1.Three different dividing dosage of DDP combined with chemotherapy to treat moderate and advanced tumors
China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
Purpose:To ascertain the curative effect and side effects from three different dividing dosage of DDP. Methods:315 cases of moderate and advanced tumors mainly treated with DDP and combined with chemotherapy were divided into 3 groups: (1)DDP 100 ml once(none divided group);(2) 30 to 40 ml of DDP per day, using continuously for 2 to 3 days(middle divided group); (3) 20 ml of DDP per day, using continuously for 5 days(small divided group). And 1 to 3 kinds of other chemotherapy medicines were used at same time. After using the above medicines, the curative effect, main reaction of nausea and vomiting and kidney toxicity were analysed. Results:The curative effect is better in group 1 and 2,but not so good in groups 3. The reaction of nausea and vomiting is slight in the group 2, and the kidney toxicity is high in group 1. Conclusions:The group 2 gets a good curative effect and only slight side effects, and is easy to apply. [

China Journal of Orthopaedics and Traumatology 2014;27(1):61-63
OBJECTIVETo evaluate the clinical results of Triple-Endobutton plates for the treatment of Rockwood type III to V acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
METHODSFrom March 2008 to June 2010,28 patients with Rockwood type II to V acromioclavicular joint dislocations were treated with Triple-Endobutton plates. There were 18 males and 10 females, ranging in age from 20 to 60 years old (averaged 38 years old). Twenty patients had dislocations in the left and 8 patients had dislocations in the right. All the patients had close injury. The Constant criterion was used to evaluate shoulder joint function.
RESULTSAll the patients were followed up,and the duration ranged from 18 to 24 months, with an average of 20 months. All the patients got good shoulder joint function, and no re-dislocation and pain occurred. The X-ray showed all acromioclavicular joints got good reduction. According to Constant criterion, preoperative score was 25.4 +/- 2.0, postoperative scores were 65.9 +/- 3.0, 87.2 +/- 3.2 and 95.7+/- 1.6 at 1 month,3 months and 6 months separately.
CONCLUSIONTreatment of Rockwood type III to V acromioclavicular joint dislocation with Triple-Endobutton plates has satisfactory clinical outcome, simple operation, few complications, without secondary operation and early functional exercise postoperatively.

4.Extracorporeal shockwave therapy for erectile dysfunction and Peyronie's disease.
National Journal of Andrology 2014;20(9):846-849
Penile vascular endothelial damage, vasomotor dysfunction, and blood flow deficiency are the major causes of erectile dysfunction (ED). Current management of ED mostly depends on selective phosphodiesterase type 5- (PDE5) inhibitors, which fail for some ED patients. For Peyronie's disease-induced ED, surgical and physical therapies are used in addition to PDE5I medication, but frequently it is difficult to achieve satisfactory results. Recent studies show that the low-intensity extracorporeal shockwave therapy can promote angiogenesis and improve blood flow to the penis, which promises to be a novel effective therapy for ED and Peyronie's disease.

Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2009;15(12):885-887
Objective To investigate the relationship between histopathological changes of donor liver and those after liver transplantation and explore its effects on prognosis. Methods The histopathological changes of donor liver and post-transplantation live biopsy were observed in 87 cases. Results The percentage of hepatic degeneration at immediate biopsy of donor liver was 100%,the injury of sinusoid endothelial cell accounted for 41.3%,the hepatic steatosis for 18.3%and the necrosis of liver cells for 10.3%.Conclusion Most of the pathological changes of the donor liver during and after liver transplantation are reversible. The damage of the hepatic sinusoidal cells is the important criterion for the observation of ischemia reperfusion injury.Moderate and heavy hepatic steatosis can be used in the liver transplantation. After liver transplantation,if the necrosis of liver cells gradually gets serious, the risk of transplanted liver losing its function gets bigger,so the comparative observation has very important value in diagnosis.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Six five renal graft biopsies were performed routinely in 36 renal transplantation patients with normal renal function 1 and 3 months after transplantation. All the patients were given the immunosuppressive regimen of cyclosporine A (CsA), prednisone (Pred), azathioprine (Aza) and Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook (TW). The histological diagnosis of allograft biopsy was made according to the Banff schema. In 18 45% of the biopsies (12/65), early subclinical rejection or borderline changes were found. There was a significant difference for different dosages of TW, but no difference for the dosages of CsA, Pred and Aza intravenous between patients with pathological changes and those without. The patients with early subclinical rejection or borderline changes, methylpredisolone was given in bolus, followed by the adjustment of immunosuppressive regimens. With this treatment, there was no difference in 5 year survival rate between them and those with normal renal allograft biopsy findings. The routine allograft biopsy helps discover early subclinical rejection and borderline changes in patients with renal transplantation, and beneficial for adjustment of immunosuppressive therapy.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To perform Low dose dynamic MSCT( multi-slice CT) in sleeping obstructive sleep apnea syndrome ( OSAS) patients correcting the imprecise measure values in waking state, and to exactly analyse the location and extension of the dynamic changes about the condition. Methods Sixteen OSAS patients were scanned both in waking and naturally sleeping period ( end phase of inspiration and expiration). Measured at the narrowest part of the retropalatal ( RP) and retroglossal ( RG) and 5 mm under the tip of epiglottis at the epiglottal ( EPG) at the end period of inspiration in sleeping, respectively, and compared the accurate pos(?)on of the narrowest or occlusive level in 3 phases. All patients were also scanned using cine mode at the narrowest level at the end period of inspiration in sleeping to show the pharyngeal cavity changes during sleep. Results The smallest XSA of RP region (Mw = 47. 50 mm2 ,Me =73. 00 mm2 , Mi =2. 00 mm2 ;Zwe =2. 897,Pwe =0. 003 ;Zwi =4. 192,Pwi

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(08):-
Objective To define the characteristic values of the pharyngeal cavity by comparing the values of measures and ratios between the patients with obstructive sheep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAS) and controls. Methods Sixty-eight OSAS patients who were diagnosed using polysomnography, and 56 healthy people were scanned by MSCT(multiple slices computed tomography)in the awake state. Then, the values were measured on the reformated images and were compared between two groups. Results Of the 63 values,49 values were different between the two groups, and among those,4 values were entered into the Discriminant Functions. These were the left-right diameter(LR)[OSAS:LR=(9.4?3.7)mm,controls: LR=(20.1?5.0)mm,t=-13.820,P=0.000)and the cross-sectional area(XSA)[OSAS:XSA= (54?27)mm~2,controls:XSA=(164?77)mm~2,t=-10.944,P=0.000]of RP,the heights of tongue [OSAS:(75.4?8.3)mm,controls:(58.4?9.8)mm,t=10.476,P=0.000],the lengths of uvula/the lengths of airway(OSAS:0.139?0.039,controls:0.154?0.048,t=-1.983,P=0.050).Conclusions Many measures and ratios were different between the two groups, but there were overlaps between them. Measures using the Discriminant Functions can help the diagnosis of OSAS.
