Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(12):14-17
Objective To investigate the correlations between occupational stress and care ability of nurses in operating room.Method Occupational stress scale and caring ability evaluation scale were used for the investigation among 180 nurses in 4 general hospitals in Beijing. Results Occupational stress scale (405.61±27.44) and nurses' operating ability (189.07±16.82) in the operating rooms were negatively correlated (P <0.05).The occupational stress was negatively correlated with caring ability of the nurses from the operating room. Conclusions Occupational stress of the nurses from the operating room is at the middle level. The care ability is low generally. The occupational stress of the nurses in the operating room is lower and the care ability is higher.Nurse manager can create good working environment, streathing human resource magement to reduce nurse's working stress, thus increase working quality.

Objective To investigate the characteristics and related risk factors of patients with lymphoma complicated with tuberculosis (TB), the possible pathogenesis and effective therapy. Methods Twenty-one cases of lymphoma combined with TB were retrospectively analyzed by clinical manifestations, pathological features, diagnostic methods, treatments and prognosis. Results Six cases were diagnosed as TB after the diagnosis of lymphoma,5 cases of which were undergoing chemotherapy for lymphoma; 13 cases were diagnosed as lymphoma after TB,including 6 of 10 obsolete pulmonary TB were reactivated during undergoing chemotherapy. Two cases were diagnosed lymphoma and TB simultaneously. Six cases of 21 cases were Hodgkin lymphoma, whereas the other 15 cases were non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Conclusion TB and lymphoma may exist in the same patient in areas where TB is endemic; among this population, the proportion of Hodgkin lymphoma was higher than in the general population. Therefore, the possibility of TB reactivation when undergoing chemotherapy must be focused on.
5.Recent development of hematology analysis technique and its clinical application
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(04):-
The paper introduces the development of hematology analysis technique in recent 10 years, and mainly concentrates in WBC differential technique, the extended functions and automation. The clinical application of red cell volume distribution width, reticulated platelets and reticulocyte subpopulation are also described in the paper. The common problems in the usage of hematology analyzer and correction methods are pointed out.

BACKGROUND:Liver fibrosis is a kind of chronic and active disease that is caused by various causes and characterized by the excessive accumulation of extracelular matrix. At present, use of Chinese herbs for the treatment of hepatic fibrosis has obvious advantages. Salvia miltiorrhiza has been shown to be highly effective in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis. However, the underlying mechanism needs further investigation. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of TanshinoneⅡA on the expression levels of transforming growth factor-β/Smads signaling pathway related factors transforming growth factor-β, bone morphogenetic protein 7, Smad6 and Smad7 in the liver tissue of rats with hepatic fibrosis. METHODS:SD rats were randomly divided into three groups (n = 10): normal control, model and TanshinoneⅡA-treated groups. Rats in the model and TanshinoneⅡA-treated groups were subtaneously injected with olive oil-diluted 10% CCl4 ( 5 mL/kg) twice a week, 8 weeks in total, to build rat models of hepatic fibrosis. Four weeks after hepatic fibgrosis induction, rats in the TanshinoneⅡA-treated group received subtaneous injection of TanshinoneⅡA til eight weeks. Rats in the normal control group were subcutaneously injected with olive oil. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Western blotting and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) detection showed that in the model group, the expression of transforming growth factor-β in the rat liver tissue was significantly increased (P < 0.01) and the expression of bone morphogenetic protein-7, Smad6 and Smad7 was significantly decreased (P < 0.01) compared with the normal control group. TanshinoneⅡA could obviously reverse the expression of those factors above-mentioned (P < 0.01). The results suggest that TanshinoneⅡA can be used for treatment of hepatic fibrosis by decreasing the expression of transforming growth factor-β and increasing the expression of bone morphogenetic protein-7, Smad6 and Smad7.

Objective: To study the clinicopathological characteristics, diagnosis, multiple modality therapy and prognosis of accessory breast cancer. Methods: Clinical data of 38 patients with accessory breast cancer seen in our hospital between October 1985 and November 2007. Results: The 38 cases of accessory breast cancer accounted for 0.15% of all 26,078 breast cancer cases during the same period.Six patients of stage Ⅰ and 3 patients of stage Ⅱ underwent breast-conserving local wide excision of the tumor plus axillary lymph node dissection, with the resection margins pathologically negative. The other 9 cases of stage Ⅱ patients were treated with Auchincloss mastectomy.Stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ patients were treated with Auchincloss or Halsted mastectomy. The most common histological type of accessory breast cancer was infiltrating ductal Carcinoma for 18 patients(47.4%),of which 3 cases were associated with adenoma of the nipple tube. There were 6 cases of carcinoma simplex,6 cases of intraductal Carcinoma,3 cases of adenocarcinoma with focal squamous cancer cells differentiation,3 cases of medullary carcinoma, and 2 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma. The most common pathological stages(according to AJCC staging of breast cancer,2002.6th edition)were stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ in 12 cases(31.6%),stage Ⅰ in 6 cases, and stage Ⅳ in 8 cases. All patients were followed-up for 1 to 23 years. The median follow-up time was 6 years and 7 months, and the follow-up rate was 100%.Until November 2008,12 patients died of metastasis and the other 26 patients were still alive. The 5-year overall survival rate was 35.3%.significantly lower than that of breast cancer patients(66.8%).The 3-year survival rate was 77.8%.The 5-year disease free survivaI rate was 28.6%and the 3-year disease free survival rate was 63.6%. Conclusion: Accessory breast cancer is rarely seen but is aggressive. The diagnosis mainly depends on clinical characteristics, postoperative pathology and imaging examinations.Early diagnosis is essential.Surgery combined with other adjuvant therapies can improve patient survival.

"Vessels Collateral Theory", as the inherit and development of "blood vessels" in Huangdi Neijing, is a systematic system by integrating severe vascular diseases. In this article, by taking cardiovascular diseases (CVD) as a cut-in point, roles of "minute collateral-microvascular" lesions in the occurrence and development of CVD were further explored. The interventional effect of collateral-unblocking medicines under the guidance of Vessels Collateral Theory was also in-depth explored, hoping to leading Chinese medical prevention and treatment of CVD.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(2):38-41
Integration and sharing of biological samples are the most effective approach for making use of their stock and improving their utilization efficiency. Although great success has been achieved in development of Biolog-ical Samples Library in China, efforts are not made in promoting sample resource sharing. The problems in develop-ment of Biological Samples Library were thus summarized in this paper by content analysis, such as no unified crite-ria, poor administrative management, and imperfect ethical supervision of sample sharing.
