Objective To develop a portable and automatic quick screener for noise-induced hearing loss(NIHL),which is suitable for airman and ground crew. Methods Through using audio decoder chip VS1003 to achieve quick screener for noise-induced hearing loss and pre-exposing for special background noise.LPC2148 of ARM7-TDMI configuration was adopted as main controlling chip, and its software design was completed by multitask scheduler based on UCOS-Ⅱ,while the FAT system controlled the read-write to the files in SD card. The signal emergence, change in hearing class, frequency selection as well as records of subject reaction were automatically achieved. Results The system can produce stable signal of exact frequency according to GBZ49-2002 Diagnostic Criteria of Occupational Noise-induced Hearing Loss to output stability of the frequency and intensity of the audio signal, and the specific context of the noise pre-exposure function with screening of hearing impairment was achieved automatically. Conclusion Based on the great power of embedded system and VS1003,the portable and automatic quick screener for noise-induced hearing loss(NIHL) can be developed to carry out many functions, which has several features, such as simple structure, high integration, good stability and use of flexible etc.

OBJECTIVE To study the distributive properties and susceptibility of yeasts to six antifungal agents. METHODS To analyze the distributive properties of 264 clinical Candida spp isolates and study the susceptibility to amphotericin B,nystatin, fluconazole, ketoconazole, miconazole and clotrimazole. The susceptibility of yeasts was tested according to the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards guideline(NCCLS M27-A2). RESULTS Strains of Candida albicans were the most frequent organism isolated accounted for 62.5% of all the isolates.C.tropicalis,C.glabrata,and C.parapsilosis accounted for 20.8%,12.5%,and 1.9%,the others accounted for only 2.3%.The main infected organs were lungs, urinary tract, and digestive tract;the susceptibility tests showed strains of Candida spp to nystatin, amphotericin B,and fluconazole were more active than to the other antifungal agents. The resistance to triazole antifugal agents could be shown. CONCLUSIONS We should strengthen the diagnosis of Candida spp and strengthen the surveillance on susceptibility of clinical isolates Candida spp so as to help the doctors choose the antifungal agents reasonably.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2015;(1):54-57
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture (EA) plus pricking-cupping bloodletting therapy for herpes zoster.
Methods:A total of 43 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups, 23 cases in the treatment group and 20 cases in the control group. The treatment group was given EA plus pricking-cupping bloodletting therapy. The control group was given oral administration of Aciclovir Tablets, Diclofenac Sodium Dual Release Enteric-coated Capsules, Methylcobalamin Dispersible Tablets, and V itamin B12.
Results: The total effective rate was 87.0% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group, with a statistical significance in difference of the total effective rate between the two groups (P<0.01).
Conclusion:The clinical effect is better in the treatment of herpes zoster by EA plus pricking-cupping bloodletting therapy than by medications.

Objective To describe the US, CT, and MR imaging findings and diagnosis of hepatic adenomas. Methods The comprehensive imaging features in 6 patients with 6 hepatic adenomas confirmed pathologically were reviewed retrospectively and correlated with pathologic findings. Results One case was diagnosed correctly, four cases were mistaken for hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC), and one case was mistaken for focal nodular hyperplasia. US: six lesions were hypoechoic with hypohalo in four lesions, and there was low velocity arterial and venous flow within the six lesions. CT: six lesions were hypodense with pseudocapsule in four lesions, and the four lesions showed slight enhancement during arterial and portal venous phases, and one lesion showed moderate enhancement during arterial phase and slight enhancement during portal venous phase. MRI: six lesions had heterogeneously high signal intensity on T 1WI and T 2WI, and the high intensity on T 1WI remained unchanged after using fat saturation. Two lesions showed strong enhancement during arterial phase and slight enhancement during portal venous and delayed phases, and three lesions showed slight enhancement during arterial, portal venous, and delayed phases. Pseudocapsule detected in six lesions showed slight enhancement on portal venous or delayed phases. Conclusion The comprehensive imaging findings of hepatic adenomas were nonspecific. The presence of pseudocapsule, heterogeneous high signal intensity on T 1WI, and the high intensity remained unchanged after using fat saturation may help make a correct diagnosis of hepatic adenoma.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of spin-echo echo-planar imaging(SE-EPI) of magnetic resonance elastography (MRE) for the diagnosis of pancreatic mass and to evaluate the difference of stiffness value in different pancreatic mass. Methods In a retrospective study, MRE was performed in 20 healthy volunteer (control group) and 62 patients with surgery-proved pancreatic masses, including pancreatic cystadenoma in 5 cases and solid masses of pancreas in 57 cases (39 with malignant mass and 18 with benign mass) using 3.0 T MRE. The differences of stiffness between two groups were evaluated using non-parametric Mann-Whitney U test. ROC was used to assess the diagnostic ability of elastogram for the detection of pancreatic masses, and to evaluate MRE-determined stiffness for the differentiation of masses from healthy pancreas, and malignancy from benign solid masses. Results The total detection rate of elastogram was 91.9%(57/62),with false positive rate of 5.0%(1/20) and false negative rate of 8.1%(5/62). The median stiffness value in the control group vs patient group were 1.18 kPa (interquantile range:1.15 to 1.30) kPa and 2.43 kPa (interquantile range:1.94 to 3.64 kPa) respectively, with statistically significant differences (Z=-5.967,P<0.01). The sensitivity and specificity of stiffness (≥1.36 kPa) to differentiate pancreatic mass from healthy pancreas was 93.6%and 100.0%, respectively, and to differentiate benign and malignant solid masses (≥2.17 kPa) was 82.1%and 83.3%, respectively. Conclusion MRE is a promising method in detecting and distinguishing different pancreatic masses.

85 mL/min),CL=6.0?(WT/60)~(0.52).④The increased volume of peripheral distribution (V_2) was observed when norvancomycin was co-administered with diuretics;④Reduced drug clearance, prolonged t_(1/2),and increased values of AUC_(24) were found in elderly patients. Conclusions Renal function impairment and age have significant impact on PK parameters of norvancomycin.Dosing regimens of norvancomycin were finally established for different patients on the basis of important PPK parameters generated from different groups of patients.
