Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma,nasal type (ENKTL) is a aggressive lymphoma which arises from NK cells or T cells and has a poor prognosis.This article mainly reviewed and focused on hematological stem cell transplantation in treating ENKTL.

Objective To investigate the characteristics and related risk factors of patients with lymphoma complicated with tuberculosis (TB), the possible pathogenesis and effective therapy. Methods Twenty-one cases of lymphoma combined with TB were retrospectively analyzed by clinical manifestations,pathological features,diagnostic methods,treatments and prognosis.Results Six cases were diagnosed as TB after the diagnosis of lymphoma,5 cases of which were undergoing chemotherapy for lymphoma; 13 cases were diagnosed as lymphoma after TB,including 6 of 10 obsolete pulmonary TB were reactivated during undergoing chemotherapy. Two cases were diagnosed lymphoma and TB simultaneously. Six cases of 21 cases were Hodgkin lymphoma, whereas the other 15 cases were non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Conclusion TB and lymphoma may exist in the same patient in areas where TB is endemic; among this population,the proportion of Hodgkin lymphoma was higher than in the general population.Therefore,the possibility of TB reactivation when undergoing chemotherapy must be focused on.

Objective To investigate the correlations between occupational stress and care ability of nurses in operating room.Method Occupational stress scale and caring ability evaluation scale were used for the investigation among 180 nurses in 4 general hospitals in Beijing.Results Occupational stress scale (405.61±27.44) and nurses' operating ability (189.07±16.82) in the operating rooms were negatively correlated (P ＜0.05).The occupational stress was negatively correlated with caring ability of the nurses from the operating room.Conclusions Occupational stress of the nurses from the operating room is at the middle level.The care ability is low generally.The occupational stress of the nurses in the operating room is lower and the care ability is higher.Nurse manager can create good working environment,streathing human resource magement to reduce nurse's working stress,thus increase working quality.

The paper introduces the development of hematology analysis technique in recent 10 years,and mainly concentrates in WBC differential technique,the extended functions and automation.The clinical application of red cell volume distribution width,reticulated platelets and reticulocyte subpopulation are also described in the paper.The common problems in the usage of hematology analyzer and correction methods are pointed out.

Objective:To study the antiviral effect of ISG20 on HCV replicon.Methods:Wild type ISG20/mutated ISG20 cDNAs were obtained by RT-PCR/two step-PCR directed mutagenesis, and wild type ISG20 and dominant negative mutated ISG20 mammal expression vectors were consuructed. The constructed pISG20wt and pISG20m expressing vectors were transfected into Huh7 cells or Huh7 cells containing HCV replicon to investigate its effects on HCV replicon replication.Results:The ISG20wt/ISG20m expression vectors were constructed and the expressions of these two vectors were confirmed at both mRNA and protein levels. The effects of ISG20wt on HCV replicon replication were evaluated by Northern blot and Western blot. The results showed that expression of ISG20wt had significant inhibitory effect on HCV RNA replication.Conclusion:ISG20 participates in the anti-HCV action of IFN-? on HCV replicon system.

Objective:To investigate the cellular immunological regulation mechanism of Zhongjiling tablet on the myasthenia gravis(MG) patients.Methods:The myasthenia gravis patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the curing group and the control group, 30 cases per group. Patients of curing group administered Zhongjiling tablet and prednisone placebo, patients of control group administered prednisone tablet and Zhongjiling tablet placebo. Course of treatment was 12 weeks. The distribution of T lymphocyte subgroup of myasthenia gravis patients was detected by flow cytometry. The content of IFN-?, IL-4 and TGF-? of the patients’ peripheral blood mononuclear in vitro were detected by ELISA kits.Results:After treatment, CD4+T cell percentage and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ decreased significantly(P0.05). Continuous exposure to conventional glucose-containing lactate-buffered solutions will ultimately lead to irreversible changes of the structure and function of peritoneum.Therefore,the development of novel peritoneal dialysis(PD) solutions has become the focus in the PD fields in recent years.Icodextrin,which has more adventages than conventional PD solutions,is one of the most important advancements in the past decade.Icodextrin has better biocompatibility,and can reduce the absorption of carbohydrates to decrease the metabolic complications in PD patients.Apart from increasing ultrafiltration,icodextrin can also improve the fluid status and protect the residual renal function of PD patients.However,adverse consequences may result from the pseudo-hyperglycaemia caused by limited measurement of serum glucose.This article reviews the features and applications of the new PD solutions—icodextrin solutions.

Objective To evaluate the status of iodine deficiency disorders(IDD) in Huai'an City in 2011 and to provide a scientific basis for adopting target prevention strategies timely and adjusting the intervention policy scientifically.Methods According to The National Project of Surveillance on IDD,probability sampling method (PPS) was used to select 30 counties in Huai'an City,and one primary school was selected randomly from each county,then 40 children aged 8 to 10 were randomly selected in each school.Children's thyroids were examined by palpation and the iodine in salt samples collected in their home was tested by direct titration.At the same time,urine samples from 12 children of the 40 selected children were collected and urinary iodine was tested by As(Ⅲ)-Ce4+ catalytic spectrophotometry.Questionnaire survey of IDD was conducted among 30 students of grade 5 and 5 housewives around that school.Results A total of 1200 children aged 8 to 10 were examined,and the goiter rate was 1.3％(15/1200).All the goiters were level Ⅰ.The goiters of each age group was 0.8％(3/390),1.8％(7/390) and 1.3％(5/420),respectively.The 360 urine samples were collected from children aged 8-10,and the median of urinary iodine was 171.5 μg/L with the proportions of ＜ 20 μg/L,＜ 50 μg/L and ＜ 100 μg/L were 0(0/360),1.1％ (4/360) and 5.6％ (20/360),respectively.A total of 1200 salt samples were tested in children's family.The coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.4％ (1193/1200) and the qualified rate of iodized salt was 97.7％ (1165/1193).The consuming rate of qualified iodized salt was 97.1％(1165/1200),and non iodized salt rate was 0.6％(7/1200).The knowledge rates of IDD were 82.7％ (2234/2700) and 69.8％ (314/450) in 900 students and 150 housewives,respectively.Conclusions In Huai'an City,except the knowledge rate of IDD,the goiter rate and urinary iodine of children aged 8-10,iodized salt consumption maintain at the stage of the target level.In addition to strengthen the monitoring of iodized salt and to supply qualified iodized salt,it should also increase the focus on health education propaganda in the future.
