HSV-KAT Ⅱ group (n=16 each group).Normal saline (40 μl),HSV or HSV-KAT Ⅱ (40 μl,1×107 plaque forming unit viruses) was injected into the rat bladder wall of according group by 1 week after SCT.Three weeks after injection,cystometry was performed and the virus transfected efficiency,expression of KAT Ⅱ in L6-S1 dorsal root ganglia were examined.Results The DO number,DO amplitude,maximum voiding pressure and volume inducing voiding were decreased significantly by 59.6％-61.1％,21.6％-24.2％,30.3％-34.4％ and 44.1％-46.5％ (P＜0.01),while voiding efficiency,the time to first DO were increased significantly by 40.7％-47.7％ and 30.1％-49.0％ (P＜0.01) in the HSV-KAT Ⅱ group compared with normal saline group and HSV group.However,the leaking volumes were no significantly different among the 3 groups (P＞0.05).The relative intensity of KAT Ⅱ protein (0.50±0.13 versus 0.28±0.07,P＜0.05) and mRNA (0.78±0.06 versus 0.51±0.08,P＜0.01) were increased significantly in HSV-KAT Ⅱ group than those in HSV group.Conclusion HSV-KATⅡ bladder wall injection inhibits DO and may improve detrusor-sphincter dyssynergia in rats with spinal cord injury.

Objective To evaluate the effect of IKAP(Information-Knowledge-Attitude-Practice) theory on twin pregnancy women′s psychological states, satisfaction and childbirth outcomes. Methods One hundred twin pregnancy women who had made registrations and antenatal examination were divided into the intervention group and the control group with 50 women in each group according to randorn digit table. The twin pregnancy women in the control group received routine antenatal examinations. In addition, the twin pregnancy women in the intervention group received a special health education with IKAP theory. The twin pregnancy women′s anxiety, depression, birth outcomes and satisfaction were measured and compared between the two groups. Results The score of Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) in the intervention group was 27.64±2.86 and 26.53±2.96 one week after delivery, significantly lower than those upon admission, 44.18 ±2.53 and 47.42 ±4.82, the difference was statistically significant (t=5.41, 4.49, P<0.01), also lower than those of the control group, 46.53±2.39 and 39.68±3.78, the difference was statistically significant (t=3.63, 6.82, P<0.01). No significant difference was seen in SAS and SDS scores between upon admission and one week after intervention in the control group (P>0.05). In the intervention group the rate of cesarean section was 29.17% (14/48), and the score of satisfaction was (9.01±0.78), they were also significantly higher than those of the control group, 53.06%(26/49), (7.82±1.44), the difference was significant (χ2=7.701, t=4.806, P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the delivery pregnancy week, volume of bleeding 2 hours postpartum and Apgar score between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions The IKAP theory on twin pregnancy women can decrease the anxiety, depression and the rate of cesarean section, and increase patient satisfaction.

Objective To investigate the mental health state of twin pregnancy women and influencing factors,so as to provide reference for measures to improve their mental condition.Methods Sixty twin pregnancy women who have made regular antenatal examination received the investigation of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and self-designed questionnaire.Results The score of SAS for twin pregnancy women was (52.87±10.19) points,SDS was (50.61±4.31) points.There were significant differences in twin pregnancy women degree of anxiety with different age,gestational weeks,and pregnancy way and degree of depression with different gestational weeks,pregnancy way and abortion,reproductive history (F/t=12.74-54.93,P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01).Regression analysis showed that gestational weeks and pregnancy way were the main factors of anxiety and depression influencing twin pregnancy women.Conclusions The anxiety state of twin pregnancy women is in a moderate level,and the depression is mild.It is influenced by the factors of gestational weeks and pregnancy way.Some aspects should be improved:such as strengthen psychological care,establish standardized management model,twin pregnancy women are encouraged to self-control,the use of high qualification by social and family support system,and so on.

OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of inflammatory cytokine TNF-? and IFN-? on RANTES secretion in human kera-tinocyte(HaCaT)and the inhibition effect of naringin on induction mechanism by using acitretin as positive control.METHODS:The HaCaT cells were assigned into negative control group,model stimulation group(treated with TNF-?+IFN-?),acitretin pretreatment group(treated with TNF-?+IFN-?+acitretin),naringin pretreatment group(treated with TNF-?+IFN-?+naringin).The concentration of RANTES in HaCaT cells which were stimulated by cytokine TNF-? and IFN-? alone or together after acitretin and naringin were added into stimulators was determined by ELISA assay.The expressions of NF-?B P65 protein in HaCaT cells was detected with immunocytochemical method and Western blot method.RESULTS:The concenctration of RANTES in HaCaT cells which were stimulated by cytokine TNF-? or IFN-? alone or together increased;the greatest concentration was observed in model stimulation group(P

Objective To find out about community residents' demands and intentions for health service and explore new ways of delivering life-long health service. Methods An investigation was made via sending questionnaires to each household into the health conditions and demands and intentions for health service of 700 residents in 5 neighborhood committees and 1000 discharged patients as well as sub-healthy groups of people in a certain area in Nanchang. Results Of those surveyed, the two-week morbidity was 438 per thousand; the chronic morbidity was 574 per thousand; only 31.1% of the residents went to eommanity hospitals for medical service; and 63.4% of the residents never took any health care service while 59.6% of the residents thought it necessary to take health care service. Conclusion The masses of people are in dire need of low-price life-long medical service. Second-grade third-tier and second-tier hospitals in big and medium-sized cities may explore viable new ways of medical service that will meet the needs of society.

[Objective]Summary of massage and composite therapy efficacy in the treatment of buttock epithelial neuritis, to explore the effective treatment of buttock epithelial neuritis.[Methods] To summarize the recent ten years related data on reports of buttock epithelial neuritis massage and combined thera-py.[Results] Single massage treatment can play a certain effect, but compared with the complex therapy, combined therapy effect is more remarkable. Com-bined therapy is the treatment of massage, acupuncture, acupotomy plus drug injection. Data showed that in addition to massage plus smal needle knife therapy and other complex therapy, the total effective rate was 100%.[Conclusion] Inflammation of buttock epithelial neuritis massage and composite thera-py is stable, and suitable for al ages, with fast recovery, less side effect, it can offer reasonable evidence-based foundation for clinical treatment.

Objective To investigate the effects of isoflurane preconditioning on renal ischemia reperfusion (I/R) injury in rats and the role of TNF-α plays in the mechanism.Methods Male SD rats were used in the study.The animals were randomly divided into 3 groups ( n =12 each):shame operation group; I/R group; Isoflurane preconditioning group (inhaled 1.5％ isoflurane (1 MAC) for 30 min followed by 10 min washout before I/R).At 2 h reperfusion,blood samples were obtained for urea nitrogen (BUN) concentration and creatinine (Cr) content.The level of TNF-α in renal tissues were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Observe the pathological changes in H.E.staining slides under microscope.Results BUN concentration and Cr content and the level of TNF-α in I/R group and isoflurane preconditioning group were significantly higher than in shame operation group[ BUN:( 17.69 ±0.99)mmol/L vs (8.37 ±1.12)mmol/L,t =-23.55,P ＜0.01; ( 12.26 ± 1.11 ) mmol/L vs (8.37 ±1.12 )mmol/L,t =- 19.09,P ＜ 0.01 ;Cr:( 103.22 ± 13.42)μmol/L vs (71.48 ± 8.59) μ mol/L,t =-21.45,P ＜0.01;(86.51 ± 11.49) μmol/L vs (71.48 ±8.59) μmol/L,t =-9.87,P ＜0.01 ;TNF-α:(0.51 ±0.07)ng/ml vs (0.43 ±0.00)ng/ml,t =-5.79,P ＜0.01;(0.47 ±0.03)ng/ml vs (0.43 ±0.00)ng/ml,t =-8.86,P ＜0.01 ].BUN concentration and Cr content and the level of TNF-α in Isoflurane preconditioning group were significantly lower than in I/R group [ BUN:( 12.26 ± 1.1 1 ) mmol/L vs ( 17.69 ± 0.99 ) mmol/L,t =15.67,P ＜ 0.01 ; Cr:( 86.51 ± 11.49) μmol/L vs ( 103.22 ± 13.42 ) μ mol/L,t =6.68,P ＜0.01 ;TNF-α:(0.47 ±0.03) ng/ml vs (0.51 ±0.07) ng/ml,t =2.61,P ＜0.05].Therenal I/R injury which located around kidney tubules was increased in I/R group and isoflurane precondi-tioning group compared to shame operation group [ ( 17.26 ± 1.45 ) vs (0.00 ± 0.00 ),t =- 72.38,P ＜0.01;(12.69±1.83) vs (0.00 ±0.00),t =-39.53,P ＜0.01].The renal I/R injury which located around kidney tubules was decreased in isoflurane preconditioning group compared to I/R group [ ( 12.69 ±1.83) vs (17.26±1.45),t =19.87,P ＜0.01].Conclusions Preconditioning with 1.5％ isoflurane 30 min can protect kidney from I/R injury in rats by regulating the level of TNF-α in renal tissues.

The paper is to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Deng Zhan Xi Xin injection ( DZXXI) as an adjuvant treatment for patients with angina pectoris. The Cochrane Library, Medline, EMbase, CBM, CNKI, VIP, and Wan fang Data base were searched. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of DZXXI combined with western medicine routine treatment versus western medicine routine treatment alone for angina pectoris patients were all included. All trials were assessed according to the Cochrane Reviewer' s Handbook 5.1 for Systematic Reviews of Intervention and Meta analyses were performed by RevMan 5. 2 Software. A total of 30RCTs (3 086 patients including 1 572 patients of treatment group and 1 514 patients of control group) were included. Meta-analysis of treatment group compared with control group showed superior effect over reducing cardiovascular events ( OR = 0.33; 95% CI: [0.16, 0.67], P = 0.002, improving effective rate of DZXXI as adjuvant treatment for angina pectoris patients (OR = 3.97; 95% CI: [3.15, 5.02]; P < 0.000 010 and electrocardiogram curative effect (OR = 2.21; 95% CI; [1.83, 2.68]; P < 0.000 010. Funnel figure seemed that there was publication bias. The current limited evidence showed that when compared with the control group, treatment group was superior in improving patients with angina pectoris. But based on the limitations of the study, rigorous design with long follow up clinical trials are necessary for further evidence.
