Objective To compare the prevalence of overweight and obesity in urban children in Chongqing city with 3 different refe-rences and find the appropriate reference for obesity-related study in children.Methods A cross-sectional study including 12 534 urban children aged 2-18 years old was performed.The data were selected from 3 districts in Chongqing city by multistage random cluster sampling.Children′s body height and weight were measured with unique method by trained doctors.Body mass index (BMI,kg/m2) was calculated for each child.Overweight and obese children were defined according to WHO weight-for-height reference values of urban children (1995,standard 1), International Obesity Task Force (IOTF) age-and gender-specific BMI cut-offs (2000,standard 2),and National Center for Health Statistics / Center for Disease Control and Prevention(NCHS/CDC)age-and gender-specific BMI cut-offs(2000,standard 3),respectively.Results The prevalence of overweight in all children was 13.0%,9.8%,and 9.8%,and the prevalence of obesity in all children was 9.8%,2.9%,and 6.0% by using the standard 1,standard 2 and standard 3,respectively,which showed significant differences between the references (Pa

Method: One hundred and twenty patients after hysterectomy were randomly allocated to receiving subarchoid morphine 0.5mg(group Ⅰ,n=60)or epidural morphine 2 mg(group Ⅱ,n=60),respectively. Objective To investigate the expression of CD2 in peripheral blood T lymphocytes in acute rejection after small bowel transplantation (SBT) in rats.Methods Three groups were set up: Group A (n=18), receiving sham operation and feeding of common feedstuff; Group B (n=18) receiving SD rat to SD rat iso-series SBT and the treatment of routine liquid infusion and antibiotics after operation; Group C (n=18) receiving SD rat to Wistar rat taniso-series SBT and the same post- operation treatments as in group B. Object To search for bioactive secondary metabolites from marine organisms, the marine sponge Cinachyrella australiensis was collected from Hainan Island, Southern China Sea to develop the efficient drug for human beings. Methods Silic gel flash chromatography in association with reverse phase semipreparative HPLC was performed for the isolation and purification of the ethanol extracts, and extensive spectroscopy including 2D NMR spectra as well as the comparison of the spectral data with those reported in literatures was applied for the structure elucidation. Results Seven nucleotidoids were isolated and identified. They are named as 2-methyl-6-amino-9-(2-deoxy-?-D-ribofuranosyl)-purine (Ⅰ), 2′-deoxyadenosne (Ⅱ), 6-amino-9-?-D-ribofuranosyl-9H-punne (Ⅲ), uracill (Ⅳ), thymine (Ⅴ), thymidine (Ⅵ), 1-(2-deoxy-?-D-ribofuranosyl) uracil (Ⅶ). Conclusion The sponge C. australiensis is systemically separated, and then two kinds of nucleotidoids compound are extracted.
